Checked in and went to Our room. Upon getting in our room my wife found a dirty washcloth and open shampoo bottle in the shower and the shower appeared not to be clean. Front desk was not helpful. Later that night my son saw a cockroach in the bathroom. Absolutely the worst experience ever at an Embassy Suites. My parents also had a room their toilet was clogged. Was told by front desk maintenance would fix it after cleaning the pool. Their toilet was not fixed until the next morning. They had to go all night without a working toilet.

I had a reservation July 2022, my room was hot I called front desk, they never answered, called again 7 pm told them room was hot, waited 30 minutes no one showed up, went to dinner, came back started calling front desk at 9:40 pm, no one would answer, finally a lady answered said she couldnt find the maintenance person. No one came to my room. Until almost 11 pm, then to be told AC was not working, went to Mark, manager, he said there was nothing they could do, they had no other rooms, they could get me a room somewhere else, it is almost midnight. I asked him to call the general manager as this was unexceptable, he called some one, he said" I have two rooms but they are reserved" I said that I also reserved my room, he then called someone else, I got another room, but I had to beg for 2 hours. Room was cool, but smelled bad, I had to have them come and spray lysol.

Great experience, and clean room.

The concierge was incredibly patient with my sometimes impatient and often manner challenged roommate.

Great staff. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Breakfast area was very clean and lots to choose from.

Bad experience so far and this is only day 1 🙄. First of all they advertise 2 room 2 bathrooms suites, and they only have 1 super small bathroom for a 2 bedroom suite, and ok top of that is inside of a room leaving the other room without a bathroom and their answer was to use the lobby bathroom 🚽 as if someone staying in a suite 10th floor will go down middle of the night 🧟‍♀️ and then check in is at 4pm I arrived 4:30 room wasn’t ready until 5 while everyone seems lost, and to end my horrible 1rst night I asked for a crib for my baby, and was literally dirty, disgusting 🤮 as if it has never being maintained or washed! I even took pictures to proved it, I asked for another crib or infant bed and was told that was the only one they had! is just so disappointing 😔 I will do more reviews as my stay goes, hopefully things get better.

There was hair in the sink and shower when we arrived to our room. Not one hair, two in the sink and several disgusting ones in the shower. Especially with Covid and supposedly taking extra precautions on cleanliness even putting a seal on the main door to the room, this should not be happening. When I contacted front desk, they sent a lady to come and clean. I was laying down so it took me a few seconds to get up when she knocked and as I was walking to the door she just let herself in. Zero privacy. After she cleaned she did not say she was done. She just walked out without saying anything. Never got an apology from front desk or from her. The light in the shower area also stopped working and you can tell shower curtains are not changed out. The cloth liner that goes on the inside part of the tub so that water won’t leak out was curled up where you could tell had been wet before and dried like that, so it was apparent it hadn’t been changed from the previous guests. Gross! Also, it’s a 2 bedroom suite, however, to access the only bathroom you must go through one of the bedrooms… again, zero privacy. You would think that would be better thought out to put the door in the main living area so that Guests staying in either bedroom could access the bathroom without disturbing the other.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at an Embassy. Not surprised that they won’t return phone calls or reply to emails.

We rented a room for 3 days.
1st day we smelled something but really couldn't figure it out. Everytime walking in the door or going to the refrigerator. 2nd day we figured it out. Someone's pet had urinated on the tile near the refrigerator. Possibly the carpet. Animal urine smells horrible. The front desk was nice and removed 50 from the bill. But we had to spend another night. They cleaned the tile but as you know urine doesn't come out with a quick wipe down. Other then that it was a nice weekend.
