La Quinta is great, the staff is always nice and never had issues, they are extremelyfriendly with my dog (cocker spaniel). The only thing about this specific location is the carpet and bathroom just something about it doesn't feel really clean but its bc it's a little older place which is fine. Everything is great, I highly recommend this place.

I have stayed at several La Quinta Inns here in El Paso and this one is by far the best one the rooms were nice A little outdated but well-kept the staff was very respectful the rooms were very claimed as I walked in everything was ready and well positioned as I was on business and ready for a relaxed time and this La Quinta did make it feel comfortable had a good night stay no complaints here will be staying at this one from now on thank you.

Great for the price. The bed was very comfortable. However, the shower often ran out of hot water.

Very bad experience, were charging me double since we were going back to Colorado, and nps realized, we return. We lost an hour to fix this problem.

Perfect for what we needed: a place to sleep along the way. Super clean, friendly staff, comfy beds, and a decent enough complimentary breakfast of muffins, cereal, waffles, yogurt, fruit, hard boiled eggs, and the usual coffee, oj, milk, or apple juice. At such a low price it was perfect. Will use again next time we're passing through El Paso. Keep in mind that there are two La Quintas right across the street from one another. This is the inn and suites which has room entrances on the inside. We we're comforted to see a security guard walking around the parking lot when we arrived late at night.

Horrible customer service I was not able to stay at this hotel so my review is based solely on my disappointing experience with the front desk. I am a single female traveling across the country alone. I made a reservation at this La Quinta before arriving on my way through Texas. When I got there I handed the gentleman at reception my passport he would not even take it before saying sharply 'We don't accept this form of ID" I explained to him my wallet was lost and this was the only form of ID I had on me. He then reluctantly took the passport and asked for a credit card to put on hold I handed him my temporary card and explained this was the only card I had since my wallet was lost but it has sufficient funds and I was planing on paying cash. Then the girl next to him behind the desk quickly butted in saying "we can't accept this its company policy, you can't stay here" I was a bit taken back as I once again explained the situation I was in and asked if there was anything we might be able to do with what I had. She laughed at me and said "no and most other places wont accept this either" I replied with "so I am just stranded for the night" and she said "looks like it" as I teared up and walked away. I fully understand the policy put in place by the company however I have never been treated so rudely by someone in customer service and I was appalled at the callus attitude towards my unfortunate situation.

Place is clean, a little older, but nice grounds. Outside pool, which is in good shape. All the clerks have been great.

They were awesome. I made my reservation online once I got to my room I had a gift bag with my name on it made me feel very special if I'm ever in that area again I will be back super great experience.

The rooms are large and clean. I just wish that the receptionist (bald with glasses) spoke Spanish, or had more bilingual employees for whom we do not speak very well English.

Good hotel for the price. Lady at the counter in the evening was very friendly. Room smelled very strongly of tobacco. Get what you pay for though.

Driving all day on hwy 10 we were detoured 200 miles off course. Finally hit el paso, tx. And i'm ready to to find a nice hotel to spend the night. Googled hotels and la quinta caught my eye. The price was right! drove in walked inside robert greeted us did some checking got us a handy cap room with nice comfortable bed. Clean… than he got me a king size, all in a blink of an eye. Even told me where I could find the best mexican food in town. Keep up the good work guys.

It is in good hotel for ospedarse very quiet and clean.

My dog and I loved the mountain view! This location is also within close proximity to the best texmex you can find! Easily accessible to food delivery and taxi service as well. This location also has a rare grassy area my pet enjoyed as well.

I don't know what it is about the LaQuintas in El Paso but they sure do have a hard tI'm keeping them clean. Other than feeling dirty this is an alright place.

Nice staff that are helpful. Rooms tend to run a little hot and take a while to cool down. Bed is pretty good, but pillows aren't. Continental breakfast is great! ☺️

The breakfast it's horrible, everyday is the same menu. Had to ask in reception to change my bed sheets.

This place was just ok. NY room was not all that clean as I found women's hair and old food remnants on the table. It also smelled like my grandma's house before it was remodeled. So one of those old style Cleveland brick homes. An annoyance was that they have the breakfast broken down by 0900 when it's supposed to be open. The woman who did this every morning always gave good warning, but still, if an establishment promises breakfast till 0900 then nothing should be removed until 0900 and no earlier, regardless of whether or not it looks like no one else is coming.

Enjoying my night. It was nice and quiet. Everyone I met was very friendly. I liked that there were restaurants close by.

The location is conveniently located across from a Walmart (in case you forgot or need anything) and a Chili's. Another welcome convenience was the microwave and small refrigerator located in the room. Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was a small desk to get work done.

Great location near the highway. Rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly! Overall a great Inn.

Very rich food and beer at a good price.

Friendly helpful staff, dog friendly, big room, A/C blew cold and everything was clean. Not a swanky hotel by any means but a fantastic place to stop for the evening (they had a pool, though we did not use it). If you're driving through town it was easy to find, plenty around to grab food or drinks (grocery stores, we had Pei Wei).

People at the front desk always receive us with a smile. People on the phone when making a reservation are very informative and helpful. Clean rooms. Breakfast is always amazing. Unlimited waffles.

Aside from not giving us the quoted price, they went above and beyond the call of duty. Rooms were clean and quiet. Much better than the OTHER place across the street.

Rooms were fine. Nothing too special but the staff was absolutely amazing and very kind. The continental breakfast was great and the staff always kept it well stocked even when we had a very large group devouring things pretty quickly. Staff also made special accommodations and extended pool hours for our group. Definitely recommended!

Easy on off freeway access. Confusing as to which hotel to go to as there are 2 La Quintas across from each other. We didn't know which one we had reservations at until we tried wrong one.

It was pretty nice, very clean, comfort and good service.

The hotel is in good location with several local and services to the hand. Restaurants such as Chili's, Texas Roadhouse, Famous Daves, Krispy Kreme. With a Chase bank on one side and Walmart in the shopping center against the corner. The rooms are somewhat spacious and comfortable, its last renovation dates back to 2004 (I know because I usually stay there when you arrive for a visit). Today's entry suffered a severe blow by a truck higher than the front and still waiting for repairs. The staff is the most courteous, and in addition, the stay provides a breakfast that serves many of the that during the time in which I was staying had to stay there for the inclement weather.

It seems to me that the hotel is very careless, is old and not be to renovated, the rooms are with old furniture, in general this neglected and old, friendly staff, like the location.

I have stayed in bad but this is pretty bad. Pay more and stay clean.

Comfy beds. But… The a. C. Emitted an unpleasant odor for a while and the free breakfast was more like a quick snack.

Horrible customer service at the counter and the as soon as you enter the lobhy you could smell the stench of smoke, and urine once we open the room it had dirty sheets and the pungent smell of smoke, the walls seemed dirty. We request to cancel our reservation and the front desk rep Blanca was very carless about the fact that the rooms were very subpar from our other La Quinta hotels that we have stayed. We were traveling with a 8 month old baby and I would never recommend ever this hotel. Please stay away.

It was a horrible experience, I was horrendous, and in addition the customer service was no good, and the lady who greeted us was called White with a very negative attitude and the room smelled like cigarette when we had a baby, and Bianca didn't care. I do not recommend this hotel.

Place was clean. Staff was friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Pool was dirty, floor at bottom of pool was dirty and there was A lot of dead, bugs in the pool, just gross. The shower tub was stained brown and shower curtain was dingy. Not my best experience. Even though customer service and breakfast were great, I wouldn't stay here again.

I give this hotel a 3 star rate because the staff were friendly the room was clean the beds were amazing not to much loud nosie and zero at night. The sleep I got at this hotel was the best sleep I have had I only stayed a night I was traveling to los angeles and stoped here and I was amazed at the hotel location its between everything chillis and krispy kremes and gas stations on every coner mall right down the street great hotel now the down side to the hotel is the restroom is small the room could be a little bigger but over all great experience I would do it again.

I loved staying here! Was not expensive for a king size bed n a flat screen tv! The only down side is that they don't have a mini fridge or microwave and the rooms aren't that sound proof but I didn't mind as much. I only heard when people would pass by. Chili is next door and krispy kreme is right there too. Movies are slapped just down the street! I say great room.

Good comfortable bed. However, only about 3 mins of hot water for shower, so had to rinse in cold water! Doorknob on bathroom door falling off. Came in after evening out, no television service in room. Toilet stopped up even though no paper being used. Very disappointing considering my other stays at a La Quinta have been good.
