Great place to stay, clean, friendly, quite.

I love the rooms like a mini apartment.

You should definitely stay here if you want to be treated like garbage for having a disability. Told your dog does not qualify as a service animal despite having the paperwork to show for it and clearly disabled guest standing in front of Danie and then ignored when you reach out and respond to the text message they sent. And I quote “I’m sorry no one got on here to check text messages. ” Ummm then why are you sending them to guests? Just to show just how terrible your customer service is? Oh you’re a diamond member? Danie definitely won’t acknowledge you either. Or care. Forget about even getting basic waters “too busy. ” I’m looking into legal action as we speak for discriminating against the disabled guest I made the reservation for.

Nice hotel. Staff was friendly. Road noise kinda sucked but what can you do.

The front desk guy answered all my questions and helpful over the phone. And made our check in fast and easy. The room is very nice awesome kitchen. And very spacious for my wheelchair… will come back here again…

Always stay here. If you don't want to eat what they have here, Joe's Crab Shack is in walking distance or Chucky Cheese is right next door for the kids.
AND they have ceiling fans in the bedrooms! BIG PLUS!

Every time we needed something there was no one at the front desk including check in. Instead they were dealing with multiple rooms leaking because of rain. I don’t blame the staff, they were trying. Poor upkeep of building is to blame, it has been a very wet spring so this isn’t the first time these rooms have leaked and it caused the staff to be unavailable to guests. Hot tub was also green and out of order and we couldn’t get any hot water in the room. Again, staff was pleasant and helpful WHEN WE COULD FIND THEM.

It is very nice here. And very comfortable beds.

Very nice hotel. If your on budget. It’s great because they offer breakfast and dinner Monday — Thursday. If you need a hotel for an extended time. It has a full kitchen with all utensils. Dishwasher. Refrigerator.

The workers were very kind and the room was fantastic. Has everything that you need. And the breakfast was really good.

Great Hotel! Recently renovated. Sometimes can be a little pricey but I feel it's worth it because the staff is excellent, the rooms (while small) are nicely decorated and clean, and breakfast is fantastic. Dinner sometimes it's hit or miss depending on the chef who's working that night, but it's still a huge plus that they have dinner and alcoholic beverages included in the first place, not many other hotels do this so this is a great value.

Friendly staff that was willing to help out when asked. Spacious rooms. We stayed on the 3rd floor with two separate rooms. The shower did not have a temp restrictor on it or it was just set super high. My daughter could've easily scalded herself. Otherwise than that the room was nice. I had to visit downstairs to get sheets/pillows for the pull out couch. The ground floor restroom was out of TP at one point. The breakfast was great. The plus was the very friendly staff. Plus plenty of parking!

Stephanie Casas, the grand lady since 2016, always dependable and reliable she knows everything that you may inquire. Emily Olives and Erin N are two young and beautiful sweethearts, always ready to serve anyone especially me. I shall return. Thank you for pampering me! Was there for 5 nights and want to commend Bryce Turner for a great customer service experience. He was great. He was always helpful and was always very cordial and friendly and provided us with answers when ever we needed items or help. Great experience. Thank you, Roxanne.

Great, friendly service. And the evening reception… wow! Normally one would expect cheese and crackers, light appetizers. But a full meal?!?! So good! Will use your hotel again!

From my check in to my checking out. Was perfect. Rooms beautiful, clean. Breakfast delicious. Compliments to the chef. I love that nobody bothered us. The kids loved the pool time. I love my view from our room. There's really nothing to complain about. Thank you homewood suites. We will definitely be coming back. And I love that we have till 11 to check out. If you looking for a suit in lubbock this is definitely a great place. I just want to know what type of pillow they use. Goodness I slept so good.

Under renovation, should turn out nice. Coffee was good. Comfortable beds.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Living room and bedroom was separated by a door which is great. Complimentary breakfast had a decent selection. The eggs and seasoned potatoes were really good.

Common response is to tell the customer how good of a employee that person is… I AM A GUEST… FROM OUT OF TOWN… please stop that is the worst response to give a angry guest… better known as the sweeping under the rug response! Thanks but No thanks… I will definitely pass next time I am in town!

Great place to stay. Convenient to everywhere. I like to stay where breakfast is served and when you return to your room there is a separate room to relax and eat leftovers.

Very nice! Clean and good staff. We like yo stay because having a small kitchen is great to bring your own snacks and food.

I cannot imagine how this establishment has such high ratings on Priceline (Priceline review separate). The main lobby is nice, however, that's as far as it goes and the reason for the one star, it would have been none. Entering the room, it looked as though the last occupants ran as if there was a fire, sofa disheveled, lamp ajar. Oreo cookie crumbs on the floor, spill in the freezer, coffee pod still in coffee maker, stove could not be turned off, shower curtain looked as if it had been wadded in a bag for weeks and then hung. Batteries for each remote needed replacing. Do not bother going to breakfast after 8:30 am. Nothing left and nothing replaced, literally, no need to even wait. This reviewer suggests looking at MANY other options in Lubbock and will not have another stay unless the apocalypse occurs while in Lubbock and every other hotel is demolished.

Staff are friendly, booked 2 rooms, no hot water in one of the rooms, and breakfast is not the best. I would prefer Embassy to Homewood. Rooms are Ok and the heater make noise waking you up at night.

The staff was friendly and professional. Rooms were clean. The room had a fridge, stove top, breakfast nook, couch, and a very soft bed. The towels were surprisingly fluffy for a hotel. The bad: the shower wasn't hot enough, and there didn't seem to be any anti slip material, almost fell right out. They also upcharge for high speed internet, a complimentary Wi-Fi connection cones with the room.

Great clean rooms with AC and heat in each room. Wi-Fi speeds are good (10 Mbps up and down). Fridge and stove and microwave in King suites. Pull out couch as well.

This is the most terrible experience I have ever had! For what we paid, we expected more room. It's a bit tiny! The desk staff was horrible and rude! They are obviously not too bright, I asked for pool towels so I could enjoy the pool, nothing was on, pool was filthy. When my husband asked, the desk staff told him, oh no it's been closed since the 1st. We stayed here because it was convenient. Pretty much it's an over priced closet, and lacks a lot to be desired!

Decent option in Lubbock showing wear and tear. The biggest issue is the window unit air conditioners are loud, freeze over, and have a hard time keeping up with the Texas sun.

Everything was perfect: location, staff, room, breakfast. This line of hotels is firmly on our list when we need to travel.

Great breakfast, nice clean rooms. Extra blanket was great since I was cold because my husband likes a cold room. Our own AC thermostat in room was great. Private restroom area. We arrived after 9 and then the pool closed at 10p so wasn't happy that we didn't get to go into the pool.

Spent 2 weeks here. Good location with a very friendly staff. Rooms are in good shape, but the furniture is old and needs replacing. Pool is nice, but only has 2 chairs to lay out on. Fitness facility is small but has everything you need for a quick workout. Breakfast is complimentary in the morning, good options but little variety day-to-day. The evening reception is completely not worth it.

Roomy and generally quiet. Good location. Have stayed here often. Only problem is t. V. Often needs someone to come and get a picture.

Stay was good overall. Room was a smaller suite that would probably be the same size as a regular hotel room. TVs in both rooms, small kitchen area and bathroom was efficient. Temperature was hard to regulate, and will be difficult to truly separate noise between rooms within suite. Breakfast was adequate, and pool is outdoor. Rear and side entrances are somewhat awkward in accessing the elevators.

My husband and I stay at this hotel every January for a business trip. Great price, clean and comfortable rooms, and exceptional customer service. They provide the best breakfast and dinner… so convenient. The chefs and front desk staff are sincere and friendly. Great place for a no hassle stay.

I enjoyed my stay there! agree with the positive reviews. I have stayed at so many places from Oklahoma, Dallas, San Antonio and Austin… this hotel exceeded my expectations and then some based on their service. Everyone was so welcoming and nice. Recommend this place to others and I most definitely will stay here again.

Friendly staff. Lite meal Mon-Thur which has always been delicious. Nice hot breakfast to start your day which includes bacon.

I love this place, every single person that works there are awesome, from the moment we checked in to the moment we left they really made us feel home. During breakfast I had the best experience ever, my daughter is vegan so it's difficult to find a place that have vegan options to eat, the whole staff went out of there way to make sure my daughter had something to eat.

There was an issue using Expedia and the room was unavailable due to things out of their control. They bent over backwards to accommodate us, giving is another room and another comped room and the manager left us a nice note and free snacks. Wonderful experience.

Had a great night of sleep here. Beds are nice and TV'S are alright. Only things that I didn't like was that there wasn't much equipment at the gym and also the breakfast wasn't very good. It makes sense why it's free.

Amber at the front desk was great. Made sure my stay was amazing. The food is top notch as well as far as hotel free food goes. The housekeeping staff were great and even left little notes wishing me a great day. Not to mention the manager left a gift bag in my room with snacks and soda and a handwritten note thanking me for my service. What a nice touch. Can't think of any complaints even though I've tried!

I called and made my reservation with Amber, she was very friendly and helpful. I got to the hotel and Amber was still there a was just as sweet in person. My room was very comfortable and clean.

Our room was nice and staff was friendly. However, we stayed two nights and no one restocked coffee, made bed, etc. For the price, we expected a bit of room servicing. I forgot a new pair of jeans in the room and when we called them, they reported that no one had found them. No apologies or offer to replace them at all. Guess a staff member got a new pair of jeans. I would not stay there again.

The hotel is clean, staff are very helpful and friendly, typical home-wood. 4 star. I am adding one star for the chef. He is always happy! Fantastic food, breakfast and dinner, creative hors d'Oeuvres. So much better than the typical hotel manager special and happy hours. Have stayed here about dozen times in the past, mostly because of the food. :).

Probably the best hotel experience I've ever had. Great customer service, room very clean and spacious, and the breakfast was pretty on point. No complaints with this place.

I stayed at this hotel over the 4th of July weekend. It was very comfortable and they allowed us to have 5 people in the suite. We could have had up to 6, I think so this was one of the few hotels in Lubbock that would take that many people. The hotel is near the mall and many stores and restaurants on the south loop, but that area can be a little tricky for driving because there are a lot of curvy one-way streets. The hotel staff seemed very friendly and efficient. We needed some supplies and they delivered them to the room right away. The room was in nice shape and we didn't have any issues with noise. It was fairly roomy and had a nice kitchenette. The only thing I didn't like about the layout was that the vanity was outside the shower area and in plain view of the bedroom. Also, the TVs were a bit shaky. I tried to watch the world cup and sometimes the channel didn't work. The pool is outdoors and isn't extremely large but it is fairly nice for a hotel pool and seems to be well-maintained. The breakfast was like most hotel breakfasts. There wasn't enough seating and they seemed to run out of food. Overall, this was a very nice hotel at a decent price. I would highly recommend it if you want a comfortable and clean hotel in Lubbock. As an additional note, I reserved this hotel through priceline and ended up getting double-charged. The hotel was good about removing the charge, but it was a nuisance.

Staff was excellent! Suite was very nice and clean. I would absolutely recommend this establishment to anyone! Complimentary breakfast was the best I have had at a hotel (I travel every week for work). The complimentary supper was great and the chef was very polite and made sure everyone was full and happy.

Best service I have enjoyed at any hotel at any price. The staff is over the top with great service! You can not go wrong with this place.

Breakfast was great, got a room with a kitchen, futon, two tv's, and an awesome shower. All for $110.

Friendly staff, spacious rooms, evening reception gives you a meal along with alcohol, great selection of breakfast, outdoor pool with basketball hoop, decent workout room.

We stayed here for a week and it was great. All over our suite were notes and reminders of how the staff are willing and delighted to assist us in any way. I felt like we could ask for anything and they would be willing to bend over backward for us. That's a nice feeling. The staff were very professional and friendly; they seemed like they enjoyed their jobs. We enjoyed chatting with them at times. Housekeeping came around frequently. The granite counter tops throughout and 2 flat-screen TVs made it feel very upscale. Breakfast was provided every day and dinners Monday through Thursday. The pool and hot tub were cool too. I only used the exercise room once, but you can also go to a gym for free if you want which is awesome if you're going to be around a while (just show ID and room key). Delicious cookies at the front desk, btw. We loved our stay.
