Rooms are very well kept and clean. Staff are very polite and Friendly. This is me and wife's 2 stay here and have no complaints. Not a lot of through traffic and quite at night. The price is great and in my opinion the best motel in the area. Have stayed at pretty much all of them at least once over the last 25yrs and 2 thumbs up. Pool is nice but I think it would get used more and be a lot more peaceful if a privacy fence of some sort was blocking hwy 8o it would cut down on traffic noise and offer comfort for the lady's. But still a nice place to cool off in the heat.

Its clean. Maid serves is great and they do a great job. The prices is right. I would stay here again. We have been here now for three weeks.

Got to say the cleanest of all hotels on highway 80 here in Longview. Beds are comfortable and it was surprisingly quiet.

I was very impressed with the size and cleanliness of the room, the long vanity, and all its amenities. Management answered my questions throughly and with a good attitude. Very welcoming and definitely affordable! This is my "go to" motel, even if I have to travel 50 miles to get here. I know advance that I'm well taken care of.

The queen room we rented last minute, late at night was passable for clean — the floor was rather stained however. The room was large and the bed was comfy enough. The busted/missing dead bolt and door handle shaped hole in the wall were pretty disconcerting however. We had a very long and stressful day that day and were able to unwind pleasantly infront of the flat screen with a crystal clear image. We were also thankful for the mini fridge that had a separate freezer area (we've been to many other hotels that do not accommodate in that area so well. ) seeings we were carrying cold food with us. We had packed quick tho, forgetting some items at home and I was disappointed to find that one of their larger/"nicer" rooms did not supply even small packets of basic shower supplies.

Location was fine enough, service was fine, but our room had a lot of previous damage to it from prior guests. One of these damages was a broken deadbolt, which, given what scuffles had obviously happened in that room before was unsettling to say the least.

We had to evacuate due to hurricane Harvey and they made our stay very comfortable. The front desk was so nice and super helpful. The rooms were nice and spacious. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel. Thank you again!

Standard cheap hotel. I was expecting something better from the good ratings. I wouldn't go back.

Room was musky and fold away bed in sofa was stained but king size bed was very comfortable. My son enjoyed the pool all in all we will stay there again.

Front desk staff went out of their way to make our stay good. The first room we checked into smelled of fresh paint from being newly remodeled which my wife would not be able to handle so they moved us to a new room no problems great place to stay. Allowed us to stay with my two big dogs.

Everything was great, only problem was with some of the guests. I talked to the staff and the issues were resolved immediately. The staff was friendly and inviting evertime we spoke. House keeping was fantastic too, we got clean towels every day and they were nice enough to make my bed with the extra blanket I brought. Hope I'm in the area again.

The service was great. I thought the owners couldn't get us a room since we booked the hotel late at night and we were in a rush. But, luckily they got us a room for the best deal. They also had an iron which I could not find in the room. They also gave me the Wi-Fi password.

The Majestic was clean and pleasant. For the price, I got more than I expected. The air blew cold and the shower was strong.

Pretty expensive for that side of town, but seemed to work out ok for the area. The rooms were a decent size but not really pet friendly. They will just charge you the 20 dollar deposit since " they will have to detail the carpet in case the dog sheds any fur"

We stayed here once before with no problem a while back but on August 9 2014 we stayed and I give them 2 stars because our room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but obviously someone had made the room their living quarters for an extended period of time because all through the day and night people were knocking on our door. We settled in at around 5pm and they were knocking all the way until we got up the next morning. There were about 5-6 knocks total. That is not the bad part. We called the office about it 3 times. The first time the girl just said "Ok". The second time she said "I will tell the manager again and see what he says" The third and final time we called, and realized it was a lost cause, a guy told my husband "It must be the hookers" then he laughed and told him that they would look in to it. No apology, no offer of accommodation to switch rooms, or maybe have a patrol officer drive through to make sure everything is ok, because initially I didn't feel safe at all. This is a situation that could happen at any motel, but it is the way that the office handled the situation that was horrible to me. Also, when my husband checked in, they did not even ask him for his ID so that tells me that they don't really care who they check in, as long as they are paying. The online price is a good price, but you are really taking a gamble on if you are going to get a good night sleep or not.

When I come to this motel, I always have a wonderful experience. The staff is always nice, rooms clean, and smells good.
