Jennifer at this hotel is rude and disrespectful. The hotel has a non refundable policy. However, it is extremely unclear on the purchasing side. I have a photo of my reservation. All it says is that it’s a 100% deposit at the time of the purchase. My deposit was supposed to be withdrawn on Dec. 6. It never was. Now I need to change my reservation because Ft. Worth is closed because of an ice storm of which they are receiving more ice today. Not to mention Oklahoma has ice also, so we’d be taking a risk just to get there to sit in our hotel because nothing is open. To move my dates this hotel wants to charge me for my original weekend and the new dates I want to change my reservation too. So I’d be paying for both weekends even though the weather is horrendous there and even if we could go we wouldn’t be able to go anywhere. We won’t be going and I’ve contacted my bank to handle it from here. I will never book another trip with this hotel.
This place was incredible. Fantastic service all the way around. Shout out to Zach & David at the front desk. Excellent service! We will definitely be back.

We love staying here. The from desk employees got to know us and my wife’s service dog because we stayed here a lot. Unfortunately we won’t be able to stay here again for awhile due to their pricing of $367/night, I can’t justify, manes us really sad because this hotel is our favorite and the first one we check when visiting the DFW area. So until prices drop back down to $199/night we will unfortunately have to stay elsewhere.
