Inexpensive place to stay. My son left his favorite toy during our stay & management was kind enough to mail it to us so long as we paid shipping. We are very grateful.

Great place to stay love the hospitality an how clean the place is kept.

Told me I was on the do not rent list. Accused me of taking a blanket when I did no such thing. Either the house keeping was having a bad day or whatever but I did not take a blanket. This place sucks.

Manager wife is rude to guest and the help. Place still seems to have a problem with bed bugs. Did not think a head when doing the remodel of the rooms. Still over priced for a room even with the remodel. Nothing was up dated. Just pant on the walls and new flooring.

Service is nice, gots potential… Rooms are getting worked on which they do need it. The parkings area is good and convenient. Keep it up guys!

Very friendly quite the staff was very nice and friendly love how my truck was right at the front door stores and restaurants all with in walking distance rooms were comfortable didn't hear anyone in rooms around us spacious parking free breakfast loved it cause most motels dont provide breakfast like Hotels do and cheap prices loved our stay there and would most definitely recommend a good place to stay linens was the only bad thing but we bring our own there's made good floor towels so we didn't have to dirty ours.

Smelly room, shower curtain had mold n mildew, human hair on walls, Awwwwww no, never again.

Very expensive and has a lot of traffic going by all hours of the day and night. Sirens from abulances and police cars and fire trucks plus big trucks. Not a place you want to come if you're looking for peace and quiet. Also the people renting the rooms have people coming over at all hours of the night banging on doors and yelling and owners aren't going to do anything about it. Rooms aren't very clean and also have roaches. Your feet will turn black from the carpet being dirty so I suggest wearing shoes or socks all the time.

Nice place to stay, more restaurant and store are within walking distance. People that work at desk are very good n friendly. Definitely stay here again.

This place is just amazing. I've been staying here for about a month now. The maids are very polite. The people that work at the desk are very polite and make you feel welcome. Their rooms are really nice. I love that they have a large closet and a dresser to put away our clothes. They have free Wi-Fi here and HBO. I never get to miss out on my favorite shows! The area is very quiet. I don't have any problems with any guests being too loud or noisy. I am within walking distance of any retail stores and restaurants. They offer free breakfast which is more than most hotels do. And I have parking right up at my door. I don't have to walk through Lobby or leave my car unattended in a large parking lot miles away from my room! I would definitely recommend the Delux Inn in Cleburne for any traveler traveling through the area, or even for extended periods of time.

Large room. Comfortable bed. Numerous restaurants and stores within walking distance. Issues that I had were resolved quickly. Central location within town. Large selection of TV stations. Good value for the money.

I really enjoy it here. It's very affordable and the staff up front are really friendly and courteous. The rooms are a good size and you're within walking distance to a dozen restaurants and a few stores. Very nice how there's coffee pots in the room. 5 stars.

Have a sign on side of building Special rates 179 weekly plus tax and up 35.99 daily plus tax and up When I try to reserve a room for 1 person, I get a outrageous price before tax. When I mention the special sign posted on building. I get told that's only for 5 days wor weekly workers not for 7 days. When I told him weekly stands for 7 days not 5 days, the sign doesn't say five days. He states "and up". So he knowingly is charging more which is called FRAUD! Bait and switch! Save your money and go elsewhere! Crooks!

Don't go here very rude got hung up on twice when I was asking about price, the again I called back cause I thought we lost connection I was asking about check in got hung up on again, very rude.

Terrible front desk etiquette from all staff that I encountered and undriendly. 1) My husband asked for sugar and the female staff member gave him a small bowl of clumped, hard pebbles. He asked if she had packets of sugar. She provides him one packet, slid it over to him on the counter and glared at him. 2) I asked for 3 towels as housekeeping did not service our room that day. She did not acknowledge my request verbally, obtained 1 towel from the front desk cabinet, put it on the counter and then stood and starred at me. 3) the front desk had an an unmerciful stinch… And the cereal provided for breakfast was stale! I suggest paying for the more expensive chain of hotels/motels because in this instance you get what you pay for! Terrible place!

I sayed February 22nd and 23rd cause of bad weather its nice for $46 dollar room hot shower the only thing I had a problem with had only one power outlet in the room to charge my phone and it was in the corner of the room so I had to get out of bed to use my phone other than that its nice for the price.

I am currently staying at the deluxe inn in cleburne tx and it is nice enough however lately they havent been having hot water… I have called and complained yet still no hot water. The internet lags often and the people arent very friendly and sometimes make you feel like a tenant and not a guest at a hotel!
