Management is one of the best in the area. They are so helpful, and they have the best rates in town!

Booked a reservation online and chose the incorrect date. The date I used for check in was a Friday and the correct date was supposed to be Saturday. I called and requested to please change the date 5 minutes after the reservation was made and they said they couldn’t help me. The representative for the hotel said she called the manager and hotel owner and both said it’s not their problem. Terrible customer service!
I told them they will still get their money I just needed to move the check in one day and they chose greed besides good customer service!

I will never stay or recommend anyone to the Best Western Executive Inn in Seagoville, TX. They have a thieving staff that lies. Yesterday morning I pulled all my makeup out of my bag and placed it on the counter to put it on and left it on the counter so I could use for the next couple of days. Came back to the hotel yesterday after my septic class and my 2 most costly pieces of makeup were missing. The person which would be a housekeeper took my Brand new IT mascara that cost $24 and brand new maneater eyeliner that cost $20. I went straight to the manager and told him and he said he would look into. So this morning I told the manager to have the person return my makeup by 1pm and all will be forgot and if it is not returned then I will see what the police can do and the manager said we have never had a thief before as our housekeepers have been with us for 9 years and the police will do nothing since you have no video in the rooms. So if thievery has never happened at this place how would he know the policy could do nothing. Well with that said he said the owner would be in at 11am to 3pm today so Paul went and spoke with the manager Mr. Patel which said I spoke with my 3 girls and they all say we did not take it. Paul told Mr. Patel of course the thief would say that to keep from being fired or prosecuted by the law.

Had a great time staying here. Rooms were beautiful and spacious. Amazing staff, they take pride in what they do and care about their guest. Overall very clean and well appointed. Really recommend this place!

Stayed at Seagoville facility for six days while leaving one job & starting another. The outside pool and property grounds were very clean, inside lobby and rooms were very clean, neat and in good repair. On my return one evening the hall carpets were being shampooed professionally, that was very impressive. I like to keep my room very cool at night sometimes using a personal blanket, having returned one evening the bed was not only made but the blanket was replaced in such a way as it looked like it belonged, that little extra touch was very appreciated. I cannot give credit to any one person, the front desk and all staff all were very friendly and professional — wish I could bring their the high standards and excellence to the many facilities that I visit throughout the year, Good job to all.

Reliable, like all the other Best Western hotels I stay at. Right off the highway. Very fast internet. Quiet. Clean. Did not have breakfast, so I cannot comment on that.

The rate was affordable, location convenient & amenities sufficient. I received friendly help from the front desk staff for my much needed early check in. Wished hot tub would have been in service instead of it being a flower bed for a palm tree : (. Tub would not hold water so I bathed my 9 month old grandson in the sink… he LOVED it! Place was quiet enough & slept well. I would suggest to upgrade pillows… they are tiny! Lobby floor needed attention at check out time. Breakfast fare was plentious. Needs fresh fruit! Overall good stay. Would return again.

I liked my time there but the only problems I had was the cleanliness of hotel. The shower curtains had stains on different areas and the pool also had a lot of trash within it. It looked as though someone hadn't cleaned it in a day or two. Other than that it was a good night.

My sister & I stayed here a few days ago & had no idea it was across from a prison. The pillows had stains, we travel with a black light & it looked like bodily fluids. Even without the black light you could see it. Receptionist argued it was bleach. Said she would replace them. We turned on the air conditioning as the room was 80+ & had to leave, too hot in the room. Came back no new pillows. So went to the front desk & a new receptionist there, I told her what happened. She handed me a new pillow & 2 pillow cases. Thank you. Then finally time to sleep, I threw off my decorative sham on top of my bed & my sheets on too had black stains. I can't win, too tired to do anything. I messaged Best Western, never heard back.

If you want a comfortable bed DO NOT stay here… These were the hardest mattress we have ever slept on… Way to firm and the mattress croaked every time we moved… Sheets were like 220 grit sandpaper, no joke… VERY MISERABLE NIGHT… The room overall was clean and nice but if sleep is important to you, you might want to rethink staying here… Unless you LOVE a very hard mattress and scratchy sheets.

This is one of the nicest smelling hotels that I've ever been in my life, even the hallways smell amazing. Place is very clean and well kept and the gentlemen at the front desk is genuinely very pleasant, very welcoming. This place is so clean there's not even a smudge on the TV with a glare hitting it, that's what I call clean.

I don't know how these rating system work but however they work two stars is not fair for this place. I'm an OTR Tucker and I've stayed at everything from the worst dives to the four seasons. This place is nice.

Beautiful hotel, the staff including mama gent and the owners are very accommodating. Updated hotel and very clean. I would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Deceit stay. Room was very clean and nice. Pictures online should be updated or rooms one. It was a little miss leading. Other than that the staff was very professional. I would stay again if I had too.

The hotel staff was very warm and welcoming upon check in. The front desk clerk was friendly upon checking in and answered any questions we had and was very informative. The room at the hotel was up to date with all the amenities, beds were comfortable and had no trouble sleeping. Breakfast in the morning was amazing. Overall the stay was very enjoyable and would definitely visit again.

Very clean. Affordable rates. New tvs with all the hookups for extra devices. Free breakfast has hot breakfast and waffle maker with toast, bagels, fruit and a lot of other stuff. The bathroom didn't have a fan so it got pretty humid after a shower, but small inconvenience for an otherwise fantastic room.

Nice hotel. Good service and a decent breakfast. Very clean rooms with new carpet. Staff was very friendly. Great price for what you get. Close to Wal-Mart, shopping, restaurants and convenience stores.

We had three rooms and stayed here for a week. Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was decent. The only advice I could give is to improve the gym. There is only two pieces of equipment, no free weights. We will be in this area for two more weeks but will be going to a hotel with a better gym. Aside from the gym everything else is great. I would recommend it.

Very poor quality service and the owner is a real rude and disrespectful individual. I would not be able to stay somewhere that had people who are capable of getting in the room with such poor manners and outrageous violent behavior.

We found this Best Western comfortable and clean. The beds were very comfortable and in room coffee refrigerator and microwave was a plus. This is the best hotel in Seagoville Tx. And very affordable. We will stay there again on our next visit to this area.

Nice, clean, and comfortable hotel. Fair price and the complimentary breakfast was better than expected. Also, the check-in was very easy.

If I could given them 10 stars I would… The staff went above and beyond for us during evacuation of Hurricane Harvey… Everyone is extremely nice and so helpful… if I ever come anywhere near Dallas I know where I'm stayin… The rooms are clean and breakfast is good… Thank you so much for helping in all the ways you did… Signed your Dickinson Refugees much love.

Very clean rooms, super comfortable bed (pillows are so soft! ) And an awesome staff with a strong willingness to help and serve guests with the best of their ability and they don't make you wait for that assistance. Nice surveillance made me and my family feel more secure as well.

Beds were so comfy and the room was awesome. Only complaint is that the toilet was broken and when I told the lady at the front desk, she was rude. Asked if I flushed, kept saying that I must have done something because the people who checked out that morning didn't say anything.

I am very disappointed. I made a reservation and tried to cancel within 15 minutes. They told me that there is a 24 hour cancellation policy but I did not make the reservation more than 24 hours ago so how could I have cancelled during that time period. It would have been reasonable to charge a cancellation fee or even for one day but I was charged for the whole week. This is saddening to me as I am currently a displaced teacher who recently returned from maternity leave and this places a hardship and burden on me financially. I am very disappointed in Best Western and their inability to work with their customers.

Why the hotel is nice looking the room was inadequate. It was about 60 degrees when we entered the room took about 2 hours to get up to a comfortable temperature. I was not able to take a bath. Whenever I rent a motel room I always take a bath. When the lady came up to help with the tub she gave almost no effort to fix the plug that was not engaging. And just said she didn't know if there was another room with the working tub. I will not be back to visit again. Thank you.

I was very satisfied with my overall experience and stay they made us feel like family instead of hotel guests they talked and laughed with us it was just a awesome visit!

Allow this location is very isolated, you can expect top notch customer service, clean rooms, and comfortable beds during your stays. If you are looking in this area for a place to stay make this your choice.

Good place for a overnight stop, but definitely not BW best franchise. Still spotless and clean, used to be smoke allowed so non-smoking rooms were hit and miss with the cigarette smell. The front desk clerk was very accommodating to our needs and searched for a smell free room for us. Bathroom was clean clean :) beds were comfortable and big, smelled crisp and clean. Flat screen tv, coffee pot, fridge and microwave. Breakfast was nice, front clerk in the morning was definitely not a morning person, tho. Overall a great hotel chain, this particular one was not what BW has me used to, though.

This place is not a dump. That said, this had to be the worst bed I've slept on in a long time. You could feel the springs in the mattress. Upholstered chair was also awful.

I stayed here for three weeks while on business. They honored my government discount so that was a plus. The entire staff was great and very helpful! The staff was friendly and always greeted me with a smile. I had a package delivered and they held it for me until I returned. The room was very clean and had modern furnishing and appliances. It was very quiet everyday and I felt safe there. The breakfast was plentiful and was always hot and fresh! I would have no problem staying here again! Thanks again to all the staff at Best Western in Seagoville TX for a great stay!

Nightmare! The lady at the front desk was very nice and understanding, but I will never approach that property again. Do not stay there if you are female and traveling by yourself… be caution of your surroundings.

Dont expect to use the Wi-Fi, been here 3 days it is bad, real bad.

The hotel is the most simple, clean, but the staff is weird, sometimes inadequate. One was evicted from the property, and to understand the situation was forced 1.5 hours to chat with the drunk staff at the reception (time was from 1 to 2:30 in the morning). So if you are not afraid of adventures, the hotel is normal.
