Small dated rooms, Paint peeling from walls, furniture from the 60's, holes in the walls, tile missing in the bathroom, a shower made for someone 4 feet tall, bugs climbing the walls & a window sill that hasn't been clean in 6 months (there was an eighth of dust & dozens of dead flies on the sill). I know this is only a 2 star budget hotel, but this place makes an Econo lodge look like a 5 star luxury resort. The desk staff was rude, unattentive, disrespective and refused to say anything other the NO or I don't know. $70 per night is not much, but I've have recieved better service and a better rate and a better room at a truckstop motel. If I could give 0 stars I would. I will not be staying at this hotel again and would not recomend anyone else stay here either.

This is the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The carpet is filthy roaches are everywhere it has no frig no microwave the furniture is disgusting and the restroom barley has hot water toilet flushes sometimes! Js plan out nasty! So people please stay away!

Most everything was exactly how they stated online for the price ill take a few quirks. Staff is SUPER nice and helpful made my experience alot better than most.

It has people hanging around like deals going spooky. We just went to visit security closed eyes to all not a place I would stay.

I am highly concerned for anyone who stays at this location! first of all my 1 1/2 daughter broke out from her eye lids to the bottom of her feet! dust mites on my child. My fiance and I feel things crawling on us but there is never anything there until we scare up hours later from the bites! went to warm my daughter some lunch open up the microwave and a nasty roach runs through one of the holes on the inside of the microwave. I had just used the it minutes before. Later the same day I open the fridge to a much bigger roach just having a blast the mini fridge that they provided! I went crazy and trashed all food in the room! it made it even more horrible that at 4am my fiance and I just happen to be awake… we hear a quiet knock on our door! it scared the hell out of me no one knows we are here but management! my fiance looks to see who it is no one is there… almost ten minutes later somebody knocks again! we still don't know till this day who knocked on our door. Not to mention the strange woman who called our room on the motel phone saying "hey pappi do you want company? im coming up" (to our room) to my fiance! oh but hearing the man in the room next to us beat his girlfriend inside and outside of the building just topped this shity stay!. Oh wow forgot to add the baby roach that crawled on my foot while sitting on this disgusting bed. Housekeeping? it does not exist!

BUGS! This place is disgusting! It's overpriced. They don't even accept coupons or give trucker's discounts. The rooms are poorly maintained, full of roaches and falling apart. The maids don't clean them very well I slept horribly. Worried a roach was going to crawl on me. We wouldn't recommend this place as a dog house! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

This place was supposed to be knocked down with the Texas 183 Expansion Project a couple of years ago the only reason it's still here is that that Expansion Project was put on hold. The expansion project has restarted and with any luck this awful Hotel will be knocked to the ground and something useful will be put in its place. I don't know how even Super 8 lets them put their name on this hotel. This place is overpriced, poorly maintained the normal guests are drug addicts, hookers, and criminals. I recommend finding someplace better to stay like under a bridge.

No, simply no. Dropped a friend off at this location and couldn't get out of there fast enough. From doors with air gaps to window A/C units that soaked the carpet beneath them, if you can avoid this place at all costs you should!

1) big roaches 2) dirty sheets 3) baseboards falling apart could see through the sheet rock to other room 3) jacuzzi had major water leak under tub, whole caroet floor was soaked 4) big holes in mattress so we had to flip the mattress over 5) faulty, illegal wiring very scary 6) lots of homeless people going through the trash 7) toilet had to be held down to flush.

As Ghetto as it can get. Saw a live drug transaction. I would not touch anything in the room with a 10 foot pole. Did NOT stay here. Left within 2 hours of being there.

First off, it's not even the cheapest room around and it's probably in worst shape than the cheapest motels. We had to switch rooms because my two year old broke out in a blistery rash. When we inspected the bed, we did not see any bed bugs, but instead found a shit liad of roaches were living inside the box frame to the bed. That was room 143. We switched to room 134 and two of the outlet covers on the walls were hanging there. Actually one was taped on and fell off at some point. Wear socks or your feet will turn black. Shower curtains dont close all the way. Took daughter to e. R. And found out she caught SCABIES. Both her and my baby caught scabies from this motel. The maids don't clean like they are supposed to either. Please check your motel rooms before renting them. Thats my plan from now on.

Kind of scary. Whatever you do! Don't get a room on the 2nd floor! Believe me you have been warned!

How about the roaches next to bed… in bathroom and crawling across walls. Lights didn't work in bathroom. Just gross! Oh, and hookers at 2 am… loud!

The staff were pleasent and prices reasonable. Stayed several nights had contin. Breakfest. Had a really good experience there. Never had any problems, I would recommend to anyone. Nice atmosphere.

If I can give it a — negative 1000 I would, the room seem clean when we walk in but as soon I sat my bags on table I seen roaches, them entering the bathroom it was roaches on the counter and by the toliet and shower. And what makes it worst my husband was looking for the remote control and look behind the mattress and found a dildo! he could of stick his hand with dirty needles or anything which is why I'm so upset for my love one. I ask for a refund at the front desk. He refuse to give us a refund and was very rude, told us if we didn't like it we could leave but we were not getting a refund. Do not! I repeat do not stay at super 8 motel in dallas, tx worst customer service and experience! we stay up all night and morning till it was check out time.

The walls are very thin you can hear everything the next room is doing. Had to move to another room because of the noise only to find it infested with roaches and both rooms had very dirty bathrooms. Looked like black mold. Do not try and save money by staying here. We only wanted to stay close to the airport because I had to be there at 5am. I tried to get my money back to leave but I didn't pay through the hotel so I was told by the front desk I would not get my money back. Do not stay here.

I have stayed in Super 8's before but this one was the grosses dump in the world! We didn't even take off our shoes to walk on the carpet it was so gross. We would have immediately left but was really tired from a long drive. Woke up and got the hell out of there! Do not stay here.

I had a room for a couple of days and the experience was awesome. The room was clean and the lady at the front desk Jenny was very helpful, polite and knew customer service well. She is one of the reasons why I will come back to this place.
