Very good service. With the new management.

Price was ok but they need to make improvement wit the rooms.

Great Motel. Pilot Car Alert. Great price, great value. If you stay in Freer, my advice is to stay here.

The room was large and had a nice decor, with clean walls, two beds, a desk, computer chair, two other chairs (clean chairs), a mirror, lamps, a 27-30 inch flat panel tv, microwave, and fridge. The bed was a little on the thin side, but not lumpy or sagging. However, there were only two pieces of linen per bed (a sheet and a comforter). The bathroom was clean, though the sink was not firmly attached to the wall (not solid and 100% secure, but not falling off, either). The floor was carpeted and clean as far as I could tell. No odors. The A/C worked well. The shower water at 830 AM was not hot… but not cold either. Just warm. All in all, I would recommend this motel to the budget-minded traveler. It's your standard motor lodge, with a covered front porch area, and clean rooms, with all of your basic necessities, no frills and no unwanted surprises. There was even a washing machine and drier for those who needed it, with no "laundromat" within 30 miles, according to Google Maps.

Don't Stay Here! Keep Driving! So I rented a room with a kitchen and then discovered the room has zero kitchen supplies. No pots, no pans, no silverware, no utensils of any kind, not even paper towels. Not to mention no dish soap or dish cloths to wash the stuff that's not in the room. There wasn't even a standard coffee pot in the room. I spoke to the 2 people who are failing to run this place. They actually argued and said that no hotels anywhere provide that for their guest. So I of course argued back and informed the misinformed "manager" that this is the only hotel with kitchenettes that don't include things to cook with. I went on to say that it’s assumed that if you are going to charge guests an extra $20/ night for a room advertised with a kitchen that it should come with those items. He continued to argue. Which only makes sense. Argue with your guests. That's probably why there's no one in your hotel. Later on I discovered that the fridge doesn't work very well and the stuff in the fridge is pretty much warm. But didn't bother telling the idiot behind the desk, because well. He's an idiot and would only be wasting my time. Then tried to do laundry and the dryer wouldn't dry. Told the same people up front and again they argued many times. Saying it’s impossible that there pile of crap dryer doesn't work. They even said that I have to put money in the dryer. I've never been so insulted. Then I told them not to accuse me of not putting money in their dryer.

No hot water and it's the winter time. Told management didn't seem to care. Literally have to get a new key every single day after getting back from a long day of work. I've been to some bad places but this one takes the cake.

Not even one star. Cheapest price in town with the worst service. Broken fixtures, missing tile, ac filter clogged, never again.
