Loved everything just wished the pool was heated it was 80 degrees today but the water was only about 50 degrees. Really ruined my 3 year olds day it was her first time ever in a pool. She loved it but after about 5-10 mins it was unbearable we started shivering so I took her out she ended up crying herself to sleep. But other than that it’s a awesome hotel. I’d say it’s only about a ‘20x’12 pool it probably wouldn’t cost a lot to heat just a suggestion. Thanks.

I wanted so share a wonderful experience with your Team there at Cambria! Your Corporate employee, J. Noble went above and beyond amazing service. During the horrible snow storm 2/2021 where we lost power and water — she made sure to keep me up to date on reservation status. Even saying we could still keep our reservation when the hotel had no reliable power — still better than a cold dark house! She called me minutes after power was restored to let me know, helped extend our reservation and later cancel it. While it saddens me to see neighboring town hotels price gauging — I commend Cambria Hotels for stepping up, offering REDUCED rates to those of us in need and for J. Noble — just being an amazing human with superior customer service. Southlake is lucky to have you.

Gorgeous room and THAT BED! I actually called back to see what kind of mattress it was because it was the best night's sleep I've had in years.

We had a great experience staying here. It was cozy, quiet and the room was very spacious. When we arrived there was a bottle of champagne chilling and a tray with chocolate covered strawberries. We also had complimentary breakfast and the staff was very nice. Thank you!

The bed was SUPER comfy, the rooms are huge and the pure shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel was a huge PLUS for me, absolutely LOVED my stay!

There aren’t enough words. The Hotel is amazing, the staff is so welcoming and accommodating. They helped me “hide” my family and friends from out of town for a Huge Surprise for our 25th Wedding Anniversary… everyone was shocked when the arrived and saw the lobby but mostly the rooms! If you haven’t checked out staying here or having family/friends stay here when visiting… you need to. You won’t be disappointed. 5 STARS in my book!

The hotel is tucked off the road and it does make it hard to see. A better front entry sign would really help. The hotel itself was very nice and the staff was great. The room was spacious and quiet. The bathroom door was a sliding door which is cool but different. I would definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

Great place to stay, close to Gateway church for our conference, good Wi-Fi, and nice quiet rooms. Very clean and well taken care of. Enjoyed our stay and will stay again of we get the chance to come to this area or church again.

The rooms are very posh and wonderful. Very soft linens, and comfortable beds. Over-stuffed pillows, and very thick towels. This place is wonderful. I highly recommend if your looking for a very relaxing night stay, you will enjoy it!

My stay was nice and the staff was very friendly. My only issue was being overcharged for my room and not receiving a receipt until I asked for one to be sent to me a couple days after my departure. I have been working with Zsu in reservations to try and get a refund for almost 3 weeks now and still have not received the credit for what I was overcharged. This has been very disappointing.

2nd time to stay. Nice new clean. Great service. Only problem was a key program glitch which was handled quickly. Really good breakfast. We ate off the menu.

Love the decor and bed. Customer service was great but they may need more staff as there was a queue on the Saturday afternoon for check-in. I requested for some cutleries and plates and was told they did not have the staff to spare to bring it up so I had to come down to get it myself. I saw the queue for check-in and understood why they couldn't spare anyone. Weekends are busy and hotels should have enough staff to attend to customers. Otherwise, it was a beautiful and affordable experience and I will visit again.

The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The pool and social area is unique and very comfy and we loved the gym. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the food situation, we have to travel a lot so we aren’t strangers to higher prices for meals at a hotel but the breakfast Cost for what you get was a little much. $15 for a breakfast buffet that looked bare especially compared to most hotels who have free breakfast buffet (bare minimum, not even bagels on it). We ordered al a Carte and paid $10 for 3 pancakes we were ensured were very large… they were not at all. We ended up paying over $20 for those pancakes a bagel and some not good fresh fruit (over ripe melon under ripe blue berries). I would definitely stay here again but won’t be eating here.

I stayed at this hotel this weekend. The stay was pleasant. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. My only complaint was that the breakfast buffet was exorbitantly over-priced. I chose to leave the hotel both mornings to a restaurant that also offered a breakfast buffet at half the cost. ☹️

We loved staying at the Cambria in Southlake! The hotel was so beautiful and modern. The rooms were very spacious and clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful! We loved that it was just a few minutes away from shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Great place! Clean rooms and friendly staff! Our room was huge! More like a suite than just your basic room with a king bed! Very modern and updated. Plenty of choices to eat and shop just a couple miles down the road.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The hotel was beautiful. The pool was a great place for the kids to play, but I could see it easily becoming a party pool with the right crowd. The fire pit was a nice touch to add ambiance. Breakfast seemed high for what was there, but in the heart of Southlake we had other options. We were pleased with our stay.

For those of us who love tranquility while away from home, this is the place! Clean, tidy & an extremely efficient & helpful staff! I had two nights this past weekend & l loved every moment of it!

Checked in for 1 night. People working the front desk where very nice and helpfull. They checked me in quickly and efficiently. King sized Room was clean and smelled nice. Bed and bathroom where beautiful — hotel has been open for 1 year but it felt brand new. Room was quiet at night and relaxing after a long work way was easy thanks to the amenities. Did not get a chance to check out the bar downstairs but it looked like a few people where there around 10 pm or so. I would recommend this hotel to anyone stsying around the area.

New construction, great bathrooms, minimal but vaguely modern decor, but all or nothing air conditioning. Breakfast is better than some larger chain competitors.

Nice place to stay if you dont have to stay in Southlake Square. A few miles away. This is a contemporary hotel. Right off 114. Friendly staff perfect for a corporate overnight but best if you have a car. Close by walking distance are not the "best restaurants".

This Cambria hotel and suites Southlake is one of the top ranked 4 star hotels in the DFW metroplex. The staff, the service, and the attention to small details at this hotel is simply amazing. The prime location of this hotel is another reason you will love it. It is located near the shopping district, which consists of amazing shops and also nearby are some delicious restaurants. The proximity of the hotel to the Airports and downtown help with your convenience. Cambria Southlake aims to be the top hotel in all aspects possible. The dedication of the staff for the customers is out of this world when compared to any other hotel in this area. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and luxurious stay.

The staff was lovely but don't expect that complimentary breakfast! The 14.75 buffet sent us back to our room to make other arrangements while we enjoyed our in room coffee…

This is a new hotel with a contemporary feel. The staff goes out of their way to make you comfortable. I liked that they had a shuttle that would take you to local restaurants or other attractions. I've stayed here before and came back because of the good value.

Wife and I spent the night here for a friend's birthday. The place opened recently, and for it just opening there are some things that bothered me. All of the doors had marks on them, from what looked like the carts going into the rooms. The bed was wonderful, as the wife said. The people working there were very helpful and friendly. If we are ever finding are selves in the area again we will definitely stay with them again.

Great Hotel, I highly recommend it. Only thing I didn't like was one day they didn't clean out the coffeemaker lol. Other than that it was excellent. REALLY enjoyed my stay.

What kind of hotel is this they can't give you change for a hundred dollar bill? Hotels should always accommodate guests. Guests should be accommodated at any time of the day or night. Will not go here again.

Attended a wedding and reception at this venue, did not stay as a guest at the hotel. The wedding itself was absolutely beautiful, taking place outside in late October. It was a small wedding that took place directly outside from the reception room. A buffet was served afterwards and was absolutely delicious. The reception room was small but there was enough room for everyone to eat, mingle and dance. If you're looking to have a smaller more intimate wedding, this location is great. While there is no crazy breathtaking view, it is still a beautiful location.

Cambria is worth it! It's clean! And I mean clean! No stray hairs. No stightly hidden grime in the corner of the shower. No strange smells in the bedding. The staff is oh so friendly! You just HAVE to give it a try!

Our church womens retreat was held here and it was wonderful. Highly recommend. Great staff, rooms are wonderful, it really worked out well. Excellent location.

Great hotel accomodations. Very clean, comfortable and upscale. Didn't eat the food, but it has dining. All around very nice and I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful hotel. My room was incredible. parking was free. They have all of the amenities, Staff at check-in was gracious and made me feel at home.

Nice and sleek modern hotel — just opened about 9 months earlier I think. Still going through some growing pains. Only a couple places to eat right nearby. There are extensive shopping and restaurants in the vicinity, but you have to really drive to get to most of them and coordinating with the shuttle is tricky. Best if you have your own car. While they are all very nice, the staff is still getting oriented to the area it seems, so best to explore on Google maps. Teri knows the area well. Great Salad place a 8 minute walk away called Bread Zeppelin. Costco is fairly near as well.

Staying here for our one year anniversary. Clean hotel all around from lobby to the rooms. Staff is excellent. Beds are really comfortable as well. Will definitely be staying here again as we visit South Lake periodically throughout the year.

The good — The room itself is great. Clean, very roomy, and modern. The front desk staff is outgoing and helpful. The general setup of the hotel feels quite new and fancy and we actually felt like we got a great deal at their price point.
The bad — the restaurant. I must say that our waiter/bartender was extremely kind and attentive. I think his name was Sandy. Poor guy was handling several tables and bar patrons by himself, and he did great. Unfortunately, the cook was having a VERY bad night. Our food took longer than it should, but that's not the problem. I ordered the chipotle "Dragon" burger, and it was essentially a chili burger. Decent, but nothing special. They should have salt and pepper available on the table, but they don't. The fries were cooked okay but needed something. My wife ordered the chicken fried steak, and it came out RAW. We like our steak medium-rare, but this was a floppy, cold, bright red piece of meat with crumbled corn flakes half-heartedly sticking to the outside of it. I swear it had not seen any heat at all before hitting the plate. We sent it back, and a few minutes later, it came back BLACK, ashy, and disintegrated. It was as if the cook wanted to make a point by taking it way beyond well done. It was completely inedible. So, we left quite disappointed. Sandy did make it right by removing that meal from the check and comping us a round of drinks. Everything but the food was great. We will probably stay here again.

Really pretty place. Pool area is nice. I guess what killed it for me was the lack of communication about breakfast. My wife and I and our 3 year old daughter had 1 bowl of oat meal 1 serving of froot loops and 2 pastries between the 3 of us. $32. When I called the front desk to ask. They said they had a sign up, which I couldn't find. When I explained that most hotels I have stayed at offer breakfast included in the stay, she argued with me to say that most don't. What! Needless to say we will not be back.

Very good service and the location was close to many great shopping locations and great food options within the area. Very nicely designed hotel with a great atmosphere and vibe to the outer and inner appearance of the hotel itself. Just a lovely place to go and unwind whether on business or just for pleasure. Loved the place!

This hotel is very nice! The lobby was very modern but also had a nice Texas feel to it. The rooms were classy, and the service was great! My friends and I enjoyed the restaurant downstairs especially the breakfast buffet. The staff was also super attentive. My friend forgot to pack makeup wipes and their shuttle driver took us to CVS right on the spot. Awesome service, awesome experience.

Bed was amazingly comfortable, pillows even better. Rooms are quiet, didn't even hear the rain falling outside. Full TV/cable on large television. Rain shower nice, but I missed having a tub. Outdoor pool, which I didn't use. Decor is modern and very well done. First floor rooms must go to floor 2, 3 or 4 to get ice (odd). No complimentary breakfast of any kind, though there is coffee and tea in room. Overall, very happy with stay!

Conviently minutes north/west of DFW airport with simple directions. Also located minutes from Southlake Town Square which features loads of shopping and dining for those seeking an excursion, great shopping or dining out. The hotel is new itself with a great bar and small restaurant for breakfast or a lite meal. Clean, comfortable and we'll appointed. Would recommend…

Kelli the front desk lady was the BEST! Very helpful and polite. Its a beautiful place to stay. Only part missing is the lack of bath tubs. Love that place.

The hotel was very modern & clean. Pool was a little small, but was nice. They had a fire pit, game area, & cabanas, which were a nice touch. The interior halls are very cold. The room was as well, but the room had an individual thermostat, so we were able to turn the temperature up.

Hotel feels quite new, was priced right, and was close to our client site. Was able to use a ride sharing service to get to everything I needed, including the airport. Wild certainly recommend to a friend.

While the hotel has a very nice aesthetic and looks to be kept pretty clean, we were a little disappointed by the bathroom layout. The shower didn't have a door, so steam and water splash was a bit annoying and the bathroom does not lock, so make sure you stay with someone you trust/do not mind being "seen" in the bathroom. And a personal thing: there weren't any hooks in the bathroom to hang your clean clothes to take a shower. They did not have any kind of complimentary anything in the morning, not even coffee. We were instructed we could try to order from their bar. We instead grabbed a bottled Coke and it cost $3.50! All in all, not a bad place to stay, but I personally like some other places better.

Overall the experience was good and would stay here again. The walls are very thin as evidenced by the alarm in the next room went off at about 11:30pm being heard quite well. Luckily the roon was vacant and a call to the front desk helped to correct it. The person was able to get in the room and turn off the alarm. Check in was very quick and the hotel is clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower can be as hot as you like it.
