Nice, clean, many amenities. You can cook or eat at the 3 restaurants acrosd the parking lot.

We stayed one night, it was very nice and relaxing. Beds super soft, room was very clean. Staff was very nice and did a lot to make our stay enjoyable. We will stay again. Night clerk was very nice!

Location was perfect for working at Lockheed Martin. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Solid internet.

Cops showed up not for me, but because I was with someone they wanted I have been banned from there for no reason. I did nothing wrong & they told me not to step on the premises for a year or ill get arrested. I cooperated with the cops & hotel & I don't understand what I did to deserve that.

If you have questions good luck on finding someone up front. Although the place is highly organized and clean.

Always stay here when we are in Ft Worth clean comfortable friendly staff.

Nice place, a more updated Candlewood lobby. Always amazed when I pull up to a Candlewood and it has automatic sliding doors, LOL.

Good service clean rooms nice staff really enjoyed my stay would definetly go back. Noticed they get busy so plan a trip in advance. Close to carswell nas, also in real handy location as far as gas and food are concerned. Quiet slept well every night have the kitchenette in the room real handy for long stays and those that like to save a little by eating in. Fullsize fridge nice microwave even a dishwasher and stove. Hard to beat for the price. In my world it was a 5 star really but I know probably there are real nice hotels out there I'll never see :\

Really nice rooms that have been recently remodeled. I just wish they had a USB outlet.

I often book lodging for new employees joining our organization. This was my first and last experience with this location. Our new employee arrived around 10:00pm to be turned away by Stacie because he did not have a credit card for incidentals. I contacted the hotel directly and explained to Stacie that I would gladly arrive early morning to provide them with any additional information needed. I even offered to provide them with the information over the phone. Stacie was extremely insensitive to the situation and turned our employee away. I understand every hotel has different policies, but turning someone away, unfamiliar with the city and so late at night is just a poor service decision. I cancelled his prepaid reservation and made a reservation for him with a hotel that has a good understanding of customer service. There are too many choicess in Fort Worth to support such a poor hotel chain. I do not recommend this hotel chain.

Suites are very spacious and full of amenities. Extended stay, so housekeeping is weekly. They don't serve breakfast, which is something to keep in mind.

Staff was incredibly rude. Parking lot is filthy. Our room was never cleaned during our stay. When I asked for fresh towels, the receptionist snapped at me and said I needed to bring my dirty towels down in order to receive fresh ones. No pool. Not hot tub. No breakfast.

Nice comfortable hotel. Nice kitchenette. What they don't have stocked you can borrow downstairs. They have a small convenience store. The staff is friendly and efficient. The location is covenient.

As I have said before, the staff at this particular hotel"Alisha, Angel, Cindy, Stacey" and the Manager Tony ALWAYS GO ABOVE AND BEYOND, to make my stays GREAT, in all my years of traveling"25 years to be exact" this is the BEST hotel I have stayed at. I would like to recognize them all the rooms are immaculate, the staff as friendly as you will get, if I had to rate it from 1 to 10 they would get a 12, please keep up the amazing work and COPERATE should definatley give this hotel and there staff the RECOGNITION they deserve, I would and I do RECOMMEND this hotel to my friends, family and colleagues, my hat is off to you all at the front desk the cleaning crew and the Manager Tony, Thank you for another great stay, a EXTREMLEY SATISFIES CUSTOMER.

The location is great for passing through because it is right off the expressway. The facilities were nice and there was grass for pets. The room was spacious, but I found a roach leg in-between the sheets when I folded down there sheets.

This hotel was rated as a 3.5 star, which is why it was chosen by my family. At best this hotel is a 2 star. That was noticed immediately. Very very plain with no real amenities: We checked in late at night we ordered two rooms for 5 people, we checked in and found one double bed in a large room. We went to the front desk to request a room that would comfortably accommodate us, we were told they did have rooms available with two queens or 1 king but those are more expensive. We travel extensively, I have never been to a hotel that chooses 1 double bed as their standard room. We paid the up charge of 25.00 more per night and we were redirected to a room that reeked of stale cigarette smoke. Not impressed with this over priced hotel whose focus does not appear to be their customer return rate. Absolutely horrible customer service with a nickel and dime mentality. Stay at the Staybridge Suites across the street… I know we will! .

Great room and great service. They moved us to a two queen room which really helped. Free laundry and some items from the cupboard would be awesome (though we didn't use them during our stay. ) Very good beds.

A++, amazing staff. Amazing rooms, love the fact that I was able to do laundry at no cost. The beds absolutely comfortable. Definitely would recommend and would stay here again.

Friendly staff, spacious, comfortable and nice rooms. They have refrigerator, stove and microwave oven.

Really good for the price. Good location, easy access to freeway. We knew going into it that there was no continental breakfast (complimentary fruit, coffee, and instant oatmeal), but it would've been nice to at least have good coffee. Made good use of the kitchen in the room though.

1at off this hotel is not a luxury suite hotel there is no pool in this hotel when we got into the Room it was so unbelievably hot and miserable and since this place has some Eco friendly swamp cooler it only kicks on and stays on when somebody is moving if there is no movement after 15 minutes it just shuts off so when your sleeping it just turns off and get hot in the room. The ice machine in the fridge does not work their Response to that was go get ice at the front desk the front desks response to that was will you can go get ice at the gas station or a sonic at 11 o'clock pm at night in a wheelchair. Shower leaks into the hotel laundry Room when you shower so they've asked us to make sure we keep towels down and this is a handicapped accessible Room because I'm in a wheelchair it's a roll in shower so there's 2 Drains in the floor. Here there is a Eco friendly water heater outside of our Room that has a constant Beep and it beeps to let you know when it's on if the beeping stops it's not working so there has been a constant beep the entire time I talk to the front desk They told me there is nothing they can do about it so they suggested to play the radio to try to drown out the beep I usually asleep with the TVs on and you can still hear the f****** beep. I booked this place to expedient in Expedia's response was there's nothing we can do about it sorry I will not be staying here again and I will probably definitely not use expedience.

We stayed in the suite. The room was beautiful. It had a separate bedroom, kitchenette, large bathroom and modern furnishings. We were very comfortable and it felt like home. My only issue was the parking. We had to park in the grass because there were no spots left.

Very nice place. Exceptional rooms and amenities. Excellent service and friendly staff. Pleasant and quiet atmosphere. We will surely stay here again.

Basic suites with big fridge, micro, range, etc. Very bad internet though, kept dropping signal. No food, just some junk in a pantry area. Staff was friendly. Tremendous water pressure in shower though, almost knocks you over!

Clean rooms hallways and parking lot. Comfortable stay and also very well lit areas at nights. Loved every minute there. I didn't want to leave.

I booked a room with two queen beds. The room was well sized, and had a full refrigerator, kitchen sink, and microwave. The air conditioning worked well. Most importantly, everything looked and felt nice and clean. Checking in was a breeze and the staff was very helpful. Notes: No Continental breakfast. Fitness center and pool. Nice area to walk a dog outside. Really slow elevator.

As always a great place to stay. They are nice and welcoming. I'll be back.

Very clean. Price was low. Quiet. I love that they will let you check out movies at no additional cost. The kitchen was wonderful, equipped with a dishwasher, stove range, and full size refrigerator. The bed was also very comfortable. Housekeeping only services rooms for people who stay a week or more though.

I'm so thankful all Candelwood's have recliners cause that's the only way I can sleep! So thank you for that! On the flip side, I just stayed there for 3 nights & I loved it. I would only they need to improve on two things. 1. Need much softer bath towels 2. Need better food in breakfast grab bags. I'm glad I brought my own breakfast food because their prepackaged pastry, granola bar, banana & bottle of water just didn't do it for me! Other than these two things, it's a great place to stay & I got a great price thru my State Farm Bureau insurance membership through Travelocity! When you consider the price I got it for, I don't mind bringing my own breakfast food! Thanks for a great stay! I'll be back!

By far probably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The rooms are set up like a studio apartment and have everything! Even the bathrooms are nice which is a rarity nowadays. But what really suprised me, they give you popcorn bags by the microwave and have free laundry services! Will definitely be looking for candlewood suites on future trips! The only thing they don't have is a indoor pool and that would have made this place heaven!

Candlewood Suites Ft. Worth/West is conveniently located next to I-820. Ample parking that was well lit. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and modern. But there are a few items that significantly affected our opinion: 1. The mattress — Our mattress was awful. It was obviously well worn. It was squeaky and sunken. I could not get a good night's sleep with the back pain it caused. 2. The thermostat is energy saving. It only runs when it detects motion. It did not run while sleeping. Again, bad sleep. 3. Internet was 10up/2down. Not great but free. The annoyance was having a session limited to what seemed like 1-2 hours. 4. Kitchen — only 2 of everything so you're constantly doing dishes. If the mattress was in better shape I would have rated 4/5. It's possible our room's mattress was anomaly.

Candlewood charged additional $75 dollar charge to my credit card-that was not approved : (

My wife and I stayed at this location for nearly 4 months and were blown away by the excellent service we received. Ruth helped us lock in a great rate on our room. The hotel and rooms were very clean and maintained nicely. The complimentary "Grab and Go Breakfast" was great, especially for people like me on the go. The staff was always attentive to our needs and made our stay at the Candlewood a comfortable one. I would recommend this place to anyone who's looking to stay for a short or long period of time.

Nothing is liked did not clean the room! Charged me 750.00 dollars to clean my room after I left. Charged to my credit card. Said I smoked in the room! Which is didn't,. They found some cig buts in a cup in the room that I put in a cup that I had in my coat pocket! That ichose to dispose of in that manner, instead of throwing them on the ground outside! So they assumed I smoke them in the room. I didn't find out they had charged me until latesr icheck my credit card. I call and questioned the charges, to findicate there was no way to get money returned! I learned a valuable lesson, when you check out have someone okay your room, and release any pending charges they can apply to your card! And never ever stay at this hotel, stay at the hampton or Holliday inn!

Not really a standard hotel, more like an Apart Hotel, with rooms that are only made up once a week, what happens if you stay only a couple of days, they make the room up anyway, thats a good thing. No roaches spotted, Grab and go breakfast is mostly sugar based snacks, breakfast bars and muffins. Nice people looking after the place, Heavy truck passing by the hotel set off the alarm on the car several times, had to move it to the other side of the hotel, near a naval air base and athletics track, expect joggers and attack jets… enjoy. Overall nice place to be :-)

My wife and I actually live in Fort Worth but we're having issues with our rent house, so we chose here. And we were very pleased! Friendly people, solid rooms, and a great location. I would absolutely recommend it.

Bastente simpatico. You have only free laundry aervicio bring your detergent. And you have gym. High prices in the cafeteria. It has close a wallmart x if they walk. And yes they drive 45 minutes from grapevine mills edta. And 15 of the hulen mall.
