My family and I have stayed here twice. We love it! Debbie, who works the front desk was great to us and made us feel very welcomed. Clean rooms, clean dining area and pool area is always kept up well. We plan on staying here again in the future.

The customer service here is superb from the front desk people, to housekeeping, to maintenance, every single person who I spoke with that works here was friendly and helpful. The rooms are very tidy and clean and the beds were cozy. I will say the pool is pretty tiny and nothing to write home about, but it is a salt water pool so it’s nice to not have that bleach smell.

Everything was perfect clean room wonderful staff especially the lady that does the breakfast didn’t catch her name she was so helpful and awesome the only thing I would change is there guest laundry room took forever to dry but other than that I would recommend!

Wonderful stay! Breakfast was alright. More options would be nice though. Easy drive to Port Aransas! Debbie, at the front desk is AMAZING! She was even there at breakfast, throwing down on the waffle maker! Beds were comfy, and AC worked great! Didn't want to leave! ♡

Just got home from staying a week at Comfort Suites near Texas A&M. Had the most awesome stay. Debbie who was working the front desk when checking in was SO AWESOME! She helped with sites to see, cheap gasoline, great restaurants and anything needed during stay. She was back in the morning making waffles for all the guests. Debbie has a great personality, she makes everyone smile and laugh. When first in the room I noticed the fire alarm was beeping. Told Debbie and the manager himself was on it. If you want an exceptionally clean and comfortable, very attentive staff and VERY reasonable rates this is the place. I'd stay there again with no question.

The rooms were very clean. The room they gave me had an issue with the toilet water running and they immediately gave me another room. The first room also had a dresser in need of repair and the shower curtain bar came partially detached from the walls, looked like someone tried to do chin ups on it, lol. However, the second room was great with the exception that there was no freezer area in the refrigerator. They do need some maintenance done on the tile in the shower also. Breakfast was great and the waffle cooker Debbie had such a great attitude, she was so full of joy which is a wonderful way to start of the day. All of the staff were friendly and cheerful. The pool was clean but the hot tub had a few jets that were not working. Bring your own toiletries. I wound up going to HEB to buy my regular shampoo and conditioner because I have dry hair and the complimetary ones did not do. The shea butter soap was fine though. If cleanliness and hospitality are the most important issues for you, this is the place to come!

Giving this comfort Suites a 10… service across the board was outstanding. Front desk people were knowledgeable, rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast had many choices, and was very good. But the person that made our stay so memorable, was Debbie. She works the breakfast each morning, and makes you feel right at home. She makes your waffles (and they are really good), had good knowledge of the area and offers great advice. Thanks again for a great stay, we will be back soon.

My wife, son and I visited this past weekend and all we can say is that it was truly a remarkable experience. The FRIENDLIEST STAFF, clean rooms, pool and jacuzzi were just right and the breakfast was awesome. Really affordable prices. I just want to say that you to the front desk for being so kind and thank you to the blonde woman (sorry didn’t get your name) serving waffles in the morning. Def be back within the month.

Greeted with excellent staff. Loved the fish tank in the main entry. Room was clean and beds comfy. Breakfast had several options. Easy access on and off the freeway. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here four nights this past week. This hotel is a gem! The location is perfect; short drive to the beach, all of the attractions and popular dining/drinking spots. The accommodations were outstanding; very clean rooms, super comfortable bed, beautiful lobby and dining area, delicious assortment of breakfast items to choose from. The staff members at this location are all so genuine, friendly and helpful; Debbie, Anthony and Mathew treated me like family. Golden! I will definitely stay here again and recommend that you do too!

I just booked our trip for my husband and I this afternoon to stay at the Comfort Inn. I called various other hotels and was very pleased with the professionalism I received from the reception. Debbie was friendly and warm when she took my phone call. Very professional as well. Thank you Debbie for booking our dates!

Me and my family loved our stay here. Debbie made our trip better because she was so amazing with her awesome attitude, amazingly friendliness and loving heart. Everyone should have an employee like her. Rooms were very clean, breakfast was awesome and the staff was amazing! If they had 10 stars I would absolutely give them to this suite. The manager Matthew was also really helpful with our needs. Will definitely be staying here from now on. Thank you Comfort Suites for making our vacation worth it.

Great people, great hotel! Always stay at comfort suites and this is multiple times at this one. The only buggaboo if you will, is the elevator… very suspenseful… will I die, will I live, is Bruce Willis going to jump down from the top…

Debbie is the absolute best front desk person I've ever met! She was cool, kind, funny, and accommodating! The hotel was nice and clean and the room was great! Definitely would stay again!

Well above average for it's price point. New construction with a baller aquarium in the lobby. Best location if you are visiting for anything TAMUCC-related.

AMAZING HOTEL! The staff will go out of there way to help out any way they can to accommodate you. The rooms are super clean and the bathroom was stuffed full of clean towels and everything else you’ll need. The rooms are HUGE and and plenty of space for all my luggage and work supplies. I will definitely be staying here every time I’m down in Corpus!

Breakfast is just okay. We had late checkout at 1:00 pm and housekeepers knocked on the door three times before 12:15. One actually made it through the door before we could answer. We could have had the door locked, but housekeeping should have a list of late checkouts, especially since we requested it when we checked in two days earlier.

This was my second time at this hotel. The breakfast was good, filling, and just what I expected, but not great. Just good. The bacon was much better than previous stays at Choice Hotels. My shower had a little mildew in it, but could be easily cleaned with a little more scrubbing. All in all, I would recommend this hotel. The staff was very friendly, and generally the hotel is very clean.

We were only here 1 night. Room was clean and good for the price. The road nearby is quite noisy but we didn't have issues sleeping through the night. I would ask for a room facing the water next time. My only complaint is the TV seem dated. The color was off on the tv.

Good survice but if you dont like elavators stay away. Its only 3 floors but this elevator sounded like it was on its last leg one time the door didnt coose befor we started going up.

Couldn't beat it for the price. Came for my daughter's tennis tournament. Other hotels were ranging from $120-229/night. Got this for $69/night after taxes. Nice room. In need of mild update, but great room for the price I paid. Top value bang for the buck… except the Wi-Fi is the WORST… next to useless.

Staff was excellent and the rooms were very well maintained. The continental breakfast was excellent. I loved the eggs and waffles! It has a central location to all the sights and restaurants the bay has to offer!

Staff was horrible and rude. Our first room we were given was damaged and they put us in a single bed room when my original reservation was a double queen and sofa bed. Housekeepers are thieves. My wedding band was stolen. Do not book this hotel!

This place is really one of the best places to stay at. Not only are the employee's friendly to work with, specifically the night person, … very friendly girl! … but it is also in an extremely AWESOME side of Corpus Christi. You can get to anywhere in no time from here. The beach, the mall, as well as major grocery stores and convenient store's that stay opened 24hrs. Port Aransas is like only 30 min. Away as well…

Rooms were clean and updated. We were in the area to take out kids to the beach at North Padre Island and stayed 2 nights. Very friendly staff including housekeeping. Breakfast was ok. Typical hotel style breakfast. The hotel is right off the freeway and fairly easy to get to. Only complaint was a cockroach on the ceiling but housekeeping helped us dispose of it. Would stay here again.

We stayed here three nights while we explored the area. We had a double queen suite which was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast area was nice and the food was good. We also want to acknowledge the front desk staff because they helped us complete some necessary faxes. This was the nicest Comfort Suites we have visited and recommend it highly.

It was a very nice hotel. Room was clean (but did smell a bit like wet moldy clothes). Friendly staff and a great breakfast.

Arrive Friday around a little after 3pm. As we were moving in our belongings to our room for the evening the power flickered several times and then the lights were off for the first 11/2 hours there. Fed up with no power I began to ask staff about some kind of discount or accommodation for having no power for the 1st time being at this establishment, in doing so they refused and continued to tell me I could check out if I didn't like that answer. I said I really didn't want to check out myself and family were just getting settled in. By this time both the district sales manager and general manager told me I cussed at them which was a flat out lie, and proceeded to tell me they would call the cops if they had to but I needed to leave, I continued by telling them I needed a refund receipt before I would leave. All of this was terrible and not once did they apologize for no power they just refused to take any responsibility or use appropriate customer service conduct in this horrible experience. We left and won't return to this hotel. Ever.

Not terrible but could have been better. The room barely accommodates the pull out bed so it's pretty hard to walk around especially in the middle of the night on the way to the bathroom. It's not really a suite. King bed isn't separate from "living area" (like at embassy Suites). Maids didn't come second day of trip. Called down for bedding for pull out bed : had to go downstairs to get it myself. Called down for more towels (since maids didn't come) … Had to go downstairs and get them myself. Shower curtain set up is single cloth/linen curtain (hard to keep water in the shower. ) Hotel staff barreled past my three year old instead of letting her out of the elevator. Pros: great location, room was clean, Precious at front desk was really nice. Maybe I'm used to staying at nicer hotels but I expected more.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is newly renovated with new carpet and wallpaper. We were very happy with our stay. Stayed 5 nights and had a great experience. This hotel (and staff) was definitely worth the price. The room was clean and the breakfast area was well maintained and stocked. Also has free Wi-Fi for guests.

Stayed there this past Saturday 4-23-16, and I usually always stay at a comfort suites property, but this one I will definitely not be returning to. The people above me were obviously partying because I heard constant loud laughing, drunken singing, pounding, and running above me the entire night! I put up with it for about 3 hrs, but 3am came and I was fed up, so I called to the front desk to complain and spoke to sandy, she was very apologetic and said she would take care of it, it was quiet for about 20 mins, then it started right back up again with even louder pounding, and then sex noises! I was so fed up! It felt like I was staying at a ghetto motel 6! For $137 I got ripped off! I paid to sleep and relax and got the opposite! My entire family was upset. Before that we went to the pool, and nothing but children were monopolizing the pool and hot tub! Kids were left unattended and then some of the parents were bbq outside and left their beer cans everywhere! It was disgusting! I can't believe this type of crowd was even accommodated here. I complained again in the morning at check out to the front desk lady, but she was too busy on her phone to acknowledge me at first, the she saw me standing there and came up to me. She pretty much just said sorry and I asked her to tell the manager to call me, but no word at all yet and it's been 2 days, which I am not surprised.

Check in professional and informative room clean and comfortable would stay again. Erika was very friendly over the phone, to our surprise, in person she was even more humane. She truly makes a difference to your hotels — there should be more employees like her. In addition, the hotel rooms were not loud or disruptive, we could actually sleep comfortably "Comfort Suites" style!

Totally clean, quiet. The bed was very comfortable. It's 5 minutes to the university so that's another plus.

The ONLY REASON this hotel is even getting one star is the review requires it! I will never use ‪#‎Travelocity‬ again! I booked this ‪#‎comfortsuites‬ corpus christi A&M location through on 8/27/15 for the night of 9/11/15, the night before my trip the hotel cancelled our room on us! They say they refunded our money, but I called my bank and they see NO REFUND PENDING to my account. I've been waiting 8 days for my refund, I've called multiple times and they say it's the hotels responsibility because they charged my card, the hotel (who's name shows on my bank account as the one who charged my account), has not yet refunded my money and after many many attempts with no luck to reach the manager, who apparently ONLY WORKS 12pm-4:30pm, the manager will also not return my calls. I guess maybe the manager pocketed my money since they will not call me back! I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau of Corpus Christi today on this hotel as they have stolen my money, also I will leave this review anywhere online I can find a place to rate this hotel! I will also be attempting to contact their corporate office maybe someone will answer my call there! I will also be filing a complaint on Travelocity since the hotel and Travelocity can't seem to figure out which one of them stole my money!

They told me the night before my trip that they had no rooms. I made the the reservation 2 weeks and 2 days before. They did not try to help me find a room at another hotel near by. Was no help at all.
