This place is a JOKE. If your not selling drugs, prostituting, or smoking weed then they jump all over you. The management is just foul mouthed and rude. They literally kicked us out two days before illegally. They refused to refund us. All because our 6 and 10 year old were kids and were walking loudly. First off why did you put a family on the second floor and secondly above the freaking office. Not once did I ever complain about the elephant running upstairs. I get it people have kids they run around whatever. Management was always snarky with me. We stayed here over a month and not only paid the crazy $451 a month but always paid at least 2 days early. The beds are full sized. They are like bricks. We told them due to medical issues etc we did not want the cleaning services. Management decided to "inspect" my room one day. They said the room was "not to code" and we needed to leave that day… what does that even mean!?!?!?!?! Then they locked us out of the room canceled our keys saying "well make your kids let you in" whattttttt?!?!?!?! I will by far be calling corporate in the morning this is the worst customer service I have ever in my life had.

Online it is listed for $69 a rate for a room. Couldn't get that rate so it was $79. No big deal. I looked my receipt and to stay for one night it was $99.99. The receipt says the daily rate is $79, but I had 2 hidden fees that made it $100, but the receipt doesn't show those fees, and she stumbled through and never actually told me what increased the price. Very poor customer service. I stayed here one night because my house caught on fire and I lost everything, and she gave me the impression that she didn't care.

Great location, but no ice machine or utensils are available. Wi-Fi is slow, and no room safe to keep your valuables.

For a "Suite" type room, only one of the 2 burners on the stove worked. No dishes, cups, glasses or plates, no coffee pot, iron or ironing board. No maid service, and you had to bring your towels down to change out. Will not stay at this location again. Plus will think twice about staying at any other WoodSpring Suites location.

If you don't book for a month your rate goes up. Ext. Stay… soes that mean no coffee maker, no soap, shampoo… NOTHING BUT 2 PLASTIC CUPS AND TOWELS IN ROOM nothing else. I am confused.

This place lets you have dogs the staff are really friendly the rooms are clean and nice you should come and stay!

The rate is is out ragious Rooms are to small but perfect for one person. No oven to back foods just have the electric burners Beds are entirely to small for couples. Maid service is every two weeks therefore u have to sleep in dirty sheets until they come or pay an extra 10.00 to get clean ones from the office, and lastly I seriously think some people were raised in a barn, every day all day long and most of the night people slam these doors like it doesn't bother no one else. If it were me I'd add the rubber trim around each door so that it's not so loud and shakes the walls. There are no stores or restaurants in walking distance, no gym, no pool, no sauna, no coffee pots in rooms, Wi-Fi truly ranks here unless you pay an extra 15.00 weekly for an upgrade, no breakfast, no bar, beds are hard as a rock, sheets don't fit well, and worst of all there is suspensions of one certain employee that works Friday mornings is helping herself to cash from our credit/debit cards. It has happen to us 4 times now we deposit $400.00 to $510.00 every Thursday and it is not used until Friday and basically it's used once a week because we feel that employee is taking more then she should. Morning to pay room which is 368.86 now tell me where the rest went. Not a happy customer.

Very soft the hotel. The rooms were clean and the hotel was very good in service.

The new general manager is rude. She talks down to people and treats people like garbage. I have never been treated this badly by any hotel or any business. I have stayed here many times in the past and have spent thousands of dollars on rooms, but the way I was treated on my last stay by the new general manager, I will never return or spend another dime.

Rooms are big enough for 2 people but can be occupied by 4 and the location is nice. Service is decent.

Was not very pleased frigerator did not work could not get any extra towels office was never open bids were not comfortable all in all you get what you pay for.

This place is in a secluded area no stores at walking distance you have to drive. The room were given was big enough if you're on a budget but the bathroom sink wouldn't drain and the smell was if sewage. Overall experience bad!

Room is clean, bed is hard as a rock, only two pillows no extra blankets. Parking lot a little creepy. Staff was excellent.

Best described as a flop house. Terrible beds, pillows so cheap you have to fold it in forths to have any function to it. Billed as a long stay efficiency, comes with NO kitchenware, plastic ware two burner stove. Noisey air conditioner no coffee pot/ ironing board, no money back! Total waste of time and money. Something I would do over is Look over the room first. I feel to they refuse. Go elsewhere. Terrible. If there were a negative grade it would be the highest grade.

It's okay. Good place to stay if you need temporary housing. The staff is really good and the location is great.

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the location of the hotel was really great no more than a few minutes from anything. I would definitely stay again.

Clean and safe hotel. Nice staff. Charles is very polite, professional and efficient! We enjoyed our stay very much!

Beware of this value place. There is a thief in house keeping that will go through your belongings and steal prescription medication. They only took half the pills thinking it would not be missed. Advised manager and she was not too concerned. I will be contacting the Value Place Corporate Office and letting them know about the theft and lackadaisical attitude towards the theft from the manager. No more Value Place stays for me. I will spend a little more money next time for an establishment that has integrity and is concerned with its customers.

Staff is very friendly and provide great customer service. Charles goes above and beyond to assist when needed. This is definitely one of the better extended stay hotels in the area. Only complaint would be that they charge for some amenities that are included at some other hotels, such as pots/pans & internet access.

I stayed a week in September. It was clean and quiet. I am staying a week before Christmas. I have also stayed at the Value Place near St Louis and the one in Columbus GA withValue Place with good results.

I do not feel one star is good when this business is all CUSTOMER SERVICE! I made reservations on line and the girl messed them up! She only booked one night! Got there to check and had to wait 20 or 30 minutes before the front desk employees came back in from a smoke break (all at the same time apparently). We could not fix the room reservation because they do not open the front until 9 or 10 AM and close at 4 PM on Saturday. My husband cannot stand for long periods of time and absolutely CANNOT walk stairs. They gave us a 2nd floor room by the elevator; however, Sunday AM when we were ready to check out, the elevator had a CLOSED sign on it and was locked. SO he had to go down the stairs (very painful) because of this AND GUESS WHAT… the front desk is CLOSED on Sunday so there is no place to turn your room key in. We had to slide the key under the window cover hoping they can figure out who it belongs to. If this is your choice, take EVERYTHING you need because the ONLY thing provided is 2 towels, 2 washcloths (no handtowel) and ONE roll of toilet tissue. I was not told this when I booked the room. I feel like we should not be charged for Saturday! (NO ELEVATOR FOR SOMEONE WHO IS DISABLED… REALLY! ) The room was clean! The staff was ok but CUSTOMER SERVICE is not a priority. This hotel may be ok for a long stay but I will never go here or to another again! I do not like to make a bad review but the things I wrote are absolutely IMPORTANT!
