Good price. The room was ok given the rating of the hotel. Would stay again if needed.

It was horrific! It smelled really bad, the white towels were stained and gross. The white sheets on the bed were the same. There were roaches in the room as well. I will never ever go back there!

Floor soaked with water, had to change rooms, handicap parking not accessible to room. Bathroom needed major remodeling.

It's ok ina pinch when you have no where else to go.

It look like a nice place easy access to the highway easy access to Kennedale Arlington Fort Worth so he's alright.

Could clean the Jacuzzi a little better. Price was reasonable. Didn't supply enough towels. And overall they could do alot better.

Very good place and very clean areas. But need more towels and also coffee pot other than that it's a very nice place, this is the place I will choose.

This is in my top 3 worst hotels I've ever stayed at. The room smelled of cockroaches and the TV didn't even work. I called in the morning to see what time breakfast ended and they don't even have breakfast even though it's advertised on their website and in the brochure. I would not suggest this place!

Don't stay it's ran dwn not clean tv's barley work and smells real bad.

As soon as I walked in the door, I thought I was walking in on a cigar fest!. I turned right back around and got a can of Lysol and used the whole can and still the smell was there. Advsd they need to wash the walls down with lemon ammonia to freshen up the place. The staff was great. The bed sheets needed to be replaced as they took a flat sheet for the bottom and it was raggedy. For the money I paid I expected better and more than just a danish and coffee for breakfast. I will not go inexpensive again and stick with my regular spot.

Reasonable prices for a reasonable location to rest it's a very quite place off the freeway.

There was water on the counter. Stains on the bed sheets and to top it all off. At 11:30 p. M. Someone knocks on my door. I wasn't being loud or anything. Just laying there in bed. They knock twice, don't announce and say it's management or anything, they try to open my room door. Thank God the chain was locked or else they would've came right in. I called down right after and asked why someone was trying to come into my room and the lady said let me look and we hung up. They could've called the room, or most of all ANNOUNCED THEMSELVES. Never heard anything from her. I walk down to the office a few minutes later and see the man that was trying to come into my room behind the desk. I asked him why people are trying to come into my room and he said they were checking to make sure it was occupied. WHO IN THE WORLD DOES THAT AT 11:30 AT NIGHT!?!? I packed my stuff and returned my key and told him I was leaving. All he did was say ok and gave me a thumbs up! never again! I will definitely be calling corporate first thing monday morning!

Place is dirty. Sheets and pillows has yellow stains and cigarette holes. There a mysterious white stain on the couch. We had to buy new sheets pillows blankets and towels. No free breakfast as advertised only a coffee pot they were making tortillas outside a tarp. A lady came up and asked if we wanted to buy used stripper heels. If you need a hooker hotel this is a 5 star experience.

Very nice and quiet hotel with clean rooms. I would recommend it to anyone else that is visiting.

Budget friendly rooms. Close to the highway, and plenty of places to eat at. Not the best part of town but the hotel feel safe enough. Rooms are clean, ACs work well. Fresh sheets.

Not so bad. Wi-Fi signal is horrible… HORRIBLE! Rooms could use some maintainence or updating. But then again the neighborhood isn't all that great. No breakfast… its not the worst but defiantly not close to the… "average" mark.

It gets the job done for cheap.

The Internet is full of it on this one. There was no breakfast at all period. And no hot tub period. I was mad. Don't fall for the lies!

Could be nicer for the price.

Most fucked up hotel ive ever been in. Bed looked like crime scene with blood on the sheets not to mention roaches everywhere. Shity as smell. Left immediately.

I rather take my chances in their dumpster than their hotel. Disgusted!

Love it! Rooms are clean! I love my privacy!

I called to see what there weekly rates was and the guy was very rude and he hung up on me well this extended stay just lost a customer.

Just say no if you own a home and have all of your utilities on. We could hear the people next door as if they ads next to uS.

For not living in Fort Worth and not knowing my way around, this hotel was close to my venue for the weekend. I have an 8 mth old with me and put her on the floor with toys while I went to get my luggage. Came back and her white socks weren't white anymore. After only 8 mins. The internet works fine, The service was great. The breakfast has lots to be desired, but at least I ate for free. I'd prefer to keep the cheaper price for my second night, but I've no idea where I'm at, so I'm here for one more day. I just hope we don't come down with something. The bed is comfortable, and I don't see any bed bugs or anything… Time will tell.

Do not stay here. Disgusting. I do not believe this hotel would pass any sort of health code / building code. Their pool is full of grass… literally. Under construction? was not informed. Smells of cat urine. The city needs to come shut this hotel down. Do not be fooled by their "cheap prices", for this hotel should be free to stay in for homeless people… I would say staying here is equal to paying to sleep under a bridge… beware do not stay here for the love of god. There should be a never stay here review. Terrible terrible terrible. Need I say more? if you want to pay $45 a night to sleep in a dumpster then by all means, stay at this knights inn… I would prefer to spend a night in hell than stay here. Do these people even have the right to take my money for entering their premises? too bad I didnt sleep on the street before booking my "non refundable" reservation that did not inform me of the fact that staying here would cause death.
