Nicely remodeled and very clean. We will staying here again when we visit our daughter in Austin.

Like Econo lodge. Rooms are average but there are fridge, micro oven, tv, telephone, air-condition. No complementary breakfast. Free Wi-Fi available.

It met expectations. Room was clean and looked recently updated. Hot water was fantastic. Perfect place to sleep and hit the road again.

The man that works thers behind counter is very rude. And rooms ciuld be cleaner.

New/updated, spacious rooms, friendly reception, & clean smell! Great location on west side of town, outdoor pool is surrounded by pretty foliage. Love the windows in the bathroom, & you can open them! Room windows also open, all the way! Fresh air is a must, especially with the cleaning chemicals. The building is surrounded by pretty wooded areas also, very cute place!

The motel is right next to the highway so expect road noise. It seems to managed by the owners, which is nice. The person on the phone when I called to make the reservation and the person who checked us in were both very nice and very efficient even when I went back to the front desk for an extra blanket. The shower, microwave and beds were all in good shape. The curtains were shabby. The door had hand prints, microwave could have been wiped down better. I was happy to get a room at all since South by Southwest was just starting. I would stay there again if I could not get a room in a fancier and quieter place.

Thanks to God we found a place here. All else around was booked. But he charged us 230.00. For 1 night. A lot of different venues were around there and we had to stay. We washed laundry here and rhat was. A big help! Needs some work.

Great place to stay. Has clean rooms and the staff is also friendly.

Worst so far, crappy athmosphere. Dirty towels, dirty sheets, dirty pillows. Basicly a big No go! These owners really have to learn the trade, but are probably more busy with making a profit. Which will not pay off in the long run, but ja. Waste of money.

AC didn't work, TV was out, floor was filthy and towels had stains on them. Will never book here again.

Very nice. Nothing spectacular but the prices were awesome. Nothing to complain about. & the staff was super nice & friendly.

Close to alot of stores and easy access to highway.

Freshly redecorated, nice color schemes, Room amenities include iron and board, microwave and refrigerator.

Mostly what you'd expect from a budget motel, but every single towel and wash cloth had gross looking stains on them. The AC also didn't cool very efficiently.

For $85 bucks we found the place to be older, but we'll maintained.

Actually the inside was nice and free Wi-Fi. Wood floors and granite countertops.

Stains on sheets. Was visiting a friend who stayed there. Floors are loud feel sorry for people below.

The room I stayed in. Looked recently remodeled. (November 2015) and was very well done. Very clean. Very nice owners. Bathroom was a little small but otherwise very clean. And great shower and tub. Clean comfortable bed. Cable TV and free Wi-Fi. Overall I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again.

Best price with in the city limits.

Not the worst but not the best motel I've stayed at. The TV remote didn't work, the air conditioner didn't work to good and the mattress were stained all over. Paying $80 for a two bed room at this motel seems a bit too much. Never coming back again.

This motel is old but very clean bed was comfortable and all the hot water you would want for showers or a bath. The family who run it are very nice and will do whatever it takes to help you, this will be my second stay there the price is good and it is close to my grand daughters house so on this end of Austin this is my goto place.

Great for a little in and out hide away.
