They cancelled our reserved room on thanksgiving night. Email confirmation stated there was no cancellation allowed and that the room would be held until 7am following the scheduled arrival date, yet cancelled our 3 night reservation. Said I did not answer call they made to me to confirm stay so they cancelled the room, yet I DID NOT receive a call. The lady at front desk said we could get a suite for $10 cheaper than what we had originally paid. The key card did not work on the door and I had to stand outside with my screaming 3 month aold. The room looked like it had not even been cleaned! Change, leaves, and trash all across the floor of the room, then they moved us into another suite, which was the wheelchair accessible suite with a smaller tv, and guess what, trash still on the floor, turned on the heater and it makes a very loud noise that sounds like it's going out, vents in heater in both rooms were dirty. Currently laying in our room after 2 hrs of inconvenience hating this hotel. Will NEVER book here again when we visit from out of town and will NEVER recommend. We should be offered a refund and a free stay for this gigantic headache.

They changed my room because they found “ants”, they did not call me and leave a voice mail, I only found out because I walked into a dismantled room, and all my belongings gone. Totally unacceptable.

Do not stay here hotel is infested with crickets. I killed 3 black crickets in my room. There all in the lobby in the hallways. I told the front desk and she say its because its summer thats one excuse for them to be in my room. I am terrified of bugs I haven't had a good nights sleep since I been here. Im here for work so I really dont have a choose. Crickets all over the place in the bathroom of my room. All my co worker have them in there room as well.

The room smelled so clean. The eggs, waffle, and biscuits with gravy were nice and hot. The pool was also clean and clear. The staff was also very pleasant. Will stay here next trip this direction.

First let me be clear I’m here on business meaning the accommodations were not up to me. And god willing I’m here for the next 22 days. One word. Mold. I changed rooms 2 times and it (it being mold) seemed to follow. See photos. Also in the photos you’ll see many other aesthetically unappealing and possibly dangerous (broken light fixture) things I encountered. The second room reeked of smoke so bad. Oh… and towels? They are “delivered later in my stay… ”.

It's a nice hotel overall. However they have TVs that won't allow a game system. To me that's just crappy. Lots of people play video games and travel. I will never stay here again.

The rooms weren't bad at all. Spacious and comfortable. The Wi-Fi doesn't work at all regardless of which access point you attempt to connect to. The free TV plus HBO is non-existent. The remotes just turn the TV on and change the volume. Can't change channels or input. No channels to speak of anyway. There's no phone lines to the room phones. The place overall is just a cheap overnight stay. Nothing more.

Could be better. There have been ticks of course there are pets allowed that I've seen, other ppls underwear and under par a/c. But it's been fairly calm and peaceful stay.

I stayed at the comfort inn in red oak tx room 213 was great. It was very clean. No complaints. Got much needed sleep.

Love all the commodities here and the staff are so nice. Uber and grub hub don’t deliver here but you have a lot of fast food options. Beds were clean and towels are soft can’t ask for more.

Nice hotel. They need to wash their bedding. Good breakfast and great location. Staff is nice!

Me and my Beautiful wife had a wonderful night We celebrate our one year anniversary the rooms where comfortable the staff was very wonderful rooms were very clean And I will be letting My bosses in the government Field l to stay there a when they're in Dallas I will be staying there many more nightsTrisha and Rudy Ruiz Love that location and we will be back.

Great Service. Rooms smell nice. Good Cable. Lot of Movies. Comes with fridge and microwave. Nice window views. Kool bathrooms.

I checked in this place on 3/2. The staff was friendly and courteous at the time of my check-in. HOWEVER, there was a group of children there who obviously had no supervision because they knocked on my door at midnight when they should've had their butt in bed. The next day, I was distracted by whoever was at the front desk regarding my truck. I am an over the road driver so I made sure at the time I checked in that my truck was in an approved parking spot and I was told it was. But the attendant decided to call my room around 16:40 on 3/3 to tell me I needed to move. Then she called me back because people complained about the noise coming from my truck that they couldn't sleep. I told her I didn't give a damn about them not being able to sleep because I couldn't sleep neither due to their children knocking on my door. So SHE called the police on me to have my truck moved. I came here because I haven't been feeling well and to try and sweat out a cold but wasn't able to with all the kids and the incompetent person who was working on 3/3 in the afternoon. Why would you inform me at 5PM that people couldn't sleep LAST NIGHT shows a lack of professionalism. And the police just left my room. So I won't be staying here again.

The beds were very comfortable, love the towels, nice breakfast, love the staff but the parking lot could be bigger and I wish the pool was inside for these cold nights.

Good customer service, nice rooms. Nice breakfast, 5a-9a. Try the lemonade or tea at the front desk it's Delicious.

The bed has an old used blanket on it. The good news is the rooms have a Jacuzzi tub in them. The breakfast was not good but they give you 20% off the Denny's which is walking distance and shared the same parking lot almost.

Great location! Guest services awesome! Clean rooms. Would refer this place to friends and family! If I ever need a hotel in this area I will be back!

Clean rooms, comfy beds (I have back issues and my back did not bother me the whole week I stayed), quiet, friendly staff, and great rate. Totally recommend staying here. Walking distance to Denny's, where if you show your key card from comfort inn you get a discount.

Although my stay was brief (1 day and half) My stay was Great. Clean rooms and the Customer Service was excellent and very helpful.

In a double room over Thanksgiving, staff have been very friendly. The breakfast isn't bad (sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits, yogurt, bread, bagels, muffins, 3 types of cereal, apple and orange juice, make your own waffles (plain and a rotating flavor), tea and coffee) compared to some others I've had. Satellite TV in the room.

Clean rooms. Comfortable lay out, Ample bathrooms, respectable, enjoyable and very professional and down to earth staff. Delicious and balanced complimentary breakfast. Wheel chair accessible. Close to everything. Chek it out, you will love it. Price? Very affordable.

Ready good for the price and great breakfast. Eat here instead of a restaurant n u will save a good $20 or more depending how yall eat.

The hotel is very comfortable and the breakfast is better then normal. However, the Wi-Fi has a weak signal and feels like it would have 10 years ago. As long as you dont need Wi-Fi its a great place.

Comfortable beds, clean. Nothing spectacular but certainly not disappointing. Had to call for towels every day, housekeeping wasn't the greatest at getting towels/wash clothes replenished.

Room smelled of smoke even though you're not supposed to smoke. The sheets had a cigarette burn in them. Then when I called to see if an item left was found in the room, the front desk agent was extremely rude! She would not assist me, or leave a message for the manager to call me back. She hung the phone up in my face! It was the worst service I've EVER experienced at a comfort inn! I will be contacting corporate and putting in a complaint.

My stay at the comfort inn red oak is always very pleasurable. The hotel is very clean and the staff goes above and beyond their ability to keep myself and my grandkids comfortable and satisfied.

Comfortable Hotel, well appointed rooms with the exception of the small squishy pillows. Breakfast is good and plentiful but the same things every day. The staff is very friendly.

Great experience and hotel manger goes out her way to provide exceptional service also all the staff members were quite friendly. Staying here for about a month for schooling and the manager and staff make sure everything I needed was accommodated and rooms are pretty clean pools are clean of food was really good I have no complaints definitely five star rating well maybe A 4 lol.

Kasey is awesome! She rocks and is the best person up there, she helps you whenever you need it and goes out of her way to do it. Red oak comfort you guys keep doing awesome!

Comfort Inn saved me and my little ones in the nick of time. My house AC went out in the middle of the night and they had a few rooms left on a busy friday. They were kind and quick at check in. Great stay!

The room was nice but they offer breakfast was horrible! Nothing was stocked properly, not even a hot cup of coffee! The staff seemed to be pre-occupied with anything but service to the customers! If you dont care about good service, this is your place.

We were driving our youth back from Dallas to Harlingen Texas and our church van broke down. We called the hotel because we have 23 youth from ages 3 to 16 and they easily got us in with open arms and lemonade. Every employee greeted us and offered us help. We are in great action in huge beautiful rooms. The hospitality is out of this world and we were so blessed for this hotel. Thank you comfort Inn for hiring amazing staff like this. I highly recommend this hotel everything going about it is beautiful and the rooms are huge.

Room smelt like an ashtray so I went to front desk and they sent someone with a bottle of air refresher and made me do it lol… Oh and don't leave anything of value out in the open "house keeping with throw it in the trash" they have no lost and found.

We checked in at 10:00pm in the evening. When we got to our room the door was propped open with a trash can and the room smelled like cigarettes. I have asked for a replacement but the hotel was completely booked. Now the reasons for bad review. 1. Noisy. Road noises, air conditioning from other rooms. I have recorded a clip on my phone to see how noisy it is. 2. Beds were not good. One of the beds was missing cushion or it was damaged. It felt like a small pot hole in the bed. Good things about the hotel. 1. It was recently redone. 2. Clean.

Fast check in/out. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plenty and nourishing. Bed was firm and full of pillows.

The breakfast was average at best however, the rooms were very clean and service was quick. 4/5

Not bad for a middle class hotel, has a bar, free continental breakfast, and free Wi-Fi.

We had a very comfortable stay the days we were there we got treated good n they had good breakfast n the people that work there were respectively n help full.

Nicely remodeled rooms, although a couple of "mystery spots" on the carpet. A/C worked well to keep room about 70 when the outside temps were 100 plus. Staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast was also pretty decent. Restaurants/Walmart/CVS nearby. Two nights while my truck was in the shop.

Horrible experience. Trini the manager overcharged me on two credit cards and while their error will not credit my account. ; I have disputed the charge with AMEX and I am blessed to have them in my corner. Fron desk is clueless took 45 minutes to check in as the did not know how to work the computers. I feel like they stole $100 from me for the false overcharge to AMEX. STAY AWAY! I like to write great reviews and share the positive about people and places. Say I am unable to do this at this place.
