After being out in over 100 degree weather, we returned to our room. The AC was not cooling the room off. We went take a shower and there was NO COLD WATER! So we get to stay in a warm room sweaty and dirty because we are unable to shower in scalding hot water. Called the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do. They didn’t seem the least bit concerned. We have no choice but to stay in this miserable room tonight. I would not recommend this place.
Stayed there for his past weekend. No hot water Friday sat sun. Spoke to staff all 3 days and never given a resolution. Requested manager to comp the room and was offered 3000 points. Manager confirmed they had water issue but still refused to comp. Refused to comp or refund.
