Everything about our stay at this hotel was excellent and comfortable pillow top beds. The staff were exceptional and the amenities offered were everything my family needed. We will definitely choose this hotel again!

Great place to stay for the price. Rooms are clean and they have been remodeling the rooms. We travel a lot and will always stay here if we can.

Horrible we were tired travelers in need of serious sleep. Came in at around 4 am. Charged full price and then not offered any late check out even for an extra cost. We were booted out at 11 am sharp Least we pay smoothie while day at full price for only another wanted 30 minutes. The rooms were supposed to be non smoking but smelled like smoke. The beds were completely under par. The bathroom wall was broken and it was hard not to break the faucet off in our hands trying to shower although only one of us got a shower due to being pushed out of the room. Not friendly at all. I would suggest if you don't have to stay here, DONT! You'll totally regret it!

I never stayed at this hotel previously, but will always stay here if in the area. No Complaint! Pet Friendly and Very Clean Room.

Stayed here last week while transitioning. Great rates, clean room and Pet Friendly. Only negative I have is that breakfast OK, but for the price that I paid, No complaint about it.

I stayed here for a month, along with my sister, my aging parents, and my parents two small dogs. The respectful way that Sonny and the rest treated my family will stay with me for a long while. Unlike the hotel we had stayed in previously (another story entirely) the folks at Econo Lodge were friendly, polite, and went out of their way to make our stay a happy and peaceful one. The only issue that we struggled with was that there was a smoking room directly behind my NON-SMOKING room. The occupants of the room that was back-to-back with mine tended to smoke in the bathroom. Unfortunately, the vents of our rooms were connected, and that meant that cigarette smoke wafted in and filled my bathroom each evening. (For some people this would not have been an issue, but I am allergic to cigarette smoke. ) Sonny couldn't change the vents, however he said that he would move us to another room if the problem persisted. The problem did not persist. Problem solved. This was literally the only problem that came up in a month of staying here. The motel is situated near Braum's (which I also love, so I was very happy), across from Pizza Hut, and within walking distance of lots of other places to shop and eat. The place itself is nice and clean and calm. I kept my room dark and quiet, and my mother threw her curtains open and spent all her days doing oil paintings while her two little dogs napped nearby.

This place was more then we were expected. Have good Wi-Fi comfy Mattres. And they letting us have our dog in the room. Really nice place would recommend to anybody.

I thought we were getting a good deal, but I soon realized why it was so cheap. Upon arriving, our room seemed clean and it was prepared for us like we had requested with the crib and pullout couch set up. However, it smelled like smoke, even though it was a no smoking room. We got in late, so I just crashed into bed. In the morning we went to the breakfast bar, but the options were slim. I can appreciate what they were trying to do, but there weren't many options and I chose this hotel in part because it offered the free breakfast (I travel with kids). We left for the day and when we came back, our room looked like it had been cleaned. Beds were made, towels hung up, etc. Unfortunately, they hung dirty towels on our rack (pictured) and when I called the front desk to make them aware, I noticed the phone was so dirty and sticky. The bed was made, but I don't know if they changed the sheets or if they just turned them inside out, but they are inside out on our bed. Overall, this hotel left a lot of simple needs to be desired.

Filthy, gross, sloppy, and unsanitary. Our sheets were either stained or unwashed. The mess from the sex (or something else? ) from the last guest was still in the bed when we pulled the covers back. The towels we're dirty, carpet hasn't been cleaned EVER. Worn and dirty by the doorway and leading to the bathroom. Room smelled like a combination of a smoker's room and dirty armpits. The lobby was disgusting. Handle to the doors were stained with thousands of people handling the door without ever being cleaned. The stench was also throughout the lobby and interfered with breakfast. There was sparse selection and most of what was there was out of stock. Avoid this place…

Great rates, clean rooms and Pet friendly and right next to I-35 and across from best ice cream store Braums. Definitely 5 stars.

Rooms… very clean… especially restrooms… front desk always on their toes for your service… it's off i35 interstate stores/pizza hut WALKING DISTANT … their price ratings very good for the area it is located in.

This motel has amazing customer service. Some of the nicest people. The roos were very clean, affordable, and smelled nice. I was expecting a run down motel for the price. I was very wrong. I would stay here again! If you stay in Hillsboro Texas… come to the Econo Lodge for great service and excellent customer service.

I'm a truck driver with a broke down truck at the TA in Hillsboro tx. Ended up needing a hotel. On the wall is the only hotel in the area offering a ride from the truck stop to the hotel. Stayed there 5 days and everything was excellent. Great service sonny is a great guy. Rooms were comfortable nice restaurants need by and a bingo hall. Thanks sonny for the rides back and forth to the truck stop.

One of the best Econo Lodge motels I have stayed at! Was passing through the area and stopped here for the night. Great customer service, friendly staff, & clean rooms. The room I was given had a pillow top mattress that is very comfortable best nights sleep I've had in a motel ever. Very fast Wifi. Easy to connect to and navigate.

Room's need better detailed n cleaned better room door inside front door need whiping down n cleaned n bathroom door as well, beds are so hard every time I stay here my body hurts soooo bad the hold time I'm here from the hard mattresses.

Room was large and clean. The A. C. Was very cold. Overall would stay again.

On the way from port isabel texas to oklahoma and back we always stay here, a nice little place in a good location and very nice people.

Great stay. We stayed here when we evavuated our hometown due to Hurricane Harvery. We were on a budget and Econo Lodge was very affordable. They even let us cook out in front of our room to save money on food. Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean.

Stopped for a couple of notes and stayed for a couple of weeks nice people and polite thank you to everyone at econo Lodge that made me and my family welcome.

Nice beds nice TV the only thing that need updated is the shower heads clean rooms nice breakfest area u cant beat it for the price.

Visiting a friend who stayed at the Hotel. Room was adequate and clean, linnens and towels a bit well used, but clean. Breakfast tables area and lounge were well kept, roomy snd comfortable.

Clean beds were good and price was very good for what we needed we were passing thru and just needed a clean economical place to stay n rest desk clerk was very nice the evening we checked in it definitely served the purpose and yes if I came through again I would stay again knowing it was clean and priced accordingly.

Old ass tvs but great staff guy there was cool much better than other hotels I've been to I think about the only negative I can draw from this experience is just old ass TV thanks econo lodge.

My reservations were messed up (booked online) but the front desk did his best and got me a room at the points I booked. The linens and bathroom were clean. Fridge and micro is always nice, but a coffee pot really is a must, even with continental breakfast. Enjoyed our stay nonetheless. Thanks!

This Econo Lodge is one of the best in Hillsboro, TX Me and my family stayed for quite a while and the owner/manager is awesome. He did his best to see that our family was comfortable. Rooms are clean and nice beds. You can't get much better for the price and it is close to everything. I would recommend this hotel over any other one in Hillsboro, TX.
