Nice, clean spacious rooms, good service, good facilities. Poor location, but hell, it's Mesquite, Texas, not exactly a great travel destination. Regardless, the motel is nice, good parking, and they host b. C a good gun show every 6 to 8 weeks! I'd stay there again.

My truck had to go into the shop so I found this on location via Apple maps. This place was a gem. Clean, comfortable, updated rooms with a ton of delivery options for food. The staff was friendly and was quick to answer any questions that I may have had. The breakfast was great too! The best part was the price! As a small business owner, this made me the happiest. To receive the quality of Hampton for under 150 is a great deal to me. Thanks for making a hard work’n man happy!

Attended a conference here. The rooms were well maintained, clean and spacious. This is a decent facility with a pool and other amenities which I did not use. Overall, a decent place to stay if you are in mesquite, Dallas, TX.

Newly renovated rooms now with two queen beds. Great staff. First time to ever give praise to management at a hotel for their room cleaning staff. Excellent location. If I have business or pleasure in this area again, definitely will stay here.

Being remodeled. There is some inconvenience with tarps and stuff hanging around. It started not so well because I didn't have a card with the available credit for the incidentals charge. They wanted to put a $50 hold. The room is nice and clean. The view is great! Overall I am happy with the experience. The hotel is not associated with the training venue I am attending which is great. The prices are reasonable and the service is good.

Second stay within the last couple of months. Still renovating the hotel, cool to see it when it started and now that it's a lot further along. The new rooms look awesome and feel so modern and cozy. Staff is always friendly (even when you arrive at 2am and leave the next morning). Breakfast is good. Stayed here at of random the first time, nownit kind of my "go to" hotel when in the area. Whether it's a few nights, or just one, great service all around and really nice rooms! One of these times I'm going to check out the pool I keep hearing about, and maybe even go hang out in the nice lobby they have (couches are super comfortable).

Stay in conjunction with bridal party for wedding held on site. Currently under renovation and its evident! Although apology signage posted throughout, there was no housekeeping maintaining the common areas. Halls had plaster floating and accumulated dust throughout & elevators had plaster dust & wet plaster droppings inside. Banquet hall was nice but more attention needs to be given to construction areas.

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty decent for a continental. Will definitely stay here again.

Rooms were sufficient and our stay was pleasant. Unfortunately, I left without one of my rings. Be sure to lock your valuables up or take them with you. Very disappointing.

Currently undergoing construction to update rooms. Stayed in a newer model and updates are nice! New modern furniture, updated fixtures and the beds are even more comfortable. Has mini fridge and microwave still in small kitchenette area and full size blow-dryer.

The pros: Very close to everything. Greeted by a nice employee at the front desk. The entry is very warm and welcoming and the rooms are very clean. Cons: My bed was like sleeping on the floor. It was very very hard. If you like that, then youll be fine. They are also currently doing construction so there is a lot of noise but they did stop at 6pm. The rooms are also very outdated (Hopefully the construction is remodeling) and the part that hit the hardest for me is there is no restaurant or room service. I come to Dallas for business so the end of the day Im exhausted and dont want to go anywhere but the room. Fortunately for me outback delivered.

Will never stay here again. My wife woke up to a bed bug on her pillow at 3AM. We were traveling with our kids and didn't want to wake them up just to move to another room and I would inform the front desk in the morning. When I told the lady at the front desk all she says is " Oh well we will look into it and give you some extra Hilton points. " Unacceptable my family now has to replace clothes and other things and all I was told is I would be given some points. Also the smell in the room was like a wet dog. The water in tjr sbower also never stayed warm. I will never stay at any other Hampton inn.

Horrible stay woke up at 3am with a bedbug on my pillow. When we informed the front desk all they said that they would look into it. We stayed on the first floor and our room smelled like a wet dog to me. Will never be staying at this hotel ever again.

Great setting easy to get in and out of. Associates were great. Room was large and comfortable. Fireplace was real cool.

Seems like a nice hotel. Free breakfast and overall comfortable. But, bed was uncomfortable and hot water didn't turn on in my room.

I was at a work function, and y'all gave the smokers heaters. The drinks were mixed wonderfully. The decor was regular hotel decor. And the bathrooms were a but dated. Other than that it was amaze balls.

It is very good to stay at this hotel.

Beautiful facility, right next to the Mesquite event center. Great breakfast, rooms, and the decor is very modern. Excellent fitness center (by hotel standards). Can't complain.

Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. The rooms are dark not conducive for working there is no desk. Upside, the bathroom has plenty of lighting and the shower was wonderful! I hope they make the hotel upgrade list for Hilton soon!

The room smelled a bit like urine and we could feel every spring in the mattress. It seemed like the room was above the kitchen because we could smell burning toast and waffles in the morning. The iron was dirty and left a stain on a pair of uniform pants. The staff kindly sent a new iron up. Down the hall was a guest with a barking dog. I will now have to screen against pet friendly hotels. Pets can be boarded at their own facilities.

Room decently clean. Furniture worn. Mattress was horrible and the towels were like sand paper. Breakfast was excellent… Hotel in serious need of update. Attended an event at the event center. It is in dire need of repairs and maintenance. Ceiling tiles in bathrooms are moldy, spider webs in the corners, walls need painting. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. But in need updating & repairs. Mattress was horrible, needs to be replaced. Breakfast had a nice variety & tasted good. For the price this hotel should be better quality.

Nice rooms and a top notch breakfast. Great service — they gave us a snack bag with our suite and it had best Belgian lime flavored chocolate ever.

A cool respite on a hot Texas day. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast, despite heavy demand, provided all the eggs and well cooked bacon one could expect. We hope to visit this hotel again this Fall for another martial arts tournament.

The hotel was great. The staff was amazingly friendly. The morning breakfast staff were so accommodating and helpful. The pool area was well kept and nice. We were able to check in early which was great and the 12pm checkout is so awesome compared to 11am at other places. That one hour makes such a difference, especially when you have breakfast first.

Loved this hotel and staff! We spent 4 nights there. Great location to get in and out of and very safe area! I was actually in for a convention downtown and drive back and forth to Dallas each day. They have a great breakfast but the kitchen staff was extremely friendly. He created me each day and always offered me any help if I would need it. He kept area very clean even when breakfast area was full. The cleaning staff was great as well. I really enjoyed are time here and the space of our room was outstanding. I am a huge fan of Hampton Inns and I would have to say top 5 experiences with hotel and staff. Great job! Would stay at any time. Let them welcome you to your temporary home. :)

Pretty large hotel, connected to the convention center and the rodeo arena. No attached restaurants or bars, and not particularly close to walk to any restaurants. However, the service was really nice, and the room was pretty nice. The rooms were a little dated, but nothing exorbitant. Overall was a nice stay.

It was a very nice Hotel. In a little bit of a sketchy neighborhood, but there was enough of a police presence that it feels safe enough. Hotel was clean and the rooms are nice at most Hampton Inns although I didn't go into a room. Front desk associate was very nice and helped me figure out how to get to a restaurant I was meeting friends at for dinner.

I was very pleased with the courtesy of staff and ease at late check-in, cleanliness of room and plentiful breakfast buffet. I definitely recommend and will stay again.

Hampton Inn & Suites so far has been a pleasant enough experience. It is located around many restaurants and stores which makes it convenient to get what I need. The rooms are small but clean and neat and I've had a pleasant experience with the staff.

Very nice hotel for a pet friendly hotel. Seems to be nice and clean so far. One of my AC units was a bit loud from the compressor going out maybe. Free internet (4 devices)

All the bathroom look really dirty!

My experience at this hotel was beyond disturbing. The "deluxe King suite with jacuzzi bathtub" that I requested was downright dirty, stain filled on carpets and walls, dent in the fridge, pillows were horribly deflated (old), and because I was beyond exhausted that night from driving (this was one of the hotels I stayed at during my cross country move) and I went straight to bed. The next morning when I went to take my much desired bath, I was mortified. Black hairs, soap scum ring around the tub, mold and rust stuff around the jets and mold and black whatever in corners. I was so grossed out I never got to take a shower or bath! I left feeling deeply violated and disgusted. Before I did though I brought this to the attention of the GM, Joshua and he could not have been more dismissive and nonchalant if he tried. He was clearly going through the motions. I explained that he has not been up in that room for months to have allowed a guest to stay in it. Of course, after I called corporate, his tune changed rather quickly. Funny how that works. Funny how one's "sincerity" can be so quickly projected when eyes are on an individual. The hotel ended up lying to corporate about a promise they made me to make amends (finally). I am beyond disgusted with this hotel and its back woods employees. SAVE YOUR TIME if you relish sleep and cleanliness. The GM has no idea how to run a hotel. It's a farce that he is trying to. Guess anyone can play dress up and pretend to have ethics.
