Scammers. The management will scam u out of the every penny they can. Do not stay here. They will charge you a smoking charge when you did not smoke and then argue that they don’t have to show you proof because they “smelled” cigarettes when you don’t even smoke cigarettes. Save yourself the time and money and avoid the problems.

Not clean, bad service, unhelpful manager. Will not visit again.

The place was amazing and staff was very friendly! Place is kid friendly. Breakfast was amazing had a lot of options. The only thing that we had trouble with is there wasn’t a lot of room to sit together to eat. We had 3 adults and 2 kids due to the fact that there were a lot of other guests that were already there. I do recommend that you get there early to find a seat, but they do have a space outside where you can eat so that was great! On future trips back to Dallas we will definitely stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Staff nice, rooms ok, pool very small but clean, bad side very noisy kids running up and down the hall and over head. Trash truck right outside our room at 6 am.

One of the best, cleanest hotels that I have stayed in. We got the suite, a 1 king with a pull out couch. Two flat screen tv’s. Pool was well taken care of. Definitely a five ⭐️ stay. Would definitely recommend.

Husband surprised me with a trip to Dallas for the holiday weekend. Had a different hotel booked and there was an issue with that hotel and ended up looking online for a different hotel… came across this one and read some reviews and with the price you couldn’t beat it. Got there let us check in early, very friendly staff, and James one of their shuttle drivers was friendly and very accommodating! Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping room tidy. The bed was super comfy, and most of all clean. The only issues we had was the room door had to be pushed with your foot at bottom to close and the shower head was definitely for the more vertically challenged, husband is 6’2” and he had to bend down slightly. But would definitely recommend this hotel and if we ever come back to Dallas, we will be staying here again!

I enjoyed my stay I really stayed in here because I like the area and wanted to check out the free breakfast it was alright kinda. The room was good it looks newly remodeled but it's not a new building. Parking is free. They have water infused with fruit in the lobby. Would stay again but I'm partial because I need to be in this part of town.

Great location from the client's office. Quiet and safe area. The rooms were really clean and the amenities we're just right. All the staff was very friendly.

Checking in was easy. The front desk clerks were friendly and made sure that we were ok with having to climb stairs to get to our room because the elevator was out. Check out was easy and the clerk was very nice. The room was clean and cool. And was in such close proximity to the venue I was going to, which was the Toyota Music Factory. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is large and in a nice location. The rooms were clean and modern. The staff was friendly upon check in. The only reason this review is not five stars is because we reserved a room type according to our needs and upon entering the room we realized it was not what we originally reserved online. We were not notified prior to arrival or during the check in process. We called the front desk, but they could/would not change our accommodations and stated that rooms are not guaranteed. We would have stayed in a nearby location had we known ahead of time.

Really clean, friendly staff, super comfortable beds, not many options for breakfast and the Wi-Fi was always really spotty but over all it was good!

La Quinta Inn was very clean and surprisingly quiet. The on-site restaurant and complimentary breakfast were very convenient, too. The staff were exceptional. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

The stay is ok for the price they charge. My phone had an issue that never got fixed in 2 days. The breakfast is edible. The free Wi-Fi worked very well.

During all my stay in this hotel everything was excellent, the attention of the staff is very good, the rooms clean and very good, the beds are very comfortable, the breakfasts if they are passable, the people of reception are very attentive.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The rooms are very clean the staff are amazing the breakfast was good. I would definitely stay her again and even recommend them to others. Thank y’all.

Excellent service, very friendly and quiet both the area and the hotel.

Our stay at the hotel started off bad from the beginning. We booked a 2 queen bed suite which was given to another person and were given a 2 double bed room. The room was small and the beds were very unfortunate comfortable. There was a dog across the hall that would bark off and on all night. At 6 am they did not even have coffee ready down stairs. The only reason for the 2nd star is that the room was at least clean. We were not happy with our stay.

I will give full marks to this hotel. I stayed there for 3 weeks on Nov 2017. Rooms were nice, spacious, good house keeping, friendly staff and more over felt safe there. Keep it up.

Rooms and service was excellent. Dog friendly, but could find good place a to do his business/ no poop station. Breakfast was decent, could use some work on the eggs.

The rooms were clean, maintained. I don't have to comment on the up keeping as they are pretty much established Inns. Location is about 15 minutes away from the nearest international airport. It is easily noticed from the road and not directly off the highway, so the highway noise while sleeping is not the issue. The hotel is huge and don't expect any view from it. I do have to comment on the breakfast though, The selection is poor and they serve same breakfast everyday, I have been there 3 times, and have been greeted with same breakfast. The breakfast time is from 6-9 and up to 10in Sundays, which is a bummer for lazy folks like myself. Checkin and checkout process is easy. Its a pleasant stay, proportional to what you pay.

I was expecting more because of the reviews I read on both Google and Travelocity. I was a bit disappointed though! The night before our stay there was a massive rain storm. I don't know if that caused issues… The halls and rooms smelled funky. The elevator was broken so everyone was put on the first floor. The front desk clerks and cleaners were very kind. Breakfast was great. We specifically looked for a hotel with continental breakfast so we could eat quickly and make it out for our flight the next morning. It was a great fit for that need.

Located in a nice area. Clean and quite hotel. Check out was at 12 pm. New and nice rooms. Decent breakfast until 9 am. Friendly staff. Good prices.

I booked FOUR nights here in advance. At check-in I asked if I could use points for a night, the *FRONT DESK* canceled one night and gave me a 1-800 number. I called and was told I COULD NOT use points but they happily put my 4th night of the reservation back on AT A HIGHER RATE. Their lovely manager Bailey decided that it was my fault for "extending my stay" at check-in (never mind the fact that the hotel canceled my pre-booked last night knowing they had no additional rooms because it was a "black out" date) and so therefore Bailey claimed there were no overcharges. This was the response, "I did go over your reservation and did not see any over chargers again the change in price could be because our rates fluctuate based on occupancy. So when you made the reservation for the initial nights the room rate would have been different than when you checked in and wanted to extend the reservation. " Except I booked four nights, and stayed four nights. There was NO extension. IT WAS LIKE PULLING TEETH for someone named Reena to apologize for the overcharge and say she would finally do something about it. I am cross-posting this review on multiple sites. I am infuriated. Hey Bailey… how about, instead of blaming your customers for your mistakes you LISTEN to the customer instead. This hotel is unbelievable. Their doorknob fell off and hit my 3 year old in the head, the regular door had to be slammed to be shut, the beds were old and uncomfortable.

Hotel looks brand new. Completely updated. Had an excellent stay.

Clean and comfortable. There is a celling fan in the room which is a huge plus! Made up for the ac that was pretty loud.

This hotel charged me for a night that I didn't stay there although the representative at the registration desk assured me that it was okay and I wouldn’t be charged for the reservation made in error. I made the decision to stay at the hotel on the correct date because the front desk told me I wouldn’t be charged for the reservation made on the wrong date. If I had known I was going to be charged for both dates, I would not have stayed at the hotel. While I understand reservations should be cancelled in a timely manner, occasionally mishaps do happen and I do feel the hotel should stand behind what I was told. In the past, I’ve stayed at La Quinta’s regularly because of the pet policy, but based on this experience, I will look at other options in the future.

This was my first stay here and I was able to find the hotel with no issues. The rooms were clean and the staff were kind and helpful.

My family if 5 fit very comfortably in the 2 queen and sofa bed suite. Room looked and smelled clean. My little kids loved the Texas shaped waffles and my husband and 16 yr old loved the bagels with bacon and sausage. Saved us at least $75 for breakfast for 2 days. We arrived early and luckily we were able to get an early check-in. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of the 2 guest we found. My husband killed 2 spiders. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.

Young lady at the desk was a delight and helpful. They honored my online booking amount. Offered fun to go packs for my 2 children. Breakfast was awesome! Had something everyone wanted to eat! Nice snack shop available. Fruit water available in lobby and beds were comfortable! Rooms and towels all very clean 5 star for me and pricing reasonable.

Google asked me to do this, I was not a guest. Literally dropped off someone, then left. Seemed decent. The guests I dropped off had only one compliant. Strangely small rooms.

I traveled to Irving for business and stayed at La Quinta. The hotel was well kept however no body lotion was provided in the room. The free happy hour is great after a day of work. The complimentary breakfast is one of the best that I've had though, totally worth it!

Truly a superb experience for what we paid! The staff were very professional and curteous. Everything was spotlessly clean, the furnishings were all very modern and of high quality, the air conditioning effective, and the shower was spacious and hot! I'm a light sleeper, but had no issues with thin walls and potentially noisy neighbors. Thoroughly satisfied with this hotel, I would highly recommend it.

Good location and quiet. Walls are a little thin but the beds and carpet were new and nice. Make sure to up your do not disturb because I got a housekeeping check at 8:00 Am on Saturday morning. Overall great stay and I'll definitely stay again.

Great staff, beer/wine/snacks happy hour Mon-Wed, complimentary breakfast and decent rooms. There was a tiny bit of mildew in the shower, but overall the room was very clean and tidy.

Staff is great. Breakfast not bad at all. The walls are thin, however, so be sure you have good neighbors or you'll need to change rooms. They're also having trouble with old, noisy A/C units, but they are changing them out.

Internet is off, air hasn't worked in 4 rooms, and room reserved a month before was "booked" so I got a $5 discount. Waited 1 hour for maintainence crew just to move rooms. Breakfast was the only good thing.

Staying here for work for 4 days. Internet is off and on. Speeds are slow for the area, but acceptable. Today the TV in the breakfast room was on ESPN playing a basketball game. I went back to the room so I could watch morning weather etc. Breakfast is really small for a "hot breakfast" No English muffins, no little doughnuts. Just basic stuff. The rooms are fine, bed is fine. The television channels make no sense at all. I don't even know how to explain them. "digital" channels, (100.1, 100.2, 100.3, 204.8 ect. ) I can't figure out what channel is what, or where. The shortcuts the motel has taken to save money make the place seem lower class.

Wi-Fi is trash. Stayed here 3 weeks for work. Company paid but still pissed me off. Just very low budget compared to everything in a 1 mile radius.

We stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay there. The continental breakfast in the morning was amazing. Everything about the room was relaxing and comforting. My family would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at this place. Excellent room service, nice breakfast and great amenities.
