I stayed in room 201. Woke up with bed bug bites all over. Only gave it 2 Stars because guy behind the counter was nice and easy to work with but overall I don’t recommend this place.

It was good for the price. The only negative is that we wanted a smoke free and the room smelled like a smoke and the comforter had smoke burns.

I paid to reserve 2 rooms. Room service won't deliver anemities to room. My other room's plugs, TV, phone didn't work. The room I'm currently in has scratches ALL OVER the TV like someone before had deliberately damaged it. The pool is closed and the whole building is being repaired. Let's not forget that every "non smoking" room smells like an Ash tray. Coffee maker doesn't work and one of the toilets rocks a little bit. I drove from Nashville to stay here and this place sucks balls.

Not good theres people drinking outside being loud looki ng at you everytime ypu go in and out of the room.

Clean rooms at a good rate and the young man working the desk had great customer service.

I visited this place on late August 2017. The cleaning needed improvement, because the rooms had some kind of smell that never went away. Also this visit was during hurricane Harvey and government announced no taxes but the hotel took them anyway. I assume they took it for themselves. We don`t, but they didn`t reimburse us This is problematic.

Easy to find the room of a friend and there were no problems no hassles for the time that I was on site.

It was a good place for just one night kinda, the TV didnt work, barely any of the plugs worked, the Wi-Fi was temperamental.

Started moving my stuff in 3 days ago and my unit already has a rat in it… Otherwise great experience here, Bree in the office is amazing.

The clerk's were very nice, professional and welcoming. Very clean helpful to all my need. I'd definitely come back.

I was in this motel for 3 days during my stay in Dallas. Had amazing experience. Staffs were super friendly and helped me with any problems I had (had problem trying to use TV — was taken care of right away + had good room service each day). In addition, They have good continental breakfast. If you are going to stay anywhere in East Dallas, this is the best motel for very good price. Thank you super 8 for making my Dallas stay a memorable one.

The grounds are filthy. Cigarette butts and trash everywhere. Old sidewalks and structure, needs paint. Sheets have holes. Tub has about thirty black marks through the white. The desk clerk told us 3 times to go somewhere else when I complained. $85 a night, discount $5. No AARP or any discount. See photos with captions.

Stopped here because I needed motel with close spot to my room (expensive bike on car rack) … clean place, decent price, construction on road outside was noisy and this area a bit dodgy…

Need to replace power outlets and clean shower heads better.

Great rooms, great sevice, very excellent quality of rooms. " had a great time working a photo shoot with a top notch model. Super 8 went far and above the commin concierge.

The beds where comfy but it was nasty in there. The floor had stains, the doors ​where slitly broken, the dresser was broken, breakfast wasn't even served when we where there, in a shady place. I honestly only likes the beds. This place is not worth your money.

The worst experience. I always check the bed first thing. Pull the sheet back and a tooth brush falls out onto the floor. Which leads to me further inspecting both beds. Big brown stains on the sheet and the other mattress had a hole cut into the foam where somebody had stashed something. I pull the top blanket all the way off and find a used condom stuck to the sheets. The pillows had stains and makeup smeared on them. Obviously they didnt wash sheets or pillow cases. Everything was extremely dirty. Its 4th of july weekend so everywhere else is booked ended up sleeping in our truck. Do not stay here.

The decor was old and the water I paid for wasn't cold. The ice machine was made available, but a container wasn't offered.

Where do I begin here? The only star was for checking in early and the close proximity to things. Other than that… The floors and carpet were sticky, I wore socks the entire time and even my socks came up filthy. The headboards were disgusting, the drawers of the dresser fell out all the time, the hairdryer didn't work, thee were bums sleeping in the hallway, you needed a room key to get ice of all things, the breakfast was meanial (bread, muffins, green bananas, milk in an old beat up pitcher) when I was told the breakfast was a full breakfast with fresh fruits and yogurt included, and to top it all off… I ended up paying 319 for a three night stay. All in all, horrific place to stay.

We asked for a no smoking room. Room smelt disguting… burnt sheet with cigar. Paid 147 becuase it was "valentines weekend". Towels were all stained. Breakfast was included… umm there were only bananas and a muffin.

I've stayed in hundreds of hotels. Shower issues are usually lack of hot water or lack of water pressure. Never have I seen the shower head tied up with a plastic bag.

Bed bugs! I woke up with large bumps covering my body the carpet was filthy. A used condom in the tub. Ice machine is locked after hours.

They were in the process of renovating so a lot of mini fridges & microwaves were in the lobby cluttered in a corner. I saw the housekeeper throw the dirty sheets over the balcony on to the ground to be washed instead of using a hamper. Also, I started itching & developed a rash the next day. I think the rash developed from cheap laundry detergent. The room needed painting & the bathtub paint was peeling/ rusting inside. We had booked for 2 days & arrived in Dallas late so we stayed only 1 night & demanded our money for the 2nd night to get another hotel room. Our money was refunded & we left.

I didn't even stay. I demanded my money back almost immediately after entering the room I had booked over 2 weeks in advance. The room was dirty and DID NOT look at all like the pictured room on the website (jacuzzi king suite). The jacuzzi was nothing like the jacuzzi pictured on the website either, it was not in the room next to the bed, it was just a deep tub with a couple of jets, no steps, nothing worth paying extra for. There were cigarette and blunt burns all over the edge of the sink and jacuzzi as well. There was a conjoined room next door as well which was not mentioned in the description either. I checked the door and it appeared as though that door didn't lock either, so a stranger could have just walked in from next door had they pleased!? Upon informing the front desk of my dissatisfaction with the room (once again, booked over 2 weeks in advance) he responded to me "We almost cancelled your reservation because you arrived after midnight to check in". I responded "well go ahead and do it, cancel my room and give me my refund right now". He resisted giving the refund at first, until he realized I was staying in the hotel with my band (we had rented a total of five rooms) upon realizing that we were all travelling together (no one was happy with their room, as none of the rooms were as described), and me threatening to call super 8 corporate right that moment (2:30am 2/14/2015 YEAH VALENTINES DAY NO LESS!

TL/DR filing ADA complaint, if you're disabled, traveling with service dog or simply have a soul just keep on looking. Booked late night reservation here through Orbitz. Clerk wouldn't let me check in when I arrived, said they had no rooms and I couldn't check in until 2:00pm roughly 12 hours from when I arrived. Clerk then rented 2 rooms to walk up customers while I was in their lobby trying to handle this nightmare with Orbitz. Clerk made repeated comments about my service dog. Made complaint through Orbitz, they were useless. I explained to clerk I have health issues and made request for reasonable accommodation, explained ADA and explained I'd booked the room for that night and Orbitz website had advertised rooms for THAT night. Clerk just argued. Orbitz finally called hotel to attempt resolution after 4 hours on phone with them. BTW all Orbitz cust service is overseas and none of their managers are familiar with ADA laws. Finally got into room after being up for 30 hours and pillows smelled like ashtrays. Breakfast bar was lamest I've ever seen. Will never stay at Super 8 again.

This hotel was a disappointment. Since the moment you start using the services things are missing. Breakfast was crapy went early and only cereal was left but milk was rotten. Waffle machine broken, Juice machine broken, bread was all gone look like maybe the staff had eaten it since the rooms were hardly any room occupied. The water in the tub took 4ever to go down. The beds springs were broken they were pressing through the mattress. The TV didn't have a clear picture. The whole experience was horrible! Oh and the pool did not work with this heat. Wow.

Be aware of this motel! I wouldn't stay if it's free lot of bed bugs and not worth it at all i could not sleep whole nit.
