I stayed there a few weeks ago. The place is big, but my room on the 3rd floor was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. I will stay there again when traveling through Denton.

Exactly what we needed for a big family and perfect service.

After a 6 hour flight and an 1 hour drive only to arrive and find out that your room has been given to someone else was over the top frustrating. The good thing was that we eves up with a free night's stay at Embassy Suites which clearly has my vote and money next visit to Denton. The night staff gets a 4 star for making that happen.

Don Gage, rooms are very spacious and clean. Coffee is out 24/7. Bar is a little small but decently stocked. Hotel crew is very friendly and helpful.

I absolutely fell in love with this place! The only thing I wish I could possibly changes to would be the beds. They were TERRIBLY HARD, but the pillows were fantastic & plentiful everything was beautiful and clean I would most definitely spending another night with Springhill! I just wish the beds were squishier!

Good, very good, clean, extremly nice personnel, gym, pool, cosy inner yard, attentive barman! but could be better, every stay some small things… Issue with hot water, cleaning crew forgot to close door, something sticky on the floor!

Loved this hotel. The fastest check in I have ever experienced. Very luxurious looking lobby, all new, updated, and clean. Attendants were friendly, and the room was fantastic. Super clean, completely updated, decorated nicely. Comfortable clean bed, and couch. Microwave, fridge, coffee maker. Hair dryer, name brand toiletries, extra sheets and comforter, clothes iron and even TV trays for meals. It had everything. 24hr indoor pool (I wish I had brought a suit) and hot breakfast (I was a little too tired to make it to). Decently priced for how nice it was.

Great hotel! Clean, comfortable, and friendly staff. Located near everything yet away from the hustle and bustle. Beautiful property and I would stay again.

Very nice. Decorations were classy, staff was professional, and room was very comfortable. Only complaint is that the pool was excessively chlorinated, I had to buy saline later that night. Otherwise, great experience.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the pool was good too. Included lunch but not very good and the juice machine didn't work.

Last minute stay and it was great. Decent price for the suite we stayed in. Nice staff. Very clean rooms and hotel. The coffee in the lobby at check out was good also!

Nice hotel for the price. Clean, except bathtub obviously hadn't been cleaned for a bit. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free, and very good breakfast, but restaurant doesn't open until 5pm otherwise and no room service. If you are gonna be here during daytime without a car, there is no where to walk less than abt. 8 mi so get lunch to put in fridge! Only one vegetarian option on hotel menu and as to be expected, overly expensive.

Comortable, modern design. Clean bathrooms and accommodating staff. 5 star quality for 3 star price. The shower was amazing.

One of Marriott's nicer properties. Large entry. Friendly staff greet you when you go in. A real restaurant, not at all like the horrible Marriott's Courtyard café. Food was good here. Highly recommend staying here.

Great service, the rooms here are very clean, well kept and great in size, especially the double bedroom suites. They have a tiny kitchen inside with pots and pans. Glassware, and anything you could need to make yourself feel right at home.

My girls (3y and 6y) and I stayed in a King suite and enjoyed it thoroughly. The bed was roomy enough for all 3 of us and quite comfortable. We were slightly disappointed that there was only a shower and not a bath tub, as my 3 year old typically doesn't take showers. My girls loved the prospect of the indoor pool, however it was not heated so the water was a bit cold. It didn't stop them from having a little splash for a short while. I think the only thing we didn't particularly like was our little unwelcome party of ants that we found in the morning on the ac/heat unit located under the window. We do understand that these things happen though. We would definitely stay again, but will be sure to book a room that suits our personal preferences in the future. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Nice-looking Hotel recently updated, it has a bar inside, staff seems pretty nice for a reasonable price.

Beds are like CONCRETE SLABS! This is unfortunate because the hotel itself is very beautiful. The staff was friendly, but there was a delay getting in because they lock the doors early, so we froze for about 15 minutes until the front-desk guy came down. They did not have the advertised firepit and the breakfast STUNK. But the worst part is I took the time to give the company feedback and they replied with a bunch of lame excuses instead of any kind of apology. We were scheduled for 3 nights but since I ended up on the couch and my husband found the floor better than the bed, we checked out after 8 hours (very tired and with sore backs and necks) and are requesting a refund. I've traveled for 25 years, never had a BED THIS HARD — — but if you like very very firm, may be for you.

Very neat hotel. The staff are always kind & helpful. The free breakfast was always fresh & satisfying.

Very clean. I only stayed for a meeting in one room, but saw some of the first floor. It has a restaurant and is nicely decorated. Lots of parking and it is easy to get to your car from any part of the building no matter where you park. I am impressed. If I need to stay there I definitely would.

I enjoyed the room, the front desk staff was awesome, but nothing drives me crazy like being rushed in the morning, especially while I'm eating. The staff (that I encountered at least) were awful in the breakfast area. They've clearly checked out and have a miserable attitude about them. There was no oatmeal 15 (probably more) minutes before 9. The machine was unplugged. Then this one girl comes over and starts bugging us about how they're going to be closing soon. Not in a pleasant way at all. That was more than 5 minutes before 9. Then continued to do little things to rush us out like intentionally turning off the TV we were watching while eating.

The stay here was so relaxing. Every morning they would refill the lollipops at the front desk for customers. There rooms are always clean and well put together.

Had a lovely stay. My room didn't have a hair dryer and staff was quick to resolve it.

This is a good pick if you need a value hotel in this area. It is hidden off of the freeway. A better extended stay hotel than others with that in there name. Well staffed, clean, and modern.

Very close to UNT which is good for me because I just came from vacation and my apartment is not ready. Friendly staff great service and we'll designed. Wi-Fi could be faster though.

Excellent quiet hotel. Super modern interiors. Recommend the 2 room suite which has 2 TVs and 2 AC units. Excellent hot breakfast with Eggs, sausage, English muffins, waffles.

This visit was very enjoyable. From room decor to the bed being comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was great. The dining area was very pleasant. The check in and out process was the smoothest I've ever experienced. The staff was very courteous.

I met some co-workers in the lobby but they were hidden behind a wall. I was promptly greeted by the staff and they pointed to the rest of my group. We used their table for the next few hours with no complaints from the staff.

When I first arrived at the hotel, it seemed pretty small, but once I went inside it was more spacious than I perceived. They have a nice dining area and an open lobby. The room I had was nice and was very clean. The restroom had a luxurious feel to it just like the rest of the hotel. Overall, this was one of the nicest and cleanest hotels I've been in.

I stayed here on the last night before they changed to a Marriot property. So there was a lot of activity what with changing signs and general maintainance. I stayed for two nights and after the first night I told the staff about items that needed attention in my room. The first was a stopped up bathroom sink and next was the shower door scraped very noisily when sliding it. The desk personnel said about the sink that "that is a common problem in a lot of rooms" and provided no solution to the problem as well as the shower door. This response is unacceptable from a guest point of view. I won't stay here again as there are plenty of hotels out there that would not overlook these issues. Very poor management IMHO.

The hotel was being remodeled but the staff did their best to provide great, efficient service. They were polite and happy to help with whatever issue our group had. The remodel will be gorgeous once it's finished.

Well, it is not really worth the money. Hotel looked clean and tidy, but the staff was rude and unwilling to help. Nothing was free; they charged money for every single thing, in addition to their ridiculously expensive rates! I left this hotel. Not worth spending the extra dollars.

The room was wonderful but it was under construction so in a downpour they had both entrances blocked off so we had to walk quite a ways. Then the next day the workers had the doors wide open in 30 degree weather. The restaurant was freezing during breakfasts. It was one of the worst stays we have ever had.

We usually stay here when we are traveling through Denton. Great room for a decent price and their breakfast buffet is pretty good. Currently under renovation so it is a bit messy right now.

I am totally disappointed and embarrassed following a class reunion held here this past weekend on my personal recommendation. About 20 of us checked in on Friday for a two-night stay and our group was subjected to less than satisfactory conditions. The hotel is apparently undergoing a badly-managed renovation — boxes lining hallways, carpets dirty and paint-stained, elevators smelled of paint — being used for hauling furniture and construction materials, exterior doors left standing open for hours (so much for security). Even the "Please-overlook-our-renovation" signs were unprofessional. The staff was unprofessional, maintenance schedules were ridiculous (mopping occurring in the front lobby during check-out time, wet sidewalks from irrigation at 10 a. M. When guests were departing with luggage), cleaning staff conversing with friends/family in lobby areas! One of our group had written confirmation of a handicap-accessible room reserved 5 months prior but was told upon check-in that it wasn't available! … rooms were unsatisfactory, breakfast food was unappetizing and cold, not to mention non-existent by the time the last guests arrived on both Saturday and Sunday mornings. We had to provide our own lap-top for audio/visual during the banquet, even though we had been promised professional-grade equipment would be provided. Needless to say, our group was less than pleased with the experience.

If I could leave this hotel 0 stars I would. I put in a contract for a block of 20 rooms for my upcoming wedding. Every step of the process has been a complete and total nightmare! I cannot rate the stay yet, but just from dealing with them for the past year since we put in the contract everything has been a hassle. They provided us a written contract which outlined what we were entitled too. They refuse to provide services that were outlined in our contract, not one single guest has been able to book a room smoothly. I have had to call on behalf of every guest to complete their reservation. Every time I questioned them why this was such a difficult thing to do, and every time I was provided an new excuse and a different reason the guest couldn't book! Brides be warned, do not put in a contract with this hotel! Out of all of the wedding planning, this has been the only thorn in my side through the whole process!

They have construction going on even on the weekends it started at 7:15 this morning complained it got quiet then noisy again you would think they would start something like that on the weekends till like 10 or 11 but anyway stay away if you don't want sleep or if you want to have an instant alarm clock every morning at 7:30 sounds like elephants coming in.

Dirty room, the pillow cases were dirty, it was disgusting, there was some human hair on the bed! Toilet was rusty and dirty and there was hair on the towels. I stayed at Holiday Inn in San Antonio and I had a good experience over there, compare to that this hotel was beyond awful.

Everything is good, the staff, and room. One thing that wasn't good is there is no fan or vent in the bathroom, so the bathroom is just soaked after your shower.

We hosted a birthday party for my grandmother in Denton and Barbara Roberts helped us with every last detail. She helped us book a party hall and secure our block of rooms. Check in was a breeze, service was great and the rooms were nice, clean and spacious! We will definitely be staying here again when we return to Denton.

My two sons and I recently stayed at this facility and I have just booked again for four days. The staff, especially those at the front desk were fantastic. Although I can't remember all their names, I do remember Brittany in particular. Really wonderful young lady. Efficient, friendly, and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The waitstaff was very helpful. Very friendly and fun, the front booth was also quite friendly.

Hotel near the University, very good and with a reasonable price.

The place looks nice and seems clean, but my wife and I were charged over $200 for "smoking in the room". Neither my wife or I smoke! We did have BBQ the night we stayed there, but I dont know whats going on with this place. We tried talking to the manager but she was extremely rude and unprofessional, she wouldn't listen and ended up hanging up on us. We had to talk to the credit card company to get the charge resolved. We will never stay here again.

This hotel is very nice and beautiful. It had a very nice suite and the accomodations were lovely. The only reason I'm giving a 2 star rating is because they were the host hotel for our son's State Gymnastics Meet giving those families a discount on the rooms. When I called in they were out of the block of rooms for the discounted rate and charged us full price for a suite. We were not happy about this and probably should've looked elsewhere but we thought it's a suite let's stay. The other piece I was dissappointed in was the breakfast options. There was a breakfast for $8.25 for juice, bread, fruit and yogurt. This was outragous! If you wanted to pay $8.95 then egg and bacon and other options were available. I was very upset at the choices and did not feel this was reasonable for a host hotel where families are sure to stay. I don't understand why there wasn't a break on the breakfast too. I also don't understand why they didn't just go ahead and give us the discounted price. Very lovely place but not very price friendly.
