Absolutely nothing bad to say about this place, and everything good to say! This hotel is the standard by which other domestic hotels should be measured. Best experience we've ever had at a domestic Hotel. It was on a par with some of the best European hotels we have experienced.

Helpful staff! Thanks to the Dallas heat my car battery died. The hotel had a battery starter and one of the employees helped jump my car. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you so much!

Attended a work event at this hotel and everything was great. The staff was very helpful and the food was good.

Appreciated the easy parking and fast check-in. The room was sparkling. Good sized bathroom, very comfortable bed. AC was super cold, blackout blinds worked very well, and the bed was comfortable. Wi-fi streamed Netflix quickly. I would stay there again.

Great room and hotel service. The workers are always pleasant and courteous and I enjoy staying here.

Probably would not stay again. Hotel is difficult to navigate from the highway. Room was very warm at night. Shower plumbed backwards (cold was hot).

Very clean and spacious. Staff was extra accommodating. Couldn't hear other rooms or hallway chatter. The complimentary breakfast wasn't bad. A large selection to choose from. If I'm ever in this area this is hands down my 1st choice.

Spring Hill Suites is fantastic! We walked into the hotel and greeted by two gentleman dressed sharply in all black. The hotel has a modern edge to it and it’s even nicer than we expected. The location is perfect, just around the corner from a huge mall with tons of great places to eat. The rooms are really nice and clean. Really a great place to stay without breaking the bank. We will be back next time we come to the Dallas area.

This hotel is not like any other I've ever been. The setup is so unique. And the people are amazing.

The place is quite clean, spacious rooms but the bathtub and sinks are really small. They don't provide water bottles.

I would have to say that this is an extremely nice hotel very nice building. Just the people are extremely crappy, they have bad attitudes they're unwilling to help you at any given time. They're rude and try to dismiss you often; but as long as you are okay with not dealing with the staff this is a great place to stay they do have an indoor pool!

While visiting my aunt and uncle who came to Plano from Pearland I got to experience the Springhill Suites by Marriott. Let me start off by saying I was immediately impressed by the interior design of the lobby/check in desk area. It was very brightly colored clean and chic. What me and my aunt were very unhappy with was the service here during check-in. We arrived at about 7 o'clock and were given the key to a room with only one bed, when she paid for two. Although it might seem like an easy fix the attitude she received from the hotel staff was one with strong notes of annoyance. To say the least, that was unsatisfactory. After the room change, we moved her things to a joint room, and things were much better from there on. The rooms are beautifully furnished with a modern touch, and very clean. I took my cousin to the indoor pool and to the gym and grabbed a drink at the bar. I left at around 11 and we met up with them at the Plano mall located less than 5 minutes away from their hotel after they had a yummy complimentary breakfast. This hotel could definitely use some friendlier staff but other than that my experience there was mostly positive and would recommend people to stay there for the amenities and easy access location of the hotel.

Attended a training seminar here. The hotel staff provided breakfast, lunch, and plentiful drinks throughout. The space was nice for all 60 of us and clean.

Manager was not open to working out a no show charge when we clearly arrived on another date with the remaining of the team. During our stay an elderly lady fell and staff was very inconsiderate. Would not get aspirin, water or other essentials needed to care for the elderly women until a guest told them to charge it to their room. Inconsiderate staff, but room and breakfast was okay. Elderly women needs to Sue she was hurt pretty bad. Staff couldn't even tell her where the nearest hospital was. She had witnesses to vouch that the fall was related to hotel misconduct.

Nice hotel. It basically is brand new. The only complaint I would have is the pool, although heated, seemed extremely cold. They still might be working out some kinks, though.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Hotel seems relatively new and in great order. Very competitive rate for the area, too. If you find yourself in the area, it's certainly worth considering.

Eventing was tidy and clean. Good breakfast bat. You will not be disappointed with your stay here.

Nice location, rooms could be a bit more quiet, great for travel teams, convenient to grocery stores, Walmart, fast food, restaurants, wine and liquor stores, pool and hot tub are indoor and good sized… breakfast on the weekends is packed but organized well… there is room service, but pricey and time sensitive… you can walk the bridge over to a variety of restaurants with bars and enjoy time with colleagues, travel team parents or you S. O while the kids scarf down pizza and watch a movie… the bathrooms are ok if you're alone, else the sliding door doesn't lock up well, … your roommate (s) will hear and catch a whiff of everything you're doing in there… the shower doors don't close and will let water pour over onto the floor like Niagara falls… the curtain doesn't block out the morning sun well… you can hear guests pass by and even know when they open their own room doors… which means they can hear what extracurricular activities you or your guest (s) are performing in the room… typical Marriott quick wood frame build with minimal insulating.

Build at a very strategic location and very good quality rooms.

Really clean hotel, lovely rooms! Great TV, comfy bed with sofa that pulls out as a bed too, because that's where I slept on this time! Restrooms so clean! Nice view overlooking a pond with a fountain and right across the street a bar! Even though I walked to the McDonald's on the other side :). Nice place!

From the minute you walk in you realize this I not your standard Springhill Suites. First difference is this is a full service hotel inclusive of room service. The property is very clean and located within walking distance of pubs and restaurants. Highly recommended for business travelers.

Very nice hotel, the rooms are great and have plenty of space. Plenty of things to walk to nearby for shopping and food.

Well we've stayed at this hotels just different locations. The first one we stayed at not even 10 minutes before the glass separation fell and broke on my 9 year old brother. Then all they did to fix that was offer to pay 30 dollars in food. 30 dollars. We stayed there for about a month and had fun, no more issues. Until we left. Then we got multiple repeated charges for many things. We decided to give sprinhill suites another go and enjoyed it for the most part, except having to go downstairs every time we ordered more towels or soaps or plates, or anything at all. Also the air conditioning does NOT work. In any if the rooms we were placed it (3 different ones). Finally we woke up and one of the people I was with wasn't feeling well so we call for a late check out and tell them my friend isn't feeling well and they tell me late check out Is booked and were going to have to leave when supposed to. I have never heard of that. Ever and we've been traveling all summer and basically living at hotels so this one is one of the worst.

From the minute I stepped in, I forgot I was in a SpringHill. When I got to my room, I briefly questioned whether I was still in the US. The hotel, less than 5 months old at the time I stayed, had designed the rooms with a subtly European flavor. The bathroom fixtures, the lighting, and the frosted glass privacy screen separating the desk from the sleeping area and the glass in the sliding bathroom door were unique. The furniture, amenities, and comfortable bed were all comfortingly familiar, however. Staff was extremely friendly, the free hot breakfast was nice, and the hotel was very clean. Core in-room amenities included a microwave, refrigerator (w/o freezer), and coffee maker. The standard Wi-Fi was much faster than I expected. I was very fortunate to have found this place!
