Horrible HORRIBLE place for a cheer gym to have stayed! Strip club in parking lot, drug deals in parking lot, several “ladies” seen entering and exiting. Our Uber driver asked us why we were staying in “hooker central”. Besides all of this, our room was absolutely freezing despite raising the thermostat, our linen was NOT changed from previous parties… just beds remade. We had to ask for new linen and remake our own beds. The shower backed up so we stood in 2-3” of water while showering. I could keep going but I think I have painted the picture here.

Terrible place. We booked 3 rooms of which one was for people with disabilities, they always indicated that it was ready but when we arrived they did not have it available. To make matters worse, a toilet was clogged without using it, the air conditioning is not working.

Room was very dirty I stayed at this location for 3 days with no room service, towels no air conditioner and very humid room every single part of the room was dirty and dusty
Housekeeping did not even had the nerve to remove the trash of the room
They also had the fire alarm go off the 3 nights I stay there more than twice every night
I got sick from this humid rooms for 4 days
I called the front desk for towels and they say we do not have any so I tell them how is possible that no one is cleaning my room and I also tell the guy what im I gonna do now with no towels what are you gonna do?
And he told me I give u a 20% off the bill
When all I wanted was a very good stay at this place for my trip
This hotel is trash the rooms
No ac
No housekeeping towels or trash removal
Very poor costumer service and dirty rooms
DO NOT STAY HERE SAVE YOUR SELF A HEADACHE PLEASE!

It was very nice quiet and clean.

Just showed up for a reservation and your hotel is shut down. We paid already and have no where to go. And the worst thing is I can still go online and book it right now for tonight but you are shut down. Are you kidding me!

A+++ Gents if your wanting to get laid for a fair price then get a room there and you can pick out the one you want for the hour and still keep the room. And room price is fair for the inter surrounding. And the sheet are washed every day. But when it's time to check out your better be out. Just heads up guys. Ps. It's no place for kids.

The staff are great (Daisy, Diane, and Kevin). Very easy check in, new rooms, clean, good parking, hot buffet breakfast, and convenient location.

The receptionist was very friendly and helped us check in quickly for the night. This place allows for late check in, which is great for people who are traveling long distances. Parking and Wifi were both complimentary, which is a plus. The room we had was very spacious and clean. The bed was very soft and comfortable. Our overall experience was superb and we would stay again.

Great location to the interstate & Parker University. We had a 4 night stay which was enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and clean (even the carpets! ). The lobby was colorful and modern and a pleasure to be in for the warm breakfasts and the happy hours! The pool was quiet and nice. I recommend this place!

The rooms are a bit dated but they were very clean and the amenities were nice. If you are looking for a cheap hotel while traveling this is a good choice. We got in late at night and Kevin at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. All in all a good experience.

Small hotel next to Dallas. Quiet, but the rooms are small as is the bathroom.

Great hotel. Not overly expensive but still high class. The rooms have free Wi-Fi, mini fridge, microwave, cable TV, and a coffee maker. Plus the rooms are well furnished and have more of a homie feel. Not institutionalized like other hotel rooms.

Was one of the better hotels I've stayed at lately. Had a few things that could have been better, but would stay again. Didn't try the breakfast but it was an option.

This past weekend me and my husband planned a getaway and this hotel had such a great ratings I had to come see for myself. We had an amazing time. The rooms were fantastic and the food was amazing as well. This will not be our only time coming here. But the one who gets the best praise was the cleaning crew y'all cleaned our room the way we clean at home. Thank you for a wonderful time away from home.

Best Kept Secret in NW Dallas. Location perfect; near all local attractions and favorite restaurants and fast food huts. Nice Hotel staff. Always Clean. Housekeeping thoroughly cleaned rooms. Free Breakfast and beverages A+. The only issues for me was the smell upon 1st arrival; it had a dated carpet smelled mixed w/ a faint smell pine sol cleaner? The room had similar smell (old vacuum cleaner smell w/ carpet fresh cover up. Maybe carpet needs replacing or a DEEP carpet cleaning is needed. After being there 24 hrs smell dissipated? Weird. Mattresses need to be replaced or put a foam top cover. Woke up stiff but overall bed slept good. My hubby and I was very pleased.

This hotel was a great value work comfortable beds. Free hot breakfast. But it was A little farther from the airport than originally thought. And with no shuttle by the time we Uber there and back it was over$100 stay.
