Stay was great but the breakfast was awful. Coffee was cold along with the gravy and along with that the eggs also. The woman said the coffee cups haven’t “arrived” yet so I used a small water cup, and anything you wanted you’d have to ask the girl because noting was out on the table. Probably will be staying at a more reliable place next time.

We travel a lot. This is higher quality is what I have come to expect from a La Quinta. Clean, comfortable, quiet and no maintenance issues. We actually transferred from another hotel. La Quinta is my go-to, but because it was Mem Day W/E the online reservations said there were no more rooms… so we didn't book this the first time. We arrived Saturday morning and Elysabeth was awesome! She had us checked in and my rewards points applied in seconds… ok a minute or two. Clean room, fresh smelling, crisp sheets and the TV worked the first time. Breakfast was the hot buffet type with scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal and fresh fruit. There was also a wedding party here at the time — which made for great conversations at breakfast. Ok… now because I am completely transparent in my reviews… here's the bad. The pool area wasn't the cleanest. I found a rusty screw sticking up out of the cement seams and there were leaves and bugs floating in the pool. The pool care-taker was off for the holiday weekend, but the hotel manager was quick to call the on call maintenance guy to come fix the pool skimmer system. Hope this helps you out.

Friendly staff, fresh chocolate chip cookie upon arrival, cereal and juice available 24/7, and hot breakfast options. Clean and comfortable room.

For the last few years, we've bunked here every May for an annual event in town. Walls are paper-thin and the pillows are of the "bunch up into a ball" type. I eventually fell asleep in the early hours of the morning to the snoring of the guy next door mixed with the sounds of laughter and doors slamming up & down the hallway. We checked out a day early to get back home, so I can't say if the breakfast buffet is worth it. From what I remember seeing on the way out, it's standard fare (cereal, milk, juice, toast, etc. ). I can attest to the coffee being weak, so there's that. Best to wake up a little earlier and find a cafe in town or drive into Fort Worth if you're really hungry!

Very clean, best thing was it's animal friendly! I didn't have a pet with me… but loved on those that were there.

I can’t give a better review. I initially booked a room here at La Quinta a couple of weeks ago. I was so impressed I have followed that initial booking with 2 additional stays. So pleased. Staff is great. Rooms are great. Breakfast is great. Have I mentioned they are pretty great?

Hot tub broken. Handles falling off of drawers on rooms. Windows look right into other people rooms.

Nice and updated rooms. Some of the furniture could use replacing, but all in all nice rooms.

The staff at this hotel is just amazing! My boyfriend stayed here a little over a year ago while he was working in Granbury. During his stay he became friends with the staff. We decided make the 9 hour drive to Granbury and stayed at this hotel. To my surprise everyone remembered him! During our stay my boyfriend mentioned to the staff that it was my birthday. They went out of there way to buy a happy birthday banner, a birthday card, and they sang happy birthday to me! The work ethic they have to go above and beyond for there customers is just amazing! I look forward to staying here again. Thank you so much to the staff at the La Quinta for a wonderful weekend.

Our room smelled like someone had been sick in it, and before we left we both had the worst case of flu we have ever had. Half of my laundry was stolen out of the dryer and some other clothing items mysteriously disappeared from our room. We we're also told that this is a franchise and they don't upgrade Elite Rewards members. The desk clerk smokes constabtly right outside the front entrance of this non-smoking motel. Overall, a terrible experience.

Nice room, great staff. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was fresh with plenty of options to choose from.

This place was such a wonderful surprise. They were so helpful to my mother-in-law. Rooms were great and the breakfast was very nice. The vending area is priced just to cover the cost (50 cents for a soda).

The rooms were well kept and housekeeping did a very good job. The service from the front desk was excellent during the day, the night receptionist was slightly rude and did not stay available behind the counter.

Super clean and amazingly helpful. They were fully booked but called us back when there was a cancellation. They also matched pricing with a nearby Holiday Inn. Great breakfast, too.

Great service, very decent buffet breakfast, comfortable & peaceful rooms. Nicely provided devices to recharge cell phone, etc… Flat screen TV, refrig. & microwave. Very accommodating staff. Thank you.

All around great choice. Staff was very nice. Rosa who gets breakfast going is the best… She works! Makes sure you are taken care of. Several breakfast items… and different choices everyday. Clean hotel. Good location.

We stayed 3 nights. First night we got here our clean room still had beer bottles in trash can and a huge I hope "hair ball" by the desk. Sheets were looking like maybe they re-made bed from night before but hard to say. Our floor was dirty when we walked. It would leave black on the bottom of our feet. We stayed in room 310. Breakfast wasnt bad and they have a pool. I had a state discount so its hard to beat $69 a night. After first night it was much better though. Seemed like when we told staff then they took care of things. Nice staff and kept hotel clean.

Was scouting out a place suitable for a family reunion. Walked in a 2 of the ladies from housekeeping were watching TV in the main lobby, no one working the desk and they didn't offer to get someone. Wandered around the meeting room, looked at the pool area & the breakfast area, still no one ever offered to help me. Some guy came to the front and was talking to the 2 ladies but never asked me if I needed help. We left. Not having a reunion there. Was willing to give the place a chance despite the bad reviews we were already aware of but nope, past reviews were spot on!

Heads up to those traveling without pets! This place seemed more like a La Kennel than a La Quinta. We didn't realize that pet owners could leave pets unsupervised in their rooms barking day and night. The general manager told us that "the dogs are welcomed here as if they were at home! " Hey, I suggest someone in management wake up — at home the neighbors typically aren't paying to stay in the next room. Based on the GM's comments, attitude and actions, La Quinta seems more concerned about boarding dogs than their traveling customers. Five stars for pet booking — zero stars (I had to give one to post this) for those of us who expect a quiet, clean unblemished room with good beds to stay in. P. S. Something had damaged the inside of the bathroom door and torn the base molding from the wall and one of our beds. Perhaps an unhappy boarded pet? We did get a 10% discount. We will be back in the future… when we need our pets boarded!

Clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast was hot and very good. All of the staff is very friendly and makes sudue to say "hello".

La Quinta inn was very excellent. Amazing rooms with excellent layouts. I have no negative for this inn.

I stay here every time in Granbury Great location near everything the staff members are very helpful and the rooms are excellent.

When I first checked in, I was not the easiest person to deal with. It was really early and I had been in a car with a fussy toddler and puppy. The young man at the counter was beyond patient, never once losing his cool. The ladies with him, also were helpful and patient. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Everything was in working order, and the staff (EVERYONE from the front desk to the housekeepers to the breakfast staff) was amazing. If you're in Granbury, I would highly recommend staying here! I will definitely be back!

Wonderful! Every staff member I encountered during my stay at La Quinta Inn and Suites Granbury, TX Hotel greeted me and left me with a feeling that they truly wanted me to enjoy my stay at their hotel. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and the breakfast was excellent. We will be staying here again. The location is great for many near-by stores. We did not hear any noise from outside or inside. The breakfast was the best 'breakfast included' we've ever had. The breakfast area was constantly being looked-after and was exceptionally clean. All in all a great experience and we would stay there again.

I travel Texas every week, at least 4 nights. I usually stay in Best Western Plus or Executive, Hampton Inn, or some LaQuinta properties (usually only if they are new). This one is not bad for the price. If you do not want an internet connection. I reserved and checked into what I was told was a "King Suite, " only to find a normal sized room with a 46 inch (non-high definition) TV, dated bedding, and some cheap furniture crowded into the regular sized single room. I did not really have a problem with that, other than the price on Kayak sight was different than what I was asked to pay when I checked in. However, the value was to be expected in this location of rural Texas. My real problem is that I am not on vacation here, I am in town on BUSINESS. Before you rent a room here, ask yourself, "do I need internet? " The loggin info is provided on the card they give you at check-in. Be sue and keep that handy. You will need it every 1-3 minutes as you attempt to work. The router evidently kicks you off so frequently that you can read an email and before you respond, you have to shut down, log back in and hope that you can continue a train of thought. I addressed the issue several times with the General Manager, and staff. They eventually told me that there is nothing they can do. I will stay at the Comfort Suites across the road next week since I have to be here again on Monday. It's a shame that $370 for 4 nights doesn't buy internet.

Clean rooms, comfy bed, front desk is very helpful, breakfast is good — couldn't ask for more.

Avoid this Hotels please. If you are under the influence of it being a La quinta Hotel guess what this is a La Quinta Motel. Hallways stunk like a skunk or some dead animal. Room were ok not up to La Quinta standards. Anyways hopefully this review will help you avoid going through the same thing I did with it.

Complete lack of concern for their customers. Once they get your signature, you cease to matter, and they do everything but come right out and say that. Very thin walls.
