Clean, nice place to stay especially for the price. Good customer service. Close to a Casa Ole', Juicy Burger, and Whataburger. A Kroger is across the street. Also this place has a bar, The Memphis bar, that sometimes has live music. Didn't use it during our stay, but I noticed a pool also.

The staff was very nice and the room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good toooo!. Great air conditioning!

Do not stay here. These people charged me 542.27 to stay 5 days. Despite booking through expedia less than 40 a night, with a 10 dollar pet fee (according to Expedia) was actually 12 at hotel sign in. Shows nice pool to use. Covered up and filthy in June. Grounds were filthy as well. I was charged 36.00/50.05/134.50 respectively then hit with a 321.72 bill. I left early on my reservation (wonder why) on Sunday at 1:30 and expected to be charged for Sunday but instead the hotel charged me 321.72. I had to call Wyndham Hotels, Capital one for the charge dispute and Expedia. What a waste of my life dealing with this place.

This was terrible. Carpet was stained and torn. Shower was in disrepair. Fridge and microwave old. Room generally dirty. Not the best neighborhood either.

Overall it was decent. When we first walked into our non-smoking room, we were hit with an overwhelming odor of cigarettes. The ac unit was completely off which made it worse. The vanity area was a little cranped with the closet cabinet. Wish it would have had more than 1 tiny bottle of shampoo for the 4 perspn room, but had our own so no big concern. And once we got the ac going, it helped with the smell and cooled the room fairly quickly.

Clean rooms, nice furniture, good bed, perfect location. Really basic but again, clean and excellent rate. Didn’t try the breakfast or the bar but I really like the place. The family who runs this place is doing a good job! This is the place is you staying one night and dont want to spend bug bucks.

The Experience here at this Super 8 on spur 63 was excellent Danny and his wife very cool professional but let you know how it is Danny's a hard worker breakfast was good he treats his employees good Adam was awesome recommend fully Super 8 this one right here the best Super 8 I've been to.

We had an excellent stay at this location. We stayed a week while cleaning our storage and had a trailer with our belongings. Devon at the front desk was so kind and accommodating. She even watched our trailer for us! The rooms were clean and pretty big. The beds were super comfy! We will be staying again if in the area.

This hotel is fairly nice, however, they rented us a room with a pet and then the next day, they jumped me because we were in that room with a pet. Pet was in a kennel, never loose in the room. We paid the pet deposit. Their person cleaning rooms, entered my room, with the do not disturb sign on the door. He proceeded to start yelling at me about my little 2 1/2 pound dog. He was a room cleaner… he had no right to say anything to me. The office blew up the phone in the room, and I didn't answer it, as I knew what it was about. The room cleaner came and knocked on my room door and had another guy with him. He told me to go to the office. I went to the office, and when the manager saw that we had rented that room AND paid a pet deposit, she said she couldn't throw us out, even though they didn't allow pets in that room. She said she would tell the room cleaners not to bother us again. We were in town to be near the hospital, due to a family member having a bad car accident. Just be sure that if you stay here, you shouldn't leave anything expensive in the room, as they will enter, even with a sign on the door telling them not to.

Best price on a hotel in Longview! Paid $50 and the room was renovated and super clean. Great showers. Hot and good pressure. Will definitely stay next time I'm in Longview! Clean and comfortable beds.

Room is recently remodeled with large artwork on the wall. Linens smell nice and fresh and everything is spotless. Love the TV channels! Will definitely come back.

This is an average Motel. It was clean, and staff is friendly. They offered both smoking and non-smoking rooms. A continental breakfast is offered every morning to guests.

They said that the room was wheelchair accessible restroom, it was not, it was a good room, but I would liked to give 5

I would never recommend this place to anyone. I am traveling to Longview to attend my grandfather's funeral. I made a reservation at 5:39pm. The date of the funeral was moved so I needed to change plans. I called back 7:25pm, less than 2 hours later, they could not let me make changes unless I paid for one night stay. I will never stay at a Super 8 ever again.

The place is clean and well-maintained. However, we had an unpleasant experience. We travel with two small dogs. The night clerk assigned us to the wrong room. We had just moved in and settled down for the evening, when the owner or manager came to the door and told us we had to move to another room specifically for pets They started grabbing our things and hustling us down the walk to another room. It was embarrassing and humiliating. The new room seemed identical to the first. I considered it to be in very bad form and spoiled the remainder of our stay there. Our dogs are very clean and well-trained The switch was absolutely unnecessary.

Decent room, comfortable and clean… some dude on a bike making noise early n the morning but not the hotels fault. Will stay agaib.

PROSTITUTION! And Drugs! Disgusting! Roomed smelled horrid, air conditioner did NOT work. The carpet and bedding Was burned because of cigarettes. Shower was filled with yellow stains, too dirty to shower in. Beds were very uncomfortable, we bought bed sheets and threw them away after because the ones provided had yellow stains on them. STAY AWAY! My dad got invited into a random woman's room while he was walking with my niece and dog.

Had a good stay, service was great, room tad cramped, but reasonable price.

Found a roach in the morning which wasn't cool. But other than that it's great.

I love staying here when I come. The people at the front desk always has a smile when I come in. The bar attached really works for me when I wanna have a night out. Their bartenders are the best. I've always felt safe when I come and recommend this motel to everyone I know.

Room was really clean and quiet. Although there were burn marks in top sheet of the bed in a non smoking room.

The entrance/ exit needs improvement — you can't see oncoming traffic very well when you're trying to exit. The bathrooms need repair. But the atmosphere of the Memphis bar is awesome.

They were extremely rude and would not accept my wyndham reward points.

The water in the shower would randomly get scorching hot. The Wi-Fi is very slow. Also, as we were packing up to leave, the room service barged in telling us when checkout was even though they had come ten minutes earlier. They then left with the door open.

Owners allowed us to have all of our pets! We have 4 dogs, 2 of them are pitbulls and 2 cats. Owners or house keeping did not like dogs but they WERE NOT JUDGMENTAL of our breeds. Not impressed with the area, but the service they provide is what matters!

My stay was overall fair there was a light smell of smoke in my non smoking room it got somewhat noisy a few times. But it was pretty cheap and the room was clean.

The room was super clean, towels were very soft. Super easy to find. Great hotel!

The breakfast was simple but nice, it included eggs, sausage, bread with a toaster, and cereal. It also has various drinks and a waffle maker. The room was nice, it had a flat screen TV with HD channels and and a microwave and a minifridge. I would recommend this hotel a 8/10. The only bad part was it says it's 55$ on Google maps but it's 85$ for a room.
