Very nice and kind people. Room was very comfortable and very clean and well maintained.

Never slept in a more comfortable bed. Clean but small. We enjoyed it.

Just as the name states; cozy and quiet. The owner is quite friendly and caters to her guests.

We were very fortunate to have read the reviews about the COZY MOUNTAIN MOTEL in AUSTIN, NEVADA. It was one of the highlights of our 950 mile 2 day jaunt. Sarah and her Cozy Mountain Motel is a destination spot for sure. The rooms are small but very adequate and very clean. I'm guessing Sarah takes care of each one of the rooms herself. The beds and the pillows are very comfortable. The blankets are totally adequate and so beautiful too. I've got to say something about the toilet paper. It was the softest and thickest of any motel or hotel I've ever stayed at, including my own home. Thank you Sarah for your hospitality.

Great place to stay. Rooms are a little small but vey clean and comfortable beds. The owner is who checked us in and she was awesome. We stay at a lot of hotels/motels and this is one of the few good ones.

Small but very clean with a ton of channels on TV. Really nice staff. The only place to stay in Austin. We've been working on the geodrills and they always make us feel welcome here.

Stayed there Oct 10, 2017 on a trip over historic Hwy 50. Those familiar with Hwy 50 know that in the Austin area there are few places to stay. All are small and older. We stayed at Cozy Mountain because of other's reviews. Though the rooms are very small, we were well treated and found the rooms very clean and comfortable. The linens were newer and clean. The small beds were comfortable. Only complaint is the size of rooms and spotty Internet. At this time of the year there was only one eating establishments open past 5, and it was not impressive — — not the motels fault. No motel breakfast, so we drove on to Fallon to eat. Not much to do in the area in the later hours. I would stay there again without hesitation. Good place.

This was the best motel I have stayed at in years. The room was clean, the decor was cozy and comfortable. The bed was "just right" to quote a famous children's story. Not much to look at from the road, but what a pleasant surprise inside. Cindy, the owner/manager, was friendly and knowledgeable about the local area and points of interest. I'll be back and am telling all my friends.

Comfortable bed. Very nice place if you do not expect anything else.
No food at the hotel. None in the city after 5 pm. Some gas station. Bars for booze. No cell phone reception. Poor internet. Hotel office close 5 pm to 8:30 am. Located right on the highway 50. Lucky there is only few cars passing during night.

The Cozy Mountain Motel in Austin, Nevada is hands-down the obvious place to stay in town. Well-managed, clean, friendly, room rates are very reasonable, rooms & beds are quaint & comfortable, personal touches throughout, & more. Great getaway spot for some downtime or a good spot to land for whatever your purpose is. It's simply the best. In my travels, I look forward to time at the Cozy Mountain.
