My son and daughter in law booked a block of rooms all the reservations were made in April and confirmed. A month before the wedding we suddenly find out that our reservations are cancelled and the manager had done it. No one can say why or how or even that they’re sorry for the screw up. I’ve been told that this is something the manager of best western Luling tx has done before! not sure why she would still be working there! A wedding is the most important and stressful times In people’s lives. I don’t think anyone should trust them with this day because this could happen again to you!

I would like to comment that thus hotel has ruined a wedding but as well as Best Westerns name from one end of this country to the other. The disappointment that fills me when I think of the absolute disregard that this woman has for a day that is so important is ridiculous.

I can't believe the absolute mistreatment we have received from Amanda Sloop. Not only has the reservation block for the wedding been canceled. The manager is lieing and dodging calls.

Absolutely not! Had a reservation as part of wedding group — traveling from the northeast and they canceled our block of rooms and all the reservations — for no reason — with no explanation and no notification! Do not make reservations here! Awful customer service!

In every way measurable, the single nicest motel or hotel for the money we have ever stayed in. Just an extraordinary experience. Kudos and thanks to your staff for providing an exceedingly clean and comfortable respite from the road.

My daughters had the absolute worst experience with Best Western in Luling on their way home Sunday from the river. I told them to throw away anything they brought in the room plus shower with lice soap and Adrianna Seaton had big red welps from the bites. No restitution and replies away from this location. They have not responded to her nor offered any compensation for their stuff that was thrown away due to Bed Bugs. The black specs on the bed dirty bed skirt is bed bugs. Please share.

Update! Ed has corrected the situation and helped clean up the mess from the previous Manager. Thank you! *** Pretty nice given that it is newly renovated, but this location has had the worst customer service! It all started with the manager Lucy, who no longer works there, and Ed has replaced… We stayed here in November of 2017. I went through Priceline and paid with PayPal. We stayed at the hotel and Priceline was paid. Unbeknownst to us, our friend graciously call…ed the hotel and paid for our room the day we arrived. The hotel system should have not allowed them to pay since we already paid through Priceline. Priceline will not issue a refund because we did not cancel our reservation. Essentially, the hotel room was paid for twice. Once through us via Priceline and once through our friend. Now, our friend had credit with BW and used points to pay for the room. So he had a free room and was charged the remaining balance on his credit card. The hotel either needs to refund us the full amount of the room if our friend paid for it already, or refund our friend back his points for the comp'd room and the balance that was applied to his credit card. Here we are February 1st and this is still an open issue… After the first two weeks of dealing with Lucy, I found out that she no longer works there (for whatever reason). She never returned my phone calls and was never available when I called.

Sweet staff and comfortable bed, I slept well. I will stay there again when I’m in Luling, TX.

There were no wash clothes in the bathroom,, there was trash in the trash cans left by the previous guest,, the bed was hard as a rock and the guy working the night shift could care less and when I got ready to leave there was no one around to check out. The only reason for giving 2 stars is it was a reasonable price compared to others in the area and it has truck parking for 18 wheelers.
