We booked one night and when we got there the kids wanted to stay an extra day. I called down stairs and talked to Adrianna and told her we would like to extend at which point she said it wouldn’t be a problem. I then asked her how much the room would be and she stated the price would be the same. The following day we left to enjoy Fort Worth. Around 1:30 we received a call because are stuff was still in the room. I told the lady that called that we extended she said they have no record of it. We went back to the hotel at which time she told me they could rebook and it would be 180 for the night. I told her we were already told our rate wouldn’t change and she called her manager who stated they couldn’t do anything to help us. We checked out and went to another hotel that was next door that was cheaper and much nicer. While we were waiting to get in the elevator another person who over heard what happened to us approached us in the hallway and told us he just got his room for 89.00. It is sad what happened to us and the lack of customer service for our first visit to this hotel.

Not happy about this place not opening their pool for the Memorial Day weekend. Holiday inn right next to them and every other hotel has their pool open. So our weekend has been disappointing.

Stayed one night… really hot outside but did not have pool open. The hotel had a foul odor. Only a full size bed and small tv. Would never stay there again.

Great service, great staff, clean room, will be staying again on my next trip to "Funkytown".

Huge rooms, quick in and out for me.

My family stayed at this property 3/27/18, and were getting ready for bed when my husband noticed a bug on the pillow. A quick Google search confirmed our fears: bed bug. The front desk agent said she could not transfer our reservation to another extended stay, only let us switch rooms, of which there was only one available with two beds. Upon inspection of that room, on a different floor, we found it had bed bugs too. Caught one to show the front desk clerk and took video, but she declined to look at either. We asked that the manager be called since she was unable or not allowed to transfer reservations and were informed that she was only allowed to call the manager if it was an emergency and the police were called. Insisted she had done all she could and we simply weren't "happy" with the solution she gave us… but it wasn't a solution since moving rooms became impossible. We left and returned in the morning to speak with the manager, who informed us she had already been notified of our situation, but that they did not have a problem with bed bugs at that location. She also refused to watch the video or look at the bug we had for evidence. Said she wouldn't be able to comp our room or extend another nights stay, which was fine since away that point were were certainly not interested in staying at that property. She then reiterated they did not have bedbugs, and said "I'm going to nicely ask you to leave", went into the back office and declined to speak to us.

It is located behind Target, near a Chase, IHOP and other restaurants that are a 5 minute walk away. Checkout is always at 11 am. Breakfast consists of coffee, hot water for tea and instant oatmeal, granola bars, and muffins… breakfast ends at 9:30 am. They have a small gym with the basics and a TV. There is a laundry to wash and dry your clothes for 2.50 each, quarters only. In the laundry room, there are the vending machines for sodas, ice cream, and snacks. All rooms have a kitchen, fridge, study desk, dinning table and a flat screen TV. You can request for cooking utensils, plates and plates, that must be returned. Also, if you are in need of more towels or toilet paper, you can request it in the front desk. For towels, you must bring down you used towels and do an exchange (obviously bring the towels in a bag, you can request for one in the front desk as well). The front desk is always friendly, so don't be afraid to go to them if you need anything.

Horribly service. They never cleaned our room, we had to do EVERYTHING ourselves. Inly 1 roll of TP a weak for 4 people! We had to wash our own towels & bedding! They never had breakfast even though the signs claimed they had it! We were over charged for our room that we were left to take care of ourselves. The office workers all sat & gossiped about everyone that would come & go from that place. The allowed marihuana to be smoked in the rooms they only said something if people complained. The place outside our room (because we kept our room spotless) the outside of our room including the hallways, elevator was never vacuumed or wiped down. They never had TP or any supplies even though a truck came weekly. The matinance said the staff would take the TP, cleaning supplies, granola, coffee pods & dish soap home with them! I sent all the video proof to their Corporate Office! Its not worth staying. They over charge you after you pay each week. They are criminals there!

Everything was amazing. Only gripe would be the bed spread. Other than that perfect over night stay.

The Manager is great very respectful very nice her reflection to the customers is awesome not to mention her front desk staff is always very nice respectful fun people. They all make you feel right at home. Great leader her cleaning staff robin and Mindy do wonderful work. Couldn't ask for better people. I think all of the staff are great.

Nice place. Have stayed here alot. But I have to give it 2 stars because its full of stoners hot boxing the whole place. REEKS of pot. Every hall. And no one cares. People are smoking up the rooms and nothing has been done. So 2 stars.

It's a decent little spot. Never had any real issues.

Worst experience ever! Wasn't notified of pet environment. Human & pet hair in sheets, unclean. I had to change sheets myself and still tossed/turned all night. Woke up to dogs in hall, lobby/ brkfst area! Really, I'm like "what"… Everyone's not a pet person & pet allergies are real!

Excellent experience very friendly and attentive staff I wish there were more mid range hotels as well managed as this one.

I stayed at this hotel on Saturday September 2ND and by Sunday evening I had red insect bites start to itch on my legs, I contacted the hotel and spoke to the assistant general manager who let me know conviently that the pest control person was there and within 5 minutes there was nothing wrong with the room. That is very disappointing that the uncaring way that situation was handled. I will never stay at another extended stay. Its dirty and has bed bugs! Do not stay here!

Horribly awful place to stay. If you want extremely lazy maids, rude staff and unclean environment this is the place for you. I read a ton of comments and still elected to stay here due to location and o man I wish I could have gone another way. I had personal things stolen from my room took the issue to staff and they didn't care just said we are not supposed to touch personal items. Ummm but you can steal them? A 200 dollar pair of boots, gone! Don't get me started on the shere amount of trash and cigarette butts the staff simply refuse to bend over and pick up. They advertise a breakfast, nope granola bars and oatmeal. I asked where was the fresh fruit that was pictured and the rude lady just laughed. She laughed! No breakfast here folks. I will never stay at another Extended Stay America and will make sure I tell as many people I can to do the same.

BED BUGS GALORE** Do not stay there! It's gross and unclean. I had bed bugs in my room and when asked to receive comp days they wouldn't. I even had pictures of the bugs. The cleaning people don't actually clean so expects to see bodily fluid, stains, and hair. A lot of the appliances don't work d they don't have a mechanic to fix it. I promise, it's not worth it. Just go another place.

I always enjoy Extended Stay America hotels. They've got a basic system down pat with clean rooms and convenient features. The room is very spacious with a full kitchen. Be aware that breakfast is actually not really a breakfast. Just some granola bars to snag as you head out, so if you want something more substantial, plan accordingly.

Newly renovated rooms, friendly staf, good value for money. Wi-Fi is really slow.

We lived here for 6 months; while our house was being built. Great staff; from front desk to cleaning personnel. Just ask & if it can be done; it will. Dog friendly, too! Yes, it's a hotel, so lots of different types of people stay here. Washers could be replaced. However it's great to have a laundry room there. I always used bleach wipes to clean the washer & dryer before I did our clothes. Also to clean the table. Excellent location for shopping, Downtown Fort Worth, cleaners, car wash, Restaurants, Specs, Mall, Drs. Studio apts were roomy & remodeled, too. Will stay again.

The place was very nice, however it smelled like a sweat cigar when you first walked into the room. I'd definitely stay there again.

The staff here was amazing! Dusitn, Bobby, Porscha, and Jeff really made my stay. The room was clean and loved that the kitchen had an oven! I will be back here in June!

You can hear everything and won't rest. Positives: The room was clean. The area was accessible and near main roads, the highway, and shops. The service staff was friendly. Negatives: The walls and floors are paper thin and we could hear everything that was going on. Someone above us kept us up past midnight and woke us up at 5 am until we moved to another room. In the second room, the neighbor next to us threw a party that lasted until 1 am. They were talking loud, yelling, hollering, banging on doors and slamming doors. We called the front desk 3 times to ask them to do something about it. Of the seven nights we stayed there, we only got 1 decent rest. Plus, there was a piece of trash left in the hallway that was never picked up.
