Location was perfect as we were going to be going to the airport in the morning. The room was very clean and smelt very clean. Some things that really made me upset was the fact that the elevator did not work and he put us on the third floor which we had to take all our luggage up the stairs. Also when we arrived he informed us the Wi-Fi was not going to be working for a couple of hours and this is at 6 pm. The staff was mediocre and not very friendly or helpful. The breakfast was adequate. I just felt the Wi-Fi and elevator not working really took away from our stay.

Although it's not in the best part of a town, this is a clean and standard hotel. Check-in was easy, rooms were very clean and well equipped. Even though the hotel is older, there have been many updates made. Breakfast was simple, but also included hot items.

After staying at this hotel for a long weekend, I left to go back home across the country. I realized as I got to the airport that I had left a personal item in the room. I called them immediately to see if they would ship it to me, saying that I would pay for them to do so. The man I spoke to was incredibly rude, stating that because the item wasn’t expensive, he wouldn’t ship it to me. He then proceeded to argue with me about what items were important and therefore worthy to ship. Very VERY disappointed in the behavior of this establishment. I now I have to go out and purchase a replacement. Would not recommend anyone to stay here. They clearly do not care about their customers.

Called around 10am to reserve a room and was asked what time we planned on getting there, I said within the next 30min — 1hr. Was told that was no problem and he said that it would be $89, I asked if that included tax and was told it did. Reserved the room and got there to check in, he was very nice and gave us our room on the first floor we walked to the room and noticed the door was cracked open but didn’t think to much about it. Noticed there was piss in the toilet and the air conditioning unit was missing making a hole in the wall. The front desk called and said he put us in the wrong room and moved us to an upstairs room, got in the hallway and smelled a very strong smell of marijuana. Got into our new room and it wasn’t bad, bed was comfortable and room was spacious, but water smelled like sewer. Later in the day got a notification that I had gotten $101.69 taken out from my account. Next morning asked them why they said it was $89 with tax and $101 was taken out. He was very rude about it and said that didn’t include tax and since I checked in before 2pm that it was actually cheaper, which he never told me about when I made the reservation. Most likely won’t stay again.

The hotel was pleasant overall. The staff was as helpful as I needed them to be, the rooms were comfortable and amenities met my expectations. I enjoyed the breakfast for sure!

Easy to find, nice accommodations, even though we checked in quite late that night. The comp. Breakfast had a nice variety of food choices.

As I drove here I noticed the bad company around the area. But after coming in and noticing the beautiful upkeep. I have to give you 10 stars in the sky. Great job best western northwest inn.

The staff made up if there were any deficiency. I was totally at ease and felt very comfortable. The MANAGER to the housekeeping staff was wonderful. Thanks.

The hotel is in a quite area. Staff made my stay feel safe. Room was clean. Over all great experience.

When I need to stay in Dallas for work I almost always stay here. Fast check in. Clean rooms. Free Wi-Fi. Lots of pillows on beds. Free HBO 1 central entry staffed 24/7 so no worries of someone wandering the hallway who isn't a guest. Security cameras in parking lot as well as hallways in hotel Free continental breakfast. I use express check out which is very nice. Only recommendation would be better quality towels.

Thank you for such great hospitality! My wife and I had an extended stay while in Dallas and enjoyed the cleanliness, the quietness, and the helpfulness of all the staff. We will definitely be booking this hotel again!

Nice facility, convenient location, generally good to excellent service, less expensive than other in town hotels. Only difficulty was a loud person in the next room, that we could hear through the closed between room doors, which is not something the hotel can do anything about in the middle of the night.

Great hotel close to everything, mechanic shop, nice dining restaurant, close to highway, major shopping center, the hotel has free plenty of parking, free continental breakfast, free working Wi-Fi, clean rooms, comfortable beds, daily house keeping, coin laundry on the site and very professional smiling receptionist, the price for the service well worth, I will repeat this hotel and I highly recommend this place.

Had to swap rooms due to a minor booking error. Got placed in a bigger room. Returned from our concert to a heavy marijuana smell on the first floor. Otherwise, room was nice and cold, showers were hot. Next to an office building so it’s a decent place to stay. Not much they traffic if any. If spend another night here.

We stayed at the Best Western Northwest Inn the night prior to our flight. It's a short drive to Love Field. Room was satisfactory and quiet; breakfast was good. (Good variety and correct temperatures for food. ) We were well-rested in advance of our flight. Overall a good value, especially considering our last minute reservation.

Everything looks & smells good. Breakfast good, free newspaper. Very quiet. People friendly, allowed us early Check In. No complaints so far.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive. The only issue was we found a menu to have food delivered but when we called to make our order we were told the company went out of business.

Surprisingly nice and spacious room. Updated decor. Water shower pressure high. Free Wi-Fi. Flat screen. Cable. Microwave. Fairly big refrigerator. Quiet. Basically, what you'd hope a normal room would be.

The only place I stay when I'm in Dallas, Tx. Clean rooms great customer service. I send all my family and friends when they are in Dallas to stay here.

My huzband uses BW in his job travels & has returned to this motel twice now. He has enjoyed the clean atmoshphere & breKfast area. Veriy helpful staff & allowed later check out due to later flight departure. He would highly recommend & stay here again!

This is not the cleanest Best Western we have stayed in on this trip across America nor the dirtiest. Breakfast offerings a typical bottom level. Nasty adult items were under the bed.

Clean. Staff friendly. Breakfast not well stocked and typical motel complementary microwave fare. Still, it was close to the place we were in Dallas to see. And if we go back, I will stay there again.

This was my first time trying out this hotel and it was very affordable and clean! The staff was helpful and the breakfast had a lot of variety. This hotel also has a jacuzzi and a fitness area. Peaceful area to leave cars outside parked and not noisy at all like other hotels. Love it, I highly recomend to all (: Deserves 5 stars!

The people there are extremely polite and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pricing was amazing. Thank you guys for making our stay that much more comfortable and stress free!

Someone stole my tailgate off my truck in the parking lot. Won't be staying here ever again. Stay away from this place.

Very clean and comfty… The only reason I dont give the 5 stars its because the hallways smell like cigarret and the pool was not clean… Other than that it was a really good choice.

Fairly well priced but very dated interior. The carpeting looks pretty old. My first impression of the room was the bed. I pulled the sheets back and the mattress was exposed. The mattress itself looked old and the cover had holes in it. There wasn't a fitted sheet over the mattress cover, either. It was just a draw sheet with no elastic so, when you lay down, the mattress is again exposed.

I really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, comfortable, and the biscuits were awesome hot. And the coffee doesn't taste like watered down coffee. Thanks BW!

I was really disappointed in the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke in the lobby, upstairs hallway, and in our room. It's supposed to be smoke free.

This place was probably one of the worst motels I've ever stayed at. It wreaked of smoke, the room was dirty and it never got cleaned the whole time I stayed there, which was a week and way too long. The people that run the place are idiots.

Rooms were pretty nice (117). I love the bathroom bowl & the drop down ironing board! The bed was comfy! The location is a little hard to get to! I did not like the smell of cigarettes! Had I knew it was smoking rooms, I would not have stayed!

The hallways smelled of cigarettes upon arrival and later the next day of weed. But the rooms and service were all very pleasant!

I stayed here for 2 nights, for a 3 day weekend I decided to ignore other reviews on this loctions and to just stick it out to see if this hotel is nice for a low price. But it turns out I was wrong, the place reeked up smoke, and it felt dirty. The rooms were not that bad, but the over all environment wasnt that great. Felt like I was staying in vegas.

Located near love airfield, rooms are clean but a bit old, needs some update but does the job.

I was worried because of the reviews but I never had the same problems my room was clean with lots of channels on the TV staff was great the room and hotel smelled great Landry room was great gym was nice as well it was cheaper then the other places around and in a great location.

Arrived late last night from the airport and right as we walked it, the place smelled of pot. The room was okay. The hotel itself was hard to find even for the cab driver we had.

I will never stay here again. My room was infested with ants and the front desk told me that it was basically my own fault. When I told them of the problem, they asked me what I expected them to do about it. I have a toddler, so moving to another room while my husband was at work was impossible without help. They refused to help me at all short of getting me a key to another room. No customer service and no people skills. Also, it seems like hardly any of the staff here speak English. Very disappointing and very infuriating. Will not recommend this to anyone.

A friend said this place was a dump. Hindu manager runs a dirty joint.
