By far one of the WORST hotels in all of Lubbock! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Big mistake. Let’s start off with their front desk. It’s always extremely messy, there’s never anyone working their shifts, and the employees can barely speak English. They try to book room after room (without explaining the cancellation policy) and that’s how they get your money! You end up booking a room, and the room won’t be ready for hours! You then can try to cancel, but their policy is that they keep your money! The rooms are disgusting. The sheets smelled dirty and looked like they hadn’t been washed for a couple occupants. The bathroom sinks are dirty and run-down. Overall, If I could give this Inn anything less than 1 star, I would. Do not waste your time or money. Big mistake.

Horrible customer service! Cancelled my reservation without informing me. I made reservation months in advance in order to attend my nephew's graduation and they cancelled 3 weeks before. I received a phone call telling me that I was SOL essentially.

They do not even deserve a star. DO NOT STAY HERE! This place is so disgusting. As soon as I walked in the room I noticed a huge stain on the comforter. On closer inspection I realized it wasn't a stain at all, it was fresh. I'm still unsure if it was feces, or blood. When I went back down to the office to let them know, the office was locked and no one could be found. I stated checking the bed sheets on both beds. Lo and behold, they were covered in gross yellow stains. My mother-in-law reported the same findings in her room. The walls, furniture, and carpet are all filthy. There was a huge ring around the tub and the shower curtain was covered in stains and fresh filth. At some point they tried to repair the molding under the mirror, however the molding and the glue slid down resulting in a nasty looking mess with all types of hair dried in it. I found cigarette ashes all over the room and in all the dresser draws. A box of open condoms was also found. My mother-in-law found old food and cigarette butts in the A/C, along with empty cigarette boxes everywhere. When I was finally able to speak to someone in the office, the woman did not understand me because she really did not speak English. This usually never bothers me as I think everyone should be able to speak what they would like, however if you are in charge of a front desk than you should be able to communicate with your customers. It was more like " manager? No, after 12. You call, no manager.

You get what you get for the price, and this place was cheap. The room was poorly kept. No locks on the bathroom door, the AC barely worked and made loud noises all the time.

Steer clear. Coming into town late one evening we pulled over for a room. Rates were as high as some of the nicer hotels in Lubbock and this one is horrible. Blood stain on the sheet, threadbare blankets, pubic hairs, and long black hairs in the bathroom.

Our stay was quite terrible. We found roaches in the bathroom. The bathroom itself was in terrible shape. Very dirty and the shower drained very slow. Mold spores appeared to be on the shower curtain. The manager was rude and not very helpful. We do not recommend this place to anyone.

This is the worst motel I have ever stayed at. Don't stay there.

Rodeway Inn in Lubbock charges $52 for a room half the size of a $27 room in Amarillo. I work nights, and sleep late, so when room service comes by I usually say "no thank you. " They came back and knocked again, so I answered the door and told them again I didn't need anything. In poor english they said "no, no… one moment" and pushed their way in to replace things that didnt need replacement and clean things that didn't need cleaning while I was trying to sleep. I won't be coming back. They will have to find another way to pay for their new BMW.
