We had the worst experience at this establishment. The front desk staff were very rude. We get there and there were all sorts of extra fees they were trying to charge. We drove 5 & 1/2 hours to get here from Louisiana and to be treated the way we were treated was not called for at all. I would not recommend anyone who has to come this way to stay at this establishment. I mean the absolute worst customer service experience ever. They would not allow us to get the room that I had booked, and I had to call 4 other hotel’s before I was able to get another room because they were all full.

Nice hotel and clean but they dont make deals in this mounth I stay 4 time 1 week 2 day 2 week 1 day 3 week 1 day 4 week 3 days but no great deals.

The rooms are very clean and quiet. The fitness room is well equipped. The pool looks very nice, I did not get to use it though. My only small complaint is the water pressure in the showers could be higher.

Great hotel. Great Mexican food nextdoor.

Dang TV never works and maintenance is never here no lights on nightstand.

Bit of a funky smell in the rooms. Can smell the stale smoke and musty when you first walk in a room. Once the AC kicks in it ok. Shower doesn't drain well, the drain isn't at the lowest point. Breakfast is bland but filling.

In my 6 day stay here, I must say the Free "Hot breakfast" was very nice. Staff was very polite and welcoming. Will definitely come back! S.

We were on the same floor as several high school basketball players. They ran up and down the hall yelling and laughing very loudly all hours of the night. We called and complained several times each night, but it was never resolved. They were doing this up to 2-3 am each night. At one time, one of the boys knocked on our door and ran off. Each time we complained, the desk clerk said she would speak to their chaperone, either they did not, or the chaperone did not care. Those boys had free run of the hotel. I would think after several phone calls each night about the noisey teens, something could have been done. Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel.

Breakfast: nothing was working, floor not clean, not enough food for all people, coffee empty, breakfast room too small for all customers … please take care a bit more about costumers. Bad experience.

Very nice motel with great staff. I've stayed there several times, it's a convenient stop on one of my well traveled routes. Room has always been clean and modern. Plenty of parking available as I am often towing a bigger than average trailer. The breakfasts have been fresh and good, and while I could save $20 going somewhere else nearby, the quality of this property is worth it. And it's just under $100 total for two people per night. Reasonable indeed.

My room was tidy and about what you'd expect. A friend's room smelled of cigarette smoke and was a non smoking room. Texas shaped waffles headlined an otherwise serviceable breakfast. The anomaly was the spawn rate of Pokemon in Pokemon Go at this hotel. It was astounding. Ran out of pokeballs. Would stay again.

Though the service was solid, the accommodations we're lacking quality. Pool had poop, AC unit had bare wires pertruding from the bottom which would be unsafe for a family with a child. The elevator was unreliable and a bit shaky. The breakfast was sub par.

Clean, pleasant place to stay. Bed was firm and no road noise. Recommend to anyone in the area.

The hotel itself was amazing. Spacious rooms and great amenities. Unfortunately, the 5 woman having an all out brawl outside of our room and slamming into the walls was a massive issue. I reported it to the front desk and requested that the police be called, and as far as I know (based on the excessive noise) the hotel never followed through on saying they were actually calling the police, or removing them from the hotel.

Nice small hotel. Room was clean and good size. There was no sheets in closet for pull out bed but the front desk was able to help us. The hallway also smelled like smoke but not the hotel. A good place to stay if you need to stop overnight.

We had a lovely stay at the Best Western Plus in Waxahachie. We stayed for a night out for a bachelorette weekend. Nice and close to restaurants and shopping. Room was clean and comfortable.

I am a truck driver. Great clean hotel. Love it. I stayed here 2 separate times. Both for a weeks time for work. Tesa is by far the best front desk attendant I've ever met. Her attitude and friendly demeanor was such a delight. I just called. Surprisingly they said she no longer works there. She was there a long time. Cant believe she left. I just moved to Lancaster. I wanted to go see her. Every company need good employees like her. Xoxo.

I've always had a good stay at Best Western motels. The rooms have always been clean with all the amenities you expect from a national chain. This is my go to place to stay when I'm away from home.

The staff is very caring and courteous. I go to visit my grandson who is studying at the university and I will not stay at any other hotel.

When me and renae stayed there we was REALLY IMPRESSED with this ONE girl at the front desk… Tesa Martinez! She had GREAT customer service and was always friendly… I DONT write reviews unless I'm COMPLETELY SATISFIED and this girl went over and beyond her task to make sure we was happy… she was the only person that greeted us every time we walked into the building… Everyone else was to busy on their phones (not the business phone) to even notice us… she took the time to make conversation with us and made sure that we was happy with our stay… It's not their job to make conversation and to get to know you BUT THIS GIRL DID THAT! she even made an impression on my mom! THATS A TOUGH JOB RIGHT THERE… I was overly impressed with her good customer service skills and willingness to help and get to know EACH and everyone of her customers… TESA YOUR THE GREATEST AND I HOPE TO FIND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT OTHER BUSINESSES THAT I GO TO LIKE I FOUND WHEN STAYING AT BEST WESTERN… KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GIRL YOUR GOING TO BE GOING PLACES IN LIFE WITH YOUR SKILLS.

The Best Western property we stayed at in Waxahachie Tx was exceptionally clean. I thought it was a new property. I asked the hotel employee if the hotel was recently built. She said it was about 10 years old. Outstanding Best Western!

The TVs never work. There are laundry facilities, but the dryers aren't great. After 2 hours in the dryer I had to just pull my clothes out and hang them up in the room. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the a/c works great!. Breakfast is yummy, but they water down the juice. The staff is nice. They never have enough smoking rooms or first floor rooms, so if you smoke be prepared to be on the 3rd floor and have to go outside. The vending machines are not broken but they are temperamental, and there's no vending at all on the 3rd floor.

Always great service and everyone there makes you feel like part of the family, staff goes out of their way to make sure accommodations are in order for you and quick to repair any concerns.

Nice clean landscape made this Best Western Plus feel warm and invited. Front lobby open and clean. Tesa was nice and knew what she was doing very professional. The room comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great you can choose from a variety of foods. I will be coming back.

Was told a great deal over the phone. Called back 10 minutes later. Shift change had taken place apparently and Jennifer told me she couldn't honor the deal that the previous girl had offered me just 10 minutes earlier. Needed 2 rooms for 4 nights. Never staying at this branch of Hotel.

We stayed at this hotel Friday night and I was Thankful we had a room, but the room was nasty. Room 126. The room was Nasty, Dirty, smelled like Dog. I don't think the room has ever been vacuumed. Sheets didn't even smell fresh. I will never stay at this Location again. If you swim in the pool be sure and wear water shoes to protect your feet and knee pads to protect your knees. On a positive note, the lady at the front desk was nice.

The service was amazing we was in room 315 smoke free but when I walked in I could smell the cigarette smoke we are both none smoker other than that everything is amazing.

We stayed for 3 nights. We checked in and went to our room, we instantly noticed that the air felt weird. My husband took off his shoes and the carpet seemed damp, he sits on the bed and it's wet. We contact the front desk and she says maintenance won't be back till the next day so she changes our room… we move and it's the SAME thing! Apparently they have some sort of issue with the A/C or the ventilation system. The moisture in the air and rooms is so bad that everything is damp feeling; bedding, floors and our clothes after they sat in the room over night! Tuesday morning breakfast was fresh and everything, i. E. : the cold items, condiments and bread items were stocked. By Thursday morning the majority of the stuff was out. I guess they only have a certain amount of items per week.

Front desk was great. Clean room. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the elevator. It has a loud beep when reaching the floor which could be heard 4 rooms down the hall.

Worst experience of my life. I travel weekly and have never been told that I had to take a smoking room after reserviing a non smoking room and refusing to refund even after Priceline asked them to. I will never stay at another Best Western again.

CLEAN ROOMS! Hotel and room smelled good and looked nice. Comfortable beds, extremely helpful and friendly staff. Easy check-in, breakfast wasn’t too good but other than that no problems whatsoever!

I talked to Tesa on the phone Thursday night (21 May) to make a reservation for Saturday night (Memorial day weekend). Tesa was great and got me a room for my son, myself and my SD so that we had a place to sleep while we went to Scarborough Faire. After we checked in I got to see Tesa in action firsthand. The weather had taken a turn for the worse (only a tornado or hurricane could have been worse), Waxahachie was booked up and people were calling and walking in looking for a room. Tesa fielded calls, talked to walk-ins, called other hotels (locating and reserving rooms for people), took care of guests there at the Best Western (towels to dry the rain off, extra blankets, explaining why the DirecTV wasn't working, explaining emergency procedures/plans. Etc) and never got flustered or lost her smile. I will definitely recommend to all my friends to stay at this Best Western.

Friendly staff, clean room, and the price was right. Will stay here again if in the area.

I have been using them for about two months. Rooms are good I have had some of my drivers go there for the night. About 2 weeks ago I called the front desk to get a room for one of my drivers. I was quoted a price and given a confirmation number and when my driver got there to check in he was told a much higher price when my driver said he had a confirmation number with a much lower price they told him they wold not honor the price. I will no longer be booking rooms there for my drivers.
