Quaint & quiet environment… The rooms were extremely neat and uniformed. Picture perfect! Swimming pool is secluded and remained open the entire time… Plus the continental breakfast is awesome!

Without doubt one of the favorite motels I stayed during my time in Texas! The staff was extremely friendly. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the Manjari (general manager) is such a warm personality (recommendable! ) who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!

This hotel is nasty, disgusting and down right not worth a star. The only star I give is for the guy at the front desk that came to our room and changed our bed sheets due to us finding BLOOD on them! This was also after we had already switched rooms due to the room being absolutely filthy! There were hair shavings on the towels, crumbs on the mattress, stains on the furniture, the smell of mildew, mold in the bath shower, a dirty microwave, a dirty mini fridge, and a soaking wet floor due to the air conditioning leaking! The guy that helped us had wonderful customer service skills! He was awesome! Matter of fact, he was the only one on-site when we arrived! However that hotel is a disaster! Also when the housekeeper came and brought fresh, warm towels; I requested that we get a few hand towels. When she walked of to get more I inspected the new towels and one of them had a fingernail or toe nail on it! I told her about the nail when she came back and gave her the towel. When I gave her the towel and told her about it she got the towel and flicked the toenail off and gave the towel back to me! Do not stay here unless you want to have an experience/adventure of “How Dirty Can This Hotel Be”!

This place is terrible. Pool out of order for entire stay, poor plumbing (water backs up in shower) and spotlights outside and only a sheer curtain on the window. Do NOT stay here, pay a few more dollars and go to the Comfort Inn next store.

Could have been better. My room was hot as hell, had to switch. After switching the room I had before had a couch and this room didn't. Probably will try next door next time I'm in benbrook.

The bathroom looked like a crime scene. Foreign hairs everywhere, one curtain, carpet filthy, towels had stains, face cloths had stains, toilet had black grit inside of it, shower curtain stained, sink had red "stuff" (I'm not clear if it was blood or what it was) in and around it. Basically the sink was dirty as was the bathroom floor. The microwave was just kind of sitting out in space unplugged? The refrigerator was dirty. They don't give you a comforter, the iron didn't work properly and I found foreign hair on the bed sheets. Just throw the whole room out! I would recommend this place to absolutely no one. I'm mad I had to give one star. If I must apply the star to something — everyone was friendly. That's all I've got.

Big mistake booking this hotel online. Arrived after 5pm (the check in time was 4pm) we had to wait in the lobby while the room was cleaned and while sitting there the employees kids were so loud and running around as if the lobby was a playground! Once in the room (an hour later) it was supposed to be a non smoking room but it stunk of old stale cigarette smoke and it was over sprayed heavily with room deodorizer! Needless to say we didn't stay in this HELL HOLE! We left and rented another room for the night!

The bedding in our first room had organic (body, food, and/or animal) stains in several places, so we asked for another room. We were moved across the hall where the bedding again was stained. There were makeup stains on one of the pillow cases that suggest to me this hotel doesn't make washing their sheets a priority, which, given the nature of a hotel, is gross and unacceptable, especially for a national chain.

Very simple hotel, so I can't complain about that. Nice room, nice staff, easy access. The only annoying thing was that none of the TV cords were attached to I had to put the TV together myself. Otherwise I enjoyed the stay for the price.

The room was dirty. The carpet needed cleaning and the bathroom besides the leaking faucets needed the floor cleaned it had dead bugs and roaches and the room has the smell of dog and or cat pee. The dog area has so much dog poop that not even my dog did not want to use it there. That there alone is a health hazard. I would NOT recommend it to anyone. Oh yes there is mold in the bath area and the shower curtain smells bad needs to be changed out. It was not worth my money and the wouldn't refund your money after you rent it. I have traveled area and know this for a FACT people from India that own and these hotels and motels are cheap but don't keep up with the cleaning or remodeling of their business. Sorry but a true FACT.

I don't normally vote 5 stars, but for the price we're paying I'm super impressed with this hotel, Matthew the front desk clerk, everything. It's clean, well maintained, I mean I'm impressed.

Room was dirty, hair and dirt all over the floors, we stayed 2 nights and you could tell they didn’t vacuum or even sweep the floors. Gross… highly don’t recommend staying here.

The place is okay it looks a little old and when you go there you got to call to the front desk to ask them to turn on the AC but other than that everything was great the water is nice and hot and I don't know about the breakfast that give you cuz I didn't eat it.

Someone apparently stated here and skipped out on their bill. So they either dial the number wrong or were given a false number. The manager is talking at me a mile a minute telling me she's going to turn me into police or someone, hard to understand her accent, and would NOT stop talking. I kept trying to say she had the wrong number and I've never been there but she kept threatoning me. She dial d the wrong number and harrassed me. She just assumed she had the right person when she dialed a number off mine. Not my fault at all but I get a yelling voice who would not listen to me. Would n re stay here.

Loved this place! Very friendly desk workers. Manager is awesome! Love the location. Will be back.

It has been 18 days and they have not refunded the $50 overcharge. I have called twice––the lst time I was told that he did it right then. Second time––I was told that it had been done; but still has not appeared on my credit card and it has been over a week since they said they did it. Supposedly the manager was supposed to determine while the refund had not gone through and e-mail me. Nothing.

Scam artists. These people use priceline to book unsuspecting customers. Before booking rooms for my family which includes twin toddlers, I called to confirm that they have adjoining rooms. They confirmed the affirmative. I booked 2 adjoining rooms. When I came to check in, they inform me that they only have adjacent rooms, not adjoining. So my toddlers have to sleep alone in a hotel room or my husband and I do not get to see each other during this trip. They are liars and scam artists. Do not stay here. This stay only got worse. The non adjoining rooms were smoke filled and disgusting. They offered to move our rooms and showed me 5 additional rooms, 4 of which had strong smoke smells. After I refused all of those rooms the office "found" two more rooms. Those were "clean" but when my kids went to take a shower in the morning there were ants pouring out of the bathroom wall around the shower faucet. They moved the children's room across the hall and then our AC unit only worked half the time, squealing the entire time. One night of the stay I started hearing dripping water and went into the bathroom to find water pouring out of the light fixture. The hotel is disgusting and should be avoided. I'll never stay at another Days Inn after this experience.

Nice rooms but the breakfast that that was SUPPOSED to have eggs, well, I guess was served by a minimum wage employee so there were none.

Checked in around midnight wait at the front desk around 15min til they wanted to help get in the room no TV remote or wire for the the phone to call the front desk and the HEATER DIDN'T WORK and it was in the 20s that night so I didn't sleep at all moved rooms at 830 in the morning the new room the heater was turning on and off and went to take a hot shower and no hot water it was the biggest joke of a hotel I have are stayed at. And the breakfast they serve just go to McDonald's never once the they offer a discount or anything. GO TO THE ONE ACROSS THE PARKING LOT PAY THE MONEY I STAY ALL THE TIME THEY WERE BOOKED THIS TIME and I will call days inn main office I should have slept in my car I would have been warmer.

Nice pleasant place. Helping staff members and the manager is cool.

Overall: priced cheaper than many, you get what you pay for. Good: the staff were friendly and the price was decent. Also, Texas waffles. Not so good: towels and some bedding had stains, pillows were uniformly huge so options were neck strain or no pillow, AC was off when we entered the room and it took a long while to get it cold. Also, might just be an idiot but I couldn't figure a way to switch the bath to the shower.

This was a wonderful stay. Right off the highway. Clean rooms and a clean pool. Staff was great. Had a good breakfast and a late checkout.

Dinky was so accommodating! He is the definition of customer service! So polite, and he assisted me very quickly when I needed a room change. I changed rooms because while lying in bed, a bed bug emerged and almost crawled right onto me. I was beyond disgusted. Dinky is the only reason I gave this property four stars. The breakfast was really good and my second room was clean, even though I had Dinky dry my bedding to ensure I wouldn't have that bug issue again! I am posting my review because the practice should be to refund someone who has video of a bug crawling in the bed, at your hotel. Dinky couldn't offer me anything so I felt no need to take this up with him, plus he was so accommodating it was very hard to do anything but appreciate him. So dinky, as promised I am letting your excellence be known! I love his work ethic and I'm glad that he is on property!

We were disappointed — we've stayed at Days Inn before, but this one was not nice. After a no smoking lecture, our first room smelled like smoke and the bedding was stained. Our 2nd room smelled better, but was dirty. The hotel overall had a horribly strong cleaning agent smell-but it didn't smell clean, just made you gag. Most employees were friendly, but few spoke English. Breakfast was varied, but cheap and usually out of hot breakfast by 8. Unless you wanted oatmeal. (They would make more if they had more. But you had to ask, as the desk clerk was in charge of breakfast. Talk about understaffed! ) ) The Texas shaped Waffles were a hit. And the pool was terrific! Except you had to use your room towel, then trade it for another one, if they had any. No washrags, and one hand towel lasted us 6 days. The pillows were so flat that they were folded to look like throw pillows. : (If not for the pool, and the working AC, we probably would have asked for a refund and changed hotels. ☆Bonus: we got to meet some of Benbrook's finest as they carried out a box of evidence one morning. The police weren't there just to make us feel safe.

I would have given this place 2 stars, but they have a nice selection of food, and a good location so 3 stars. The things they need to improve on are the pool's cleanliness. It is very dirty. And also room service. They don't change anything and one person ate our food! Very disrespectful. And the last thing it needs to improve on is the AC. It smells awful when you turn it on and when you turn it on in the day, it wont do anything, but in the night, it feels like Antarctica with no jacket on. But otherwise everything was nice. The front desk was very helpful, food was great with nice vareity. And it is very good for people with a budget. Overall a nice stay, But I wouldn't come back even if it was the last hotel left.

Location is quiet but still close enough (15 minutes from downtown or 5ish minutes from hulen or ridgemar malls and movie theaters. Rooms are nice enough and the police presence from Benbrook PD is great. Crime rate for car burglaries is basically non-existent.

Room was clean. We needed a place to sleep for the night after driving for 15 hrs and the bed was clean and did the job. The shower was nice and water hot. Breakfast area was not great but we got there late but hey they have Texas shaped waffles and staff seems nice. Book through AARP and save money! A little noisy in morning but otherwise good. Our room was handicapped accessible and had a Jacuzzi we didn't use. A safe place to crash after a long drive can be found here.

The employees are just absolutely amazing. I feel so comfortable and welcomed here. Very clean and smells amazing. The house keepers do an amazing job. Always making sure I have everything that I need toilet paper, clean towels, shampoo and conditioner, and Kleenex.

The best thing I can say about this hotel is that it is in a quiet location that is convenient if you plan to be on the west side of Ft. Worth. The clerk who checked us in was not very friendly or welcoming. She also brought up and stressed the hotel's non-smoking policy, but, ironically enough, our room smelled like cigarette smoke barely covered up with deodorizing spray. The sofa had stains on it. Oddly, our pillows were just throw pillows and uncomfortable to sleep on. I asked the clerk if we could get regular pillows, and she said they were the only kind the hotel stocked. When our room was cleaned, all of our towels were removed but not replaced. When I asked the desk clerk for a new set of towels, he said the hotel was full so they were short of towels, and it took about an hour to get just 2 towels. Also, the breakfast area was poorly maintained (few items available and not much of each of them). Overall, not the worst place I've ever stayed, but I''ll spend my $85 a night elsewhere next time I'm in the area.

Best possible room you can get for the price! Room has a comfortable king size bed, a couch, a refrigerator and microwave, and a jacuzzi tub. The bathroom is updated and the whole room was very clean. The breakfast wasn't the best selection but standard for the price. Friendly staff and a quiet stay. Definitely would come back!

Nice rooms and friendly staff.

Reserved a a room with a king bed and a couch nonsmoking arrived to the hotel my room had been rented so they offered a 1 king bed only room nonsmoking. Did not have any other option. Got into the actual room and there were cigarette butts on the ground as well as plastic wrappers of some sort. Extremely dirty and charged a 100 fee just in case something happened to the room.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel last night. Space although the beds were comfy and appeared to be clean the carpet the walls in the bathroom and the furniture was disgusting. Space the free breakfast is a joke. Would not recommend. This is more like a one star hotel.

Bed bugs, drugs, unclean rooms, amenities don't work properly, food not handled cleanly, poor managment. Not worth the money at all.

They charge a security deposit of 100.00 on your debit and credit card. You will be charge travel and entertain fee of 16.95. For some reason they think your going to order videos in your room. Not worth the time or your money for this place.

Absolutely disgusting drug everywhere at this hotel smelled like cigarettes it was dirty.

There was a dead roach in the room. But on the plus side, the musty odor wasn't that bad.

Cockroach. Weed. Dead prostitutes in pool.
