We check into the Hutto Holiday Inn Express yesterday. The front desk person was kind and friendly.
But that is where it ended with service!
The internet didn't work and we had to have someone come to the room to fix the TV.
The beds are awful! And the hall ways LOUD early in the morning and late at night!
We left for the day, the morning of the 2nd day. And returned around 8:00pm. We walked into our room and it had not been cleaned. I went to front desk and ask why our room had not been cleaned. She asked when I checked in? I said yesterday. She said oh you only get your room cleaned every 3 days. I said you kidding me?! She said no. I told her I would need clean towels. She brought out clean towels while I was at the front desk. And then said " can you bring your dirty towel back down the the front desk"?! I ABOUT DIED! I said NO!
THEY NEVER DISCLOSED I WOULD BE GETTING SUBPAR SERVICE FOR A PAR RATE. I have never stayed at holiday inn express and never will again!

Amazing and clean hotel! Will be back to this hotel if we ever are around town again!

Great room great service great breakfast.

After a long day of driving and getting to our room by 11pm the following were issues in our room. The lock to our door would not lock, one of the beds was broken on one side. And dipped down very noticeably. We were so exhausted we just went to bed and it was very uncomfortable. Almost every channel on the TV was very fuzzy and made weird noises. Trash that was not ours on the floor.
Decent hotel. Not worth the price we paid though.

Booked room online and paid for and go to check in they said we don't have that room available! Room we had didn't have any soap and the toilet paper was the cheapest hardest paper! Breakfast was pretty goodt. 3 stars from me.

Dear Holiday Inn Express Hutto, I believe feed back is extremely important when you are looking to offer the best experience and service to your customers, which I’m hopeful you are wanting. I booked a room with you this weekend after finding out about a busy weekend of baseball tournaments and travel. I enjoy our trips and when I’m able to make it less stressful I absolutely do that. My stay with you has been incredibly disappointing and stressful. From the shower not working properly when we arrived, the broken towel rack, the out of service laundry, ice machines and pool. I can’t imagine you look to run a hospitality business that lacks its basic services. Your front desk was unprepared for the position YOU put them in and had frustrating responses from recommending we wash our close in the sink to the repeated apologies and shoulder shrugs-this is on YOU. As a big business customer service training should be your most important tool and you failed your staff. Do better. You have to. Success should not only come from the dollar signs rolling in because you are one of the only hotel in your area. Take pride in what you offer and offer what you market, period. Your only saving grace was Flora, who by the way takes extreme pride in her work. She was early getting breakfast out, polite, helpful and understanding of the importance of her part in making YOUR business better. She understood the importance off great feedback and the power of a great referral.

I had the unfortunate opportunity of making a reservation and cancelling. The young man at the front desk did not cancel my reservation or provide a confirmation number which ultimately led to a charge to my account that wasn't legit. Would recommend all people to ensure they receive emails, confirmation numbers, and names of workers. When I called to speak to the manager, she ran me in circles, did not make the general manager available, and provided me with incorrect numbers to the corporate offices. Unfortunately, due to the holiday, I wasn't fully attentive to all these details. However, you would expect if you didn't stay at the hotel then why would you be charged? I hope that nobody else has to experience this.

Very clean rooms that are newer. Great location, there is a Starbucks, Walgreens and even a YMCA in the lots over basically. Very nice staff. Would give more stars but TV kept cutting sound on and off. They did apologize. The hot tub was broke the pool was too cold for my 8 year old to brave, and the door to the pool needs to be fixed it scrapes the floor like nails on a chalkboard to go in or out. We paid $170 for a double for the night which was way to much.

This place is Trash! IDK why I even gave it 2 stars! I had been waiting for weeks to come here and relax. Our church group came and we used about 5 rooms. We called in advance for a early check in and were told we would get it. But 1 room was still not ready when we arrived at 2 30, so a few people had to sit in the lobby waiting for at least 45 mins. Then we had to remind the staff sitting directly in from of us to check on the rooms again. I'm a special ed teacher and I look forward to any break I can get. I planned on putting my ipad on speaker and having a nice little jam session by the pool and just chill. JESSICA (the manager) tells us that the pool is closed, she then lied to me and said it was posted online, but it was not. So, I took it upon myself to go to the hotel next door THE HAMPTON, and they were kind enough to allow me to swim in their pool for an hour. I wasn't even their guest, I pray God will bless that manager at the Hampton GREATLY for accomodating me. Also I couldn't use my IPAD because the HOLIDAY INN Wi-Fi was down. Our rooms cost $179 per night, so I expect excellence! I can say that at least the room was clean, but not quiet for some of my family. We called the front office twice for noisy kids next door that sounded like they were jumping off the walls, but no action was taken. How did they accomodate us for all the problems? Half off 1 room! I will never stay here again, I will never recommend someone to stay here!

Not the cleanest hotel but the service was on point and overshawdowed the blemishes. All my incessant requests were happily accommodated. I love IHG!

Rooms are nice and clean, front desk staff were helpful. Cleaning staff needs to be retrained. Was to check in at 3, room was not ready till 4.

Horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible.

The breakfast was great, beds were comfortable, some of the staff were great, however upon my check out I was charged $20 more than my original amount not only about two days later I was charged an extra $50 for a towel and a few other items they claimed I took with me at check out. Not only do I not have these items I even cleaned the trash put dirty clothes in a pile and made sure to tidy up before we left. The general manager was extremely rude about the situation nonnegotiable and completely unwilling to put the money back on my account despite my many attempts to explain to him I did not have the items he claimed I did his rude demeanor and poor customer service are the sole reasons I will never come back to this hotel again and I suggest no one else does either it looks wonderful on the surface But the second you leave they will take you for every dime you have which is Not a lot right now considering my oldest child has a major surgery coming up due to her disability and illness and he took zero consideration for that.

Room was nice, pool and hot tub is inside, guest laundry room is on the second floor, business center is by the front desk and front door.

Awesome hotel, definitely made my weekend trip a lot smoother, would most definitely recommend to anyone, stayed around this time last year and it was 5 star service then and the same applies to now! Awesome breakfast as well!

Seems to be a relatively new property, but already showing some signs of deferred maintenance. Room was comfortable, staff is friendly. Noise level is quite a bit higher than we are used to experiencing. For the quality of experience, the price is a little high.

Nice room in a great location. Only 4 stars because there is obvious wear and tear with no attempt at upkeep. Door plate missing for what appeared to be a long time. Washer and dryer looked like they had been thrown around the room. Hallway signs torn off. Just minor maintenance that the owners don't bother to fix.

When my wife and I checked in to the hotel, it looked new, clean and smelt very nice. When we got to our room, my wife loved all of the amenities in the room, such as the refrigerator, microwave and the Keurig coffee maker. I was also impressed with the nice walk in shower. Unlike most hotels within miles, this hotel has a hot tub inside by the pool. The hotel also has a clean gym that we also utilized during our stay.

Similar to the many other Holiday Inn Express hotels we've stayed in, but this one did seem to have a little less soundproofing. We turned the fan on and slept okay, but you could hear everything going on in the hall. Otherwise, very clean, very friendly, very efficient.

Great stay! Breakfast was great and actually exceeded our expectations. Nice comfortable beds and pillows. Only thing is the shower tile could use a good cleaning. Otherwise A+!

I enjoyed my stay. The room and hotel were modern and new. The Wi-Fi was a bit patchy but overall my stay was pleasant.

Customer service was awesome. Bed was so comfortable I left later than because I didn't want to leave it.

I accidentally got doubled booked and one reservation was under the wrong spelling of my name. Matt the manager helped me get the entire amount refunded and I was pleased that he took the time to help me since I booked it thru expedia. Thank you Matt.

We have stayed here the last 3 years during Memorial Day weekend. And it has always been good. Room is always clean!

We had my daughter in law's baby shower there. Everyone was so nice and accommodating — from buying my grandson some cookies "because he was so cute" to offering to help carry things in/ out for us. They were all very nice and helpful.

The room and breakfast was fantastic, as usual with Holiday Inn Express. However, the front desk needs training and/or new employees badly. They were unprofessional and scrambling around, even when there was only one guest waiting at the counter. When I asked for a crib, the employee was going to give it to me so I could wheel it to my room instead of offering to have it delivered to my room. These sort of things show inexperience and unprofessionalism that needs to be addressed at this location.

Very nice room and Wi-Fi works well. Very quiet location. People on the other side of the hotel may hear the trains. We don't.

Attended a HOA meeting in the conference room. Seemed nice and clean.

Place was ok. Its set up for business mostly. Only thing is they dont have inline cable. Sometimes Wi-Fi dont work. Cosidering this is mostly geared towards business you would think they would.

It ia in a good location juat off the highway, breakfast was pretty decent, like they new what they were doing.

Great value in the AUSTIN area! Pet friendly and the accommodations are excellent. Friendly attentive staff. I stay here often.
