A very nice location for a person on business or as a stop on a vacation. Local restaurants very conveniently nearby with a good range of local flavors. I recommend Fuzzy's Taco Shop and The Brass Tap which was easily reached on foot. A bit further away is Babe's Chicken Dinner House which is always ranked nationally as a place for the best food. The hotel pool was an excellent respite for the Texas weather in August!

Excellent everything! From the front desk service, clean and modern room, to the delicious FULL breakfast, this place has it all! It's only a short 10 min drive from Grapevine Mills Mall! I even forgot my toothbrush and they had one for me at the front desk! My daughter used the fold out couch and we needed extra bedding, what I got was all wrapped in protective covering to show it had been cleaned! Even the remote control for the SATELLITE TV had been sanitized and placed in a protective covering for the next guest! There was a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room as well. Our bed was very clean and oh so comfortable. There is a beautiful pool as well. If there was a place like this in every city I ever needed to travel to, this would be my pick for sure, every time!

Friendly, helpful staff. Decent location near Fort Worth. Reasonable rates. Good recognition of Loyalty Program status (Best Western Rewards Platinum). I will stay there again.

This hotel is in the process of remodeling. Was recently purchased from another chain and rooms definitely need upgraded. We experienced an attempted break-in from our outside window, fortunately we were in the room at the time. Ryan at the front desk was extremely concerned, took care of the issue and accommodated us accordingly. We would not have stayed our entire time if it had not been for Ryan and his care for us. Even though the hotel is off the highway, it is quiet. We would probably try a stay at the hotel in the future.

Very nice CLEAN hotel in a great location. A little on the pricey side for what you get but worth it if your activities are close by. Can't give it five stars because it has no restaurant or bar area and only vending machines. Ice machine only on first floor, and the pool should be privacy fenced from the parking lot. These are small complaints but I would definitely stay here again when I'm back in Roanoke.

Secluded place. No noise, no pollution. Clean, big rooms. A little better breakfast and they'd get 5* from me.

This hotel is a bit small but nice & the service & reasonable price definitely made it worthwhile. Rooms are on the smaller side but well organized, comfortable beds, clean, updated. Our rooms had a fridge & microwave. Clean, nice outdoor pool. Breakfast was the standard fare, eggs, sausage/bacon, hashbrowns, waffles, cereal, etc. They kept it well stocked & the dining area clean. Staff was all very polite & responsive. They gave me a cold bottle of water at check-in, just a nice touch that made you feel welcome. Wi-Fi was good. Overall, a nice stay & great value. We were in town for a graduation & this was in a good location for us. I would stay here again & would give it 4.5 stars if the system allowed it.

Room was extremely hot after checking in. You would think they would have it at a decent temperature prior to your arrival. The bed was hard a concrete extremely uncomfortable. Hotel staff was friendly and courteous. I would have chosen a different Hotel if I knew the bed was going to be that hard and stiff.

I loved it here. The bed and pillows were great. The room was perfectly clean and the Jacuzzi was divine. Ally the lady who supervises breakfast, makes sure you have every delightful breakfast treat you could desire. I totally enjoyed my large and over indulgent breakfast. I enjoyed sprinkles on my fresh hot Belgian waffle, scrambled eggs, sausage and fruity pebbles. And my service dog did NOT hate having a taste of bacon. She never gets that at home. Also the coffee is great. I was surprised at the level of clean and excellent service. I highly recommend. Oh, and sunning at the pool was awesome. Thank you Ally for making my stay great!

Very nice. Front desk was always friendly. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. The pillows are so comfy I wanted to buy one!

Had an absolutely wonderful experience! My husband and I went the weekend before Valentines day. The staff was friendly especially Ryan the manager. The lobby is inviting and check in was quick. Our room was quiet, comfortable, clean, and a good size for the price. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to any one planning to be in this area.

The hotel wasn't difficult to find. Easy check-in and check-out. The bed was comfortable. Not a whole lot to say really. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone traveling in the area. The price was typical of a Best Western property. Not high at all, relatively speaking.

Stayed at this location for two nights while visiting family in the area. Staff very friendly, took a very early flight to Dallas, arrived at the hotel early to see if we could get a room. The front desk person Ryan gladly checked us in since they had our room available, gave us some bottle waters to start us off. The location of the hotel was great, isolated but still close to restaurants and stores. Room was nice and clean, had everything we needed,. Shower and bath were fine no complaints. Wi-Fi no problems. Breakfast was very good, featured a variety of hot and cold breakfast foods, most important very good coffee. Overall a very enjoyable and quiet stay.

We very much enjoyed this hotel! Nice rooms and up to date decor. Breakfast was great and well stocked. Check in was late for me and it went smoothly and quick. And the staff is great. We will definitely be back!

Spend a lot of time here for work. Rooms are clean and the place is well maintained and kept up. Guy a the front could smile a bit more but he's never rude and is always helpful. Good place.

The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were super friendly. The breakfast was very well done. The only thing I feel that needs to be enhanced is the hot tea selection they offer. There is only one kind of caffeinated, Great Value. There is one kind of decaffeinated, off brand.

Stayed in a nice double room. Clean. Good staff service. Breakfast could be better, but as an overnight guest, it was good.

We stayed here three nights while visiting friends in the area. This is an older facility, but staff and lobby area were very nice, rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast area was well tended and replenished. I expect we'll stay here again in future.

The staff is cool but the hotel facilities are so old. You feel like in a 80s movie in the Hotel lift. Rooms are okay but the showers are so stressful you cannot have a good water pressure and it's always too hot or too cold. I wouldn't recommend unless you have no other option nearby.

Enjoy clean room, front desk employee's are very good in providing information that the customer needs and ask for. Need a larger fitness center, update fitness equipment. Looking forward to the new improvements to this bestwestern hotel.

I've been here for two weeks now for work and just booked another two weeks the staff is awesome and the breakfast selection is awesome as well it helps me get through my mornings! I would recommend anyone if they are ever in the Roanoke area to book rooms here!

We stay here while visiting nearby family, and it always meets our needs — it's like coming home! The rooms are clean, the staff welcoming and flexible, and the room prices are very good value. The rooms on the 3rd level get hotter in the summer months and in the past we've had to have the A/C on there most of the night, so better to take a room on the first level — but maybe away from the ice and coke machines (clunk clunk…). Also go for the odd-numbered rooms — away from the direct sun and the front car park. There isn't a better place in Roanoke, and it's near enough to the many restaurants and bars to walk it — so no worries about a DUI.

Very clean. A little hard to find. Not to friendly. Gave us a one bed instead of the two we ask for.

The breakfast was breathtaking. The scrambled eggs were quality. I loved the waffles and sausage as well. The beds and housekeeping were awesome and the staff was amazing as well. I loved staying here and I recommend it to anyone coming to visit the area for any reason.

It was nice and clean. The pool and breakfast was the best. Awesome variety. Even had make your own waffles in the shape of Texas.

The hotel has been Recently remodeled. It was extremely clean and quiet. The grounds outside have been very well kept. Also, they serve a very, very good hot breakfast.

Very clean motel. The staff very friendly and helpful. Great location. It has a guest laundry that came in handy. I highly recommend this facility.

This place is much nicer than we expected. Looks brand new. The staff here is wonderful! Especially Stacy at the front desk who helped check us in and take care of everything over the phone before our arrival. She notified us of all the amenities such as a continental hot breakfast and the Wi-Fi. We are pleased.

At a rate of about $100ish/night this Best Western was amazing! Sure, it may not be as dazzling as a higher priced hotel but it had a lot of amenities that you normally find without paying for an upgraded room. Our room had a microwave, fairly tall mini-fridge, pretty decent hot breakfast, and DOUBLE PLY TOILET PAPER (hey, some people care about this. Lol. I've stayed at $300/night places that make you use sandpaper). So all in all, I'd say it's a pretty good bang for your buck.

The service was great. Check In was quick and informative. The room overall was good. The bed was a bit firm and the sheets thin. But other than that the room was fine.

For the price, the king suite is adequate and what one would expect. The room was clean and comfortable. The couches in the sitting area of the suite aren't the most comfortable, but that was to be expected. The pool is outdoors and a little small. Breakfast every morning was included in our stay which was good for the price point. All and all, this was a decent stay.

It was good. Wi-Fi was good. Beds were good. Breakfast was good.

This is a really great hotel, stayed overnight in one of the nicee rooms they offer, it included a jacuzzi, and even some free treats. The personel was very helpful and the breakfast was warm and delicious. Great for a weekend or small vacation.

This is one if not the best affordable hotels around. The staff is very friendly and over accommodating. The rooms are very clean, the beds and pillows very comfortable. The free breakfast was good and plentiful. I tend to critique every little thing and I can't come up with anything. EVEN the toilet paper is soft and double ply! A must stay if you are in the area. Say Hi to Jody at the front desk, she is sweet!

Clean rooms, good service, friendly staff and decent, free breakfast every morning. Everything was replaced when it should have and the beds were alright. You can't ask for more for under $100 per night.

Best Western Roanoke Inn and Suites is one of the best hotels that I've stayed in. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I will always recommend this hotel.

Join Me In Refusing To Stay I understand policies where people are required to pay a nights stay if they back out of a reservation for a hotel. However, I also understand that life is not so black and white. Circumstances and customer service MATTER. Apparently not to Best Western — Roanoke! In my case, I had booked this hotel in order to attend a funeral for a friends' wife. Upon arrival in town, I was asked to stay with this person and support him as he faced this tragedy. Called to cancel. Explained why. They refused to waive the cancellation fee of a full night's stay (even though it was afternoon and any room could be rebooked). What happened to common sense and customer service.

Loved the stay here. Very clean rooms and friendly service. Alex at the front desk was especially nice. I came here to visit the Texas Motor Speedway. Breakfast was pretty good too. Potatoes were excellent.

I picked this hotel because it was the cheapest around. I was a little worried because of the bad reviews but we had a great stay. The room was very clean and spacious. I liked the fridge and microwave and the soap/shampoo! I didn't have the breakfast but my husband did and he said it was pretty good. The staff was really friendly and under new management so they have turned the hotel around. Ignore the bad reviews and pick this hotel. You get so much for the price. I go to Keller every couple of months and this will be my go to hotel.
