Love this place… my husband is always here for work it's like a second home for him. Theyre awesome!

At first it wasn't a nice experience. We were changed a $250.00 deposit per/night, because the manager (s) rented rooms to people that stole the television sets. We took before and after pictures. But over all. We enjoyed our stay.

This park could be great, unfortunately it isn't and we will not be back. Things are not kept up, our view outside our rv was of tall grass on an adjacent property where all the trash accumulates from the main trash can left open and northern winds. Minimal grass on the actual property is never mowed at once, just randomly, sometimes around 10pm…? No management on site to run a business and take care of paying customers accordingly. Only saw a lot of erratic behavior, sometimes at 2 and 3 am… No notices given of work being done on water lines supplying the whole park, to at least fill holding tank. We had a surprise at 3pm of our water turned off, finally back on at 10pm after using own tools to HELP (for a few hours) get it back on. "Valued customers" are given Wi-Fi access, unvalued are not.?

Nice quiet park, but the only rv park we have ever stayed at without being given Wi-Fi access (cabin rentals only). My husband's job requires him to email via laptop, so we've had to purchase a separate cell service with Hotspot capabilites for our stay here. Thank you for the response, you have great prices. We are planning to be inbetween Nixon and Gonzales for awhile.

Great place only maintenance lady needs to mind own business and stop talking about other people remember know more about you than you think so wanna point fingers two can play that game.

Great place come here every couple months for work. Staff is real friendly and very kind. Rooms are kept up and clean.

This is a nice place to stay for the night or a long time. Super clean great service nice people and super queit. Has a great home feeling to it. Will be back everytime I pass thru here.

I came a year ago to visit my sister stayed to help her it has been over a year. I fell for this place. I am a vet and I was going to travel all around to see my kids and this great country, I was offered the job when my sis remarried knowing my health problems. I feel safe and like I am home. I even try to make my guest feel that way. I even have my family stay here cause I don't travel. My boss is great and really works with people. He even sponsored a group who help bring books to underprivileged children, I have always freely tutored kids who couldn't afford it. I am glad I found a new place to feel like I belong.

I've been here since December 2016. It's a nice clean and quite RV park. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone in the Nixon Texas or surrounding area that needs a place to park their RV or a room to rent.
