Arrived to enjoy a staycation and the property was unaware there was a full party at the pool! Loud music, unruly guest that didn't have a room… Next time going to Marriott.

This happened to my toilet during my stay at Wyndham. They charged me $350. I am seeking legal counsel. I will not pay for this.

Arrange a Ballard. I am a traveling Nurse from Louisiana. As I must stay in various hotel around the city. This one is the best by for. The elegance in the atmosphere. And my room was over the top. I work a 7 day on 7 day off shift. So my rest and relaxation has to be up to part. That is while I will give The Wyndham Dallas a five star rating. It is Excellent. Thank for making my home away from home SPECIAL.

Very nice hotel and staff. While staying at this hotel this past weekend, I lost my wedding ring. When I checked out of the hotel, I told the front desk and wrote down my number just incase someone turned it in. It was a long shot but after 1.5 hours of driving back home, they called and said they found it! 3 days later it arrived in the mail. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Had to wait in the lobby til morning because my key didn’t work and the night manager wouldn’t give me a new one regardless of the information verified with him. Beware.

My family and I stayed 6 days where we spent Christmas at the hotel, everything was very good, all friendly, the only downside is that the waitresses did NOT CLEAN the room well, did not replenish the supplies that were used for the bathroom or the coffee and tea service in the room.

It’s a nice hotel, very spacious and lots of luxury. Bar, restaurant, etc. Only complaint was the initial interaction with the desk clerk, she wasn’t rude but seemed preoccupied and disinterested.

I came to Dallas to visit a career opportunity and stayed here. The shower head wasn’t working but they immediately came up and fixed it! Wonderful service, great housekeeping, clean and beautiful! I will be staying here in November when I come back!

Me and my kids stayed while vacationing and it was great! I didn’t like waiting on the elevators tho. The beds weren’t as comfortable. Staff was friendly and quick to respond to requests.

No complaints, the room was surprisingly spacious. More like a suite, with a separate living room and bedroom. The lobby has a nice restaurant and bar!

Horrible experience. Gun shots more than four while checking in and the desk person wasn’t protective or reactive. He called security but they weren’t seen. I felt uncomfortable The clerk said my card was declined. However it placed a hold which I could clearly see. I had 12k in the account which I can show you. Gave him another card and he held on that one as well. Which I can prove. Unacceptable.

Very nice hotel in the middle of North Dallas. Close to a lot of restaurants, with a nice bar in the hotel. The rooms are spacious and the fitness center looked nice. Also, free parking when some of the other hotels in the area I looked at charged for it.

Stayed 3 nights in this appropriately rated 4star hotel. Very spacious suite, great bed & linens. Wet bar with fridge & microwave off living area. Great desk & workspace area with adequate, free Wi-Fi. Attentive & friendly staff. Bar, restaurant and buffet. Recommend highly.

When we got into our room we realized the previous occupants had put a bag over the smoke detector and smoked in the room. The staff immediately moved us into a (slightly nicer! ) room. It's a beautiful hotel with a great staff, we will stay there again!

Not the best neighborhood. Close to the highway which made getting to other places easy. The room was decent nothing fancy but we'll appointed. We had a king size bed with a living room and pullout couch. There is dining in room or in the dining room. A bar with sports playing and pool and exercise room. 3 stars because of the neighborhood and its plain amenities.

Attended a small seminar. The conf room was functional/adequate/non-descript, but the lobby, reception area, bar, and dining area were very nice, modern, and quite impressive! Love the contemporary high-backed cushioned chairs! The lobby wall paintings (see pics) were engaging! A centered marquee at the entrance would better suit the space vice the low-brow paper agenda that you'd likely miss tacked onto the wall next to the reception desk.

I will admit. I am big on reading reviews before I book a room. There were a few reviews about this hotel that kind of had me guessing if I wanted to book. The reviews said that the beds were hard, the atrium was so noisy that u could hear in the rooms and there was an odor in the hotel because of no ventilation. The only thing I can agree on is the beds were hard for sure. I booked a King Suite and it was exactly as it shows on picture. Nice size room with a bedroom and living room. Living room had a door that you could close. It was a nice hotel. Nice room. Great customer service. Pool and Jacuzzi was nice. But make sure you go in enough time to enjoy it because they do not go a minute over 10pm. Lol. Everything about my hotel stay was perfect. Besides the hard bed. Lol.

This hotel is seriously underrated. The rooms are big and are practically suites. The hot. Is beautifully designed, has a good bar and provides good breakfast. Parking is available for free. Easy access to freeway. Would rather stay at Wyndham than at kimpton.

Awesome hotel. Great bang for your buck since all the rooms are suites. The staff is responsive and amazing. We hosted a national conference here for a week and the staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. I would come back and stay as a regular guest because they were just that awesome. Highly recommend!

The room was a suite, but was most comfortable, super clean, nicely decorated, and covered all our needs. We stayed at the hotel for my fiancé's birthday. I wanted his day to be extra special, so I bought some decoration for the room and Chris the house keeping manager didn't hesitate finding a house keeper to help decorate for the special occasion. I would like to take this time to give a special THANK YOU to Fernando for going above and beyond decorating the room! It was magical.

Experience was nice. Was placed there by the airlines. Missed flight. Met Charlie Sheen. But they charged my card for 25 dollars and I didn't rent any movies.

Nice hotel — — really cool layout. Did not see fitness room or pools (yes pleural). Breakfast buffet was broad and satisfying. The night we had dinner in restaurant, the food was cooked perfect but ther service was lacking. Only 1 server and 1 for room service. I guess I should say, lack of staffing not service because our waitress did her best.

Absolutely one of the cleanest, friendliest, and best run lodging establishments in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Impeccable customer service employees that put forth an award winning, positive, can do attitude. Great job!

Stayed two nights. Housekeeping never bothered coming by on the second day we were there. We had to call and ask for more towels and the excuse was that we had the do not disturb sign on the door. We did not touch the dnd sign the whole stay. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The front desk was accomodating towards everything we needed.

This was a very nice hotel. Perfect location, great price, spacious room, good food. If I had to say something that I was disappointed by, it was simply that they didn't offer chicken wings on their menu. But other than that, it was a very nice, clean facility.

Surprising, to be honest. Much of the decor looks out of place/dated, but it was a very nice stay. Was skeptical of the food, but gave it a try and they did a fantastic job in two meals I ate at the hotel. Staff was very friendly and attentive and rooms are very spacious. Will stay here again as it's a great value!

The staff here are very pleasant and that's always a plus. The reason for the four star rating is due to the smelly rooms. I was transferred to three different rooms as the staff attempted to accommodate me because I just refused to stay In two of the three rooms. Each room had its own scent/personality. Mr. Smokey, Ms. Stinky, and last Mrs. Low odor that I can deal with. To be completely honest, this place needs a deep clean, fresh paint, new carpet and a deep clean on all lobby furniture.

I enjoy this hotel. It's an all-suite i. O.? I'm? p K!.? the was renovated in around 2015 and is still well kept. They do offer some upgrades for larger rooms and rooms with full kitchens too! They're pet friendly and have a pretty good spread on their breakfast buffet!

Nice place overall. Great breakfast with various selections. Reasonable price. The staff members were friendly. However, the heating system was not working in the sitting room despite the attempt of maintenance personnel to fix it.

Our initial interaction at the front desk was less than cordial, but a second person there saved the day and everything from there on was fabulous. We had family meet us here and we ate at the restaurant. The food was very good and the waiter/bartender was even better. We enjoyed our evening very much.

Hotel room is very large is the price of suites is not too expensive near a GVC daily necessities are easy to buy dinner if there are a few fast food restaurants in the vicinity of their own driving is very convenient without a car if there is a dart station nearby is only Dallas public transport is a very long interval of auxiliary cars.

Beautiful hotel very quiet, you can descarsar very comfortable. You can't hear the noise from outside. The avitaciones are very large and super clean. Ask for the breakfast with the avitaciones is very rich. If recreso to Dallas I would be here.

Beautiful hotel and all staff was amazing. Bed was the worst bed I have ever slept in. I had to sleep in chair and my hubby didn't have a chair to go to. Daughter slept on pullout and it had hair and seeds all on it. They came up with bedding but had no way to vacuum it off? Wouldn't stay their again because my back would hate me for it but the hotel and staff were great.

Really loved our stay at the Wyndham, beautiful hotel with all the amenities you could ask for. There were two things that prevented me from give them 5 stars one or friends room had an open package of soap and a used towel in the bathroom. An the window in our room was poorly sealed we hear everything outside.

The rooms are large but weirdly outdated in a way. Bathroom is updated and nice. But the puke resistant carpeting although new looking, harkens styling of the 80s. Beds are comically small and equally uncomfortable. And the accoutrements of lighting and furniture looks grandma's house at best. This hotel was not updated to reflect this day in age. The bones of the hotel are great. Repeat business doesn't bode well with me, without a real update.

The location and rooms were great. I really appreciate them holding the Dallas Pet Pro Classic there. I'm not a big fan of the breakfast buffet but everything else was fantastic.

The room was a good size but the AC was loud. It also got very cold and it didn't appear to be easy to understand the thermostat to turn it down. It was quiet other than that. The location looked to be in a slightly shady area. But once inside, the interior was nice.

Beautiful infrastructure. Great spacious rooms with two TVs! Delicious room service. Only issue was that our walk in shower was leaky.

Great upscale experience. The hotel suite was large, the bed was comfortable, and the furnishings were modern. The lobby had large, nice artwork on the wall that represented aspects of Dallas or Texas. Room service was quick, and the food was good.

Service was terrible. Can’t say what the rooms are like because they didn’t accept our reservation because we didn’t have someone 21 or older with us, which is understandable so we informed them that we would bring someone to assist us. We waited in the lobby for a little bit until they KICKED US OUT for loitering even though we had a reservation. Then after finally waiting for someone to come help, Jennifer told us that she already canceled our reservation without telling us. I completely understand the laws and rules but the way Jennifer went about handling the situation was disrespectful and completely unprofessional. We ended up going to the hotel next to them, comfort inn, and although the rooms are probably not as luxurious, their service was outstanding.

I'm here once a month with a personal development training program, and have come to know the Wyndham quite well. It's a very nice hotel, friendly and competent staff, a decent restaurant (but a bit pricey). And they respond to our sometimes unusual requests and our occasional loudness with aplomb. It's a good place to stay.

Our recent visit was superb. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet, chocolate covered strawberries, and sparkling champagne which came with the romantic package. The room was a suite, but was most comfortable, super clean, nicely decorated, and covered all our needs. We stayed at the hotel for my fiancé's birthday. On my came to visit my father in law while he was in town. Very nice hotel. Nice room size. Great price for the accommodations. Only thing that makes me nervous is the railings on each floor. This hotel sits with open layout outside your room with bar railings so it's not kid friendly. When I brought my 2 year old I felt I had to hold his hand to keep him from the railings as it looks easy to slip through.

It looks better in person. The pictures don't do it justice. Very nice and clean. Safe as well. They always have guards on duty. I stayed there with my daughter and we felt safe all the time. The staff is great as well. Two thumbs up!

I loved the room we had. Very comfortable bed. Very nice spacious suite. I also really loved the interior courtyard of the hotel. With the elevators in the middle and the doors to all of the rooms facing the interior courtyard. I loved the plants and the restaurant in the courtyard as well. A very nice experience and setup for our long term stay.

Pretty excellent hotel. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Beds are good and the pillows are full size. Not like the stupid miniature ones at other hotels. (I'm talking to you Embassy) Parking is sufficient and somewhat secure and the location is good. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and will be back again.

The experience a Wyndham is been an enjoyable one. It is definitely better than most. The staff is wonderful and the location worked perfectly for me. The only issue I had was that the bed was a little firmer than what I'm used to. But that is personal preference. All in all, it was a great stay.

Every year, my husband and I, take a night away to ourselves to shop and enjoy each other's company during the busy holiday season from kids and family. We only pick hotels that have bars so that we may have a nice evening with a few good drinks and don't have to worry about getting back to the hotel safely. This year a rude and "couldn't be bothered" bartender put a stop to that tradition. There was a banquet that was spilling over to the bar and he was busier (nothing unmanageable as we have both worked in the service industry for years) than he was probably used to. We patiently waited near end of bar, as we looked over the menu. After about ten minutes, he "greeted" us. "Ugh, you guys aren't ordering food are you? " "I'm to busy to deal with all that you'll have to go over there! " 'Over there' was the cafeteria like area where breakfast buffet was served. Very stale ambience for a date night out. We stated we would prefer bar area or lounge and he out right denied us and physically lead us away from the bar (not too busy for that I guess)? The only saving grace was the kindness of the front desk girl, Marisol, and the grace of the manager on staff who immediately took charge and offered to serve on us personally. He was genuinely nice and great at being calm and hospitable. Unfortunately, we were already headed out of the hotel when we spoke to them and at that point we were just too over it.

Excellent attention from the staff, the room clean, well groomed, a very good location, good breakfast, in general, what we recommend for a long or short extancia.

Been staying at this hotel since it was Bristol Suites back in 1989, when Crowne Plaza bought it, they kept it as exceptional as it previously was. However, now that Whyndam has bought it, it has completely gone down hill, and cheap. Cheap as in; the lighting in the bathroom is extremely dark, they cut the counter size in the bathroom in half, took away complimentary breakfast, nor did they give us a handicap accessible room as we requested. I'm sad to say that after 29 years of great childhood family memories in that hotel, that we will not be returning again.

Really great place to stay with a great staff! I left my wedding ring in the room and their head of security personally went to the room and found it!

The place was spacious, there was enough place to park and the party was very entertaining.

The hotel room has a large space. Features 2 tvs and 2 beds. It also has a bathroom with bathtub. The hotel restaurant has very good food and very good service. The location of the hotel is excellent as it has different shops around.

All is well except k tube k ask k fix an additional charge but it seems k fixed it fast.

The suite was nice. It had two rooms and a fridge. The TV channel section was pretty paltry but they do have two tier Wi-Fi for streaming video. I thought they had a pool but I didn't see one. Maybe I didn't look hard enough. The hotel restaurant is an Italian bar and grill. I had the chicken fettuccini Alfredo and the chicken was a bit overcooked but that's kinda what I expected from a hotel restaurant. All in all, good stay, safe part of town.

Nice place. Booked a king suite 3rd party. Called 2 hours before our arrival to confirm. Spoke to Brenda and Jose, all good to go they said! … then, once we arrived… we didn't have a room. It's 3am and they have offered us a different room. Jose at the front eyed us like we were sewer rats… this weekend should be interesting.

We were given a room and walked in a messy room not cleaned, trash everywhere and pee in the toilet. That's bad communication between the maid service and the front desk. Lugging around luggage and a kid up and down was not easy. Breakfast this morning wasn't all that great, definitely better to save that money and get something more freshly made.

My family and I stayed there for four nights. The hotel was beautiful in a decent area. Not near any shopping areas, but not too far from it. Free parking was a plus, very large hotel with a great indoor pool. Everything was great until we decided to have breakfast. Shockingly, we discovered that we had to pay $10.95 per person because we booked through Expedia. Meals are only complementary when booking directly through the hotel. Later that evening I wanted to relax with a cup of coffee in my room but was without a cup, when I attempted to retrieve a cup from the dinning room I was told they charge even for an empty cup. Overall, the hotel was great.

Convinent location. Upon arrival, the room didn't look to be cleaned properly. There were still candies and wrappers to be found around the room. Water stains around countertops and bathroom. We politely asked to be moved and the second room was just as dirty, so we just let it go. Room service arrives 30 mins — 1 hour late. We made a request for 8-8:30 am, and it arrived a little before 9 am. It was also the most disappointing breakfast I've had since grade school! However, given these expectations, the price was good for the area and the employees are extremely respectful.

So far — the room has been a pleasant surprise but the staff is a awful. The room is clean but when we have asked for anything — including service at diner, in the dining area it took an hour to get food and it took another hour to receive a extra blanket. While I would say this place is nice (looks nice) overall the service has been terrible. Also it is a very loud hotel. Thin walls? Perhaps — I think just really loud guests.

The rooms were decent, we had a small refrigerator but no microwave so couldn't heat up our meals. The breakfast buffet was $10.95 each person. The whirlpool spa wasn't working, jets wouldn't run. I think the next time we are in Dallas we will stay at another suite with an actual kitchen.

Extremely happy with our stay at the Wyndham Dallas. Big rooms, people very pleasant. Only disappointment was they did not provide free breakfast. No big deal really. Very nice motel. Would recommend highly.

I loved my stay. I was upgraded to a larger room. My room was very nice it meet my standards of staying in my resorts except for the full refrigerator and kitchen and washer and dryer. The bedroom was great conformable bed. The fitness center was nice. I loved the indoor pool didn't use it but looked great. I wish the rooms had jacuzzi.

I booked the hotel with as part of a package deal. The rental car was already a huge disaster and I expected the same from the Hotel. However when I arrived at night, check-in was fast and easy and the young woman at the counter was soo friendly. As soon as I walked in to the room I did a quick inspection. The room was extremely clean even the bathroom. And they provided a travel size shampoo, conditioner, cream, soap, and even a shower cap. As we got ready for the next day we noticed our iron didn't work and the bath wouldn't drain. I spoke to another woman at the counter in the morning, by the afternoon when I came back, new iron and bath fixed. After that no other probkems in the room. Our room was always clean when we came back and towels stocked. They even restocked our mini toiletries. *also a note. Very peaceful hotel, not much noise or maybe the walls were thick. Either way great* Overall, I stayed here for about a week and will definitely be staying with Wyhndam again. Best hotel I have booked so far!

This USED to be my favorite staycation spots in Dallas but I will never stay there again. I was charged a $300 smoking in room fee. The housekeeper claimed she saw someone smoking in the room and that is false. How could she see that when the curtains were closed? I just don't get that. With that being said, if you smoke cigarettes, it doesn't matter if you go out and smoke because the trail you leave will have you out of $300. On top of that when I spoke to the guy at the front desk who wouldn't give me his name because he knew he was being rude, hung up in my face twice. I spoke with Danny in customer service about the situation. When he called the hotel, the guy from the front desk claimed that he didn't know anything about the situation. I am very disappointed and salty about my experience there. I've stayed in this hotel at least 3 or 4 times within the last few months and never had a problem before. The one star I gave is because I couldn't give a review without one.

I hosted my Family Reunion at this hotel and everyone was completely satisfied. The rooms were extremely comfortable and the staff were welcoming and pleasant. I really appreciate the group reservation team. They made my family reunion planning experience go smoothly. Excellent group rates! I would definitely recommend this hotel for singles, business trips, couples and families.

Worst experience ever! I show up after my flight just to find out I can not stay at the hotel because I am not 21! I booked the room a month before my stay and never did it say that I needed to be 21, my refund is going to take up to a week and now I have to find another hotel for me and my 7 year old brother to stay at. I will never stay at any of the Wyndham hotels.

This hotel was a nice find in the Dallas area. The room was nice, spacious, and very affordable for a suite room. The front desk staff were also nice and helpful. One word of caution though, this is a pet friendly property and the living area smelled of dog urine. Though the hotel was nice, I would not recommend eating at their restaurants on property. The food was too expensive for the cheap quality we received. Note with the freeway construction going on in the area, the GPS navigation could not route us correctly to this property.
