Upstairs inside room. Upstairs hallway has a stink, smells bad, not sure what it is. The indoors upstairs landing and hall area is also hot, uncomfortable. Room seems clean, beds are okay and AC works ok in my room. Two bed room, one towel is all that's provided. The toilet works but leaks and runns continuously. No refrigerator in room. The room door does not close tight, very loose, looks like it may have been forced or kicked in previously and poorly repaired.

Do not stay here. A/C didn't work, My 2 year old found a USED NEEDLE in the room. Exposed wires, bugs crawling in, from outside. Leaky sink that they didn't have the parts to fix. No mini fridge, nor microwave. Nasty beds and sheets. I wouldn't wish a dog to stay in this place. Not worth the cheap $50. If I could give it less than one star I would. Very nasty manager and owner. The rest of the staff were nice. But Jaime and the owner were very rude, and didn't care at all. They just want to get people out of their money. So don't waste it here.

The gals working there were great. Place smelled funky, recently painted but just painted over gunk. No towels Friday, room didn't get cleaned between our night stays, had to get our own towels Saturday which thankfully there were some.

Everything as expected except the floor was very dirty and needed mopping and the bathroom door was stuck onto the floor and would not close. The room was spacious and comfortable. Good security. A quick 3 minute shaving off the bottom of the door after removing it (add 5 minutes to remove and replace) would fix this problem. A wet mop for 10 minutes should take care of the floor. Then this would have been 5 stars.

The room was in disrepair, looked like had been broken into, the lamps were broken, the bathroom light was missing the cover, there were stains on the sheets, the furniture was shotty, the TV guide didn’t work on the tv. Other tenants were noisy all night long, waking us up several times, kids running upstairs, people yelling from the parking lot up to their room to people, didn’t feel safe or secure with the way the front door looked like it had been kicked in. No soap dish in tub, missing. No toilet paper holder in bath room, no towel holders in bathroom or by sink, missing. The fire alarm on ceiling was also missing and the wires were neatly tucked inside, so they obviously knew about it and didn’t fix it. I would like a refund!

Loved Jamie. They were all very helpful. Jamie went out of her way to help me. I am disabled. I plan on staying there again.

Really nice motel 6 fully remodeled. They do not have microwave and fridge though. They had them before but seem to have taken them out. Rooms are big.

I always stay at Motel 6 when traveling, unless there just isnt one. I dont need fancy ir amenities. What I look for is cleanliness and comfort. I was very disappointed in the Motel 6 in Ennis, Tx. The first room I was given (the receptionist was bright and efficient) was so bad, I took pictures. The entry way was totally filthy, leaves had blown in from outside and there was paper bags from food, etc. That should have been a clue! From the beginning to the end, that room was the worst ive ever been in at ant Motel 6! The doors were hammered and split like there had been fighting at some time. The light upon entering didnt work, the furniture was rundown and didnt match, like odds and ends from multiple sources. The bathroom door the same. The furniture tables looked like they had not been wiped off and there were spots where stuff (? ) had spilled on them. The bed covers were lumpy and the bed was in terrible shape, the ac/fan didn't work, cracks in the walls and chipped paint, bi way wiuld I have removed my shoes and walked barefoot in that room. I went back to reception and waited for the receptionist to finish with another guest and then asked her for a different ine. She took me to the second floor and showed me 3 or 4 more. The last one was the least abused room so I chose it. And while it still had some of the other complaints, it was clean and the bed was good. I would not recommend anyone stayibg there until there's been a major overhaul and renovation.

It was just clean. Let's say, that's the best ya gonna get. No frills. No frig, no microwave. But ya know that for the money. I could have done without the screaming and yelling of arguing women in the hallway between midnight and 2 am… Slamming doors repeatedly. I felt like I wish I had paid the 20 dollars extra and stayed somewhere less "garbage people like".

Very clean, quiet, and up to date for the price. No complaints. Right of highway.

The staff was wonderful, very clean, close to variety of food, shopping, personal care. Easy on off of interstate. Wi-Fi very strong signal.

We just checked into a room today. It's great. Clean, friendly and our dogs can stay.

Although the property was old it was clean and the staff were friendly. Maintenance issues need to be better addressed. Room had a bathroom sink that would not shut off and the toilet leaked around the floor. On the last day we saw a small roach in the bathroom.

What I did get was a reply that they exterminated the room in question… How about a black light check? and to think we usually stay at Motel 6 when we are travelling and just need a place to catch a few winks, and this time guess what else we caught… Can I change the rating system to — *. A very nice place they were remodeling the front entrance. We had coffee and breakfast in the morning rooms are clean easy on easy off of freeway.

People were great. Bed very comfortable. Good stay for cheap price. Only issue was the carpet on stairs and 2nd floor. Looked like remodeling was being done but carpet was horribly dirty. Other than that it was great.

Room smelled like paint. Tub drained really slow and you were standing is water by the time you were done showering. Our toilet backed up and there was no maintenance person on duty. Had to go to Walmart and buy a plunger to unclog it ourself. Locks on the door were loose. There was no microwave, refrigerator or hair dryer. The hallways and stairs looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in months. No continental breakfast. You also have the name wrong on this survey. Is email belongs to Allen and Becky Blosser.

OMG where the hell do I begin. First we have an upstairs room. As were walking up stairs the carpet is filthy and has a bad. Smell. That right there should of been a big red flag and just turn around and not even go to the room. But we was there for the races and. There was no more. Rooms. For sat night. Get to the room and walk in. It was awful. They only allow u 2 towels. No shampoo. No hair dryer. No mixrowave and no fridge. I ask about. 2 extra. Towels and. Some shampoo she told me youll get 2 more than tomorrow. As far as shampoo I would of had to buy it out of a vending machine. Really no I wont cause. I wont. Be staying here. Tomorrow. Go up to the room find another hotel. For. Sunday night. Went. Back down and told her you need to refund our money cause we're not. Staying here again. I wouldnt of stayed sat but had no choice. Dont ever stay here unless u want to be in a. Filthy hotel.

Pros-comfy bed, clean room, courteous staff. Cons — No towels, coffee terrible, shower was broken so I couldn't shower, door chain broken off, one mattress sinking so bad in the middle I had to switch beds. No other rooms available for me to switch.

They are helping Harvey victims and have great rates for spacious clean rooms. Ariel very kind and courteous thank you for the win win.

Location to all stores, restaurants, entertainment, etc. Was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful in every way. After hurricane Harvey landed, the staff was on top of the situation and was on phone for hours getting set up with FEMA for their customers benefit. They relayed the information to all guest and told us what we could do to get any assistance if needed. I'm sorry I didn't get everybody's name but Jamie. She seemed to have everything under control and concentrated on her guest. Not once did I see a staff member using a phone and ignoring guest and that is rare and a huge plus with todays electronic age. Maintenance and ladies at front desk are who I saw mostly and you have a good crew there.

Where do I start. There's a bag covering your smoke detector. That's a fire hazard and dangerous. You have mold in your bathrooms. Upon checking into the room, the bed was unpaid and wrinkled. Told the maid, and she said no it's clean. Didn't speak much English or really couldn't understand that she needs to change the beds. She didn't by the way. Also no towels in the bathroom. How is someone supposed to shower without a towel? Shower was dirty and sticky. So she didn't get to clean that. Room smelled like urine. It was so bad that we left and went to another hotel. Your staff don't smile. Worst hotel ever.

I had no choice but to stay there. My plans fell though and it was the only room I could find available in town due to to the activities that were going on that weekend. I knew it was a smoking room and am an ex-smoker and it normally is not a big deal but the smell was so strong in the room I had a headache. The bathroom had a strong smell of urine and the tub looked dirty. The price paid for the room was the same as other hotels where I have stayed that carry fruit and bagels for breakfast for guests and that are immaculate. Not worth what I paid at all.

No-frills overnight accommodations were just what I was looking for. Room was spacious & comfortable, desk help friendly & efficient. The only negative was a poorly mounted towel rod in the bathroom. All I asked was a decent place to get off the road and relax for one night and this was exactly what I needed.

Absolutely disgusting. Stayed there this past weekend and our "non smoking room" reeked of smoke. The sheets and pillows also smelled of smoke. The room just had a nasty feel to it. Not to mention I ended up getting pink eye from staying there. Needless to say, I will never be staying there ever again.

The shower mode in the restroom was broke, there was no phone in the room, the curtains were broke and the beds were the most uncomfortable thing there besides the bedbugs.

Rooms were nice, service was awful. There was three towels for a room of 4 people. Breakfast was terrible. When a call was made to front desk for request they never did what they said they were going to do.

The woman at the front desk was very friendly. The first room we were given was supposed to be non smoking but reeked of cigarettes. The second room we were given we stayed in but the sheets were badly stained. And the bathroom wasn't cleaned very well. Overall the cleanliness was very poor. Wouldn't recommend staying there and won't be staying there again.

Don't waste your money on this dump, I am a smoker and I had to stay here, The city don't have many hotels with smoking rooms I spend three months of the year traveling and this BY FAR was the worst hotel for the money 1 — Nothing works : TV AC Fridge 2 — Can't get any help from the managers or any of the this Dump of a Motel Staff 3 — Smells horrible 4 — Roaches found in my room and when I complained nothing is done I had to go and buy sprays from Walmart the list goes on and on. In Short : Just go somewhere else!

I spend 340 days a year in hotels, and for the money, this was one of the worst. Let’s start with the hotel in general. 1) The pool was cloudy for the entire stay and when I got in it my eyes started burning immediately. To top it off, when I brought it to the attention of management, I was told the pool is fine. I own a pool, and when I see children wading in 3’ of water and can’t see their feet, the pool water is bad! 2) No sugar for coffee in the morning. One morning, there was no coffee. I informed the girl sitting behind the counter on Facebook about it, and she told me she knows, she has to make more, and went back to browsing. 3) I claimed my dog when I checked in, was even told that I am an honest man because most people don’t claim them. However, when I called the front desk to inquire about the slow internet and bad TV reception, I got no answer for about a half hour. I went to the front desk and found it abandoned, and the clerks children sitting in front of the lobby TV eating the breakfast buffet cereal. When I finally got through to the manager, the one that checked me in, he accused me of sneaking my dog in. Now, the room. The flat screen TV has no stand. It’s just leaning against the wall on top of the dresser. The drapes are a combination of different sizes, held together by folder clips, and doesn’t close all the way, no privacy. The aerator on the sink is blocked and sprays all over the counter.

Horrible! Absolutely horrid! Rooms smell like cats have been in them. All of them. Didn't have any wash rags so the clerk had to go to Walmart and buy some. My bed had all types of hair in it including Pubic hair. They came and changed the sheets but didn't have any for a double so I had to use king size sheets. They have not cleaned my room or any of the other eight rooms that our company booked for 2 weeks but took the time to come in while we're at work and turned the air conditioner off. The microwave and refrigerator are dirty, old and rusted. The pool has no water in it and there's bugs everywhere. Unfortunately the hotels in the area are all booked. I DO NOT recommend staying here.

Horrible. This was a one night stay that was cut short after waking with several large black beetles crawling on us in the bed at 2am. Discovered several others in the room, so it is obviously infested. Room in bad shape, and probably should not have been rented. Linens appeared old, worn, and dingy. Desk clerk did not seem interested in the fact that the bugs were taking over the room. Worst experience ever.
