Typical hotel. Next to a liquor store. Not a real busy place. I do see alot of touring buses there.

Left a $250 hotel room in Arlington because the service and room were so bad. Found ourself here and were so pleased with our stay. Great customer service and a comfortable room (much better than the more pricey room we originally had in Arlington. ) If you need a place to rest your head and you don’t want to bust the budget, stay here.

Customer service was bad, manager on duty was very rude, I had booked a room for two people but my five-year-old granddaughter decided she wanted to go so I told him we had two adults one child he got very rude with us told us you that had booked three people to begin with also I noticed the sign out front said pet friendly, and that was OK with me but we slept in a bed that I guess has had animals in it because me and my wife get ate up with flea bites when we checked out we told the desk clerk she said I’m sorry, Also the continental breakfast was cold I will not ever stay there again.

One of the best motels I've stayed in great rooms staff friendly and helpful and all around great service.

Very nice service and room was comfortable and very clean, huge room 3 beds for a great price!

The staff is amazing. Food is great. They have the best coffee around. The rooms are clean and updated.

Indian operated, smells like curry throughout motel, hotel owner changes his prices drastically, do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

This used to be a decent place to stay but the owner has gone up with his prices, before you stay here call around there are many motels in the area with better prices.

Hotel, was ok. Had issues and was threatened by another occupant. Knocked on my door at 530am complaining about noise for 2 days. We were only there 7 hrs.

I wish I didn't have to give a star but I have to comment I made reservations that could not be cancelled what a nightmare I came in with two RVs 45 ft they said they had big vehicle parking which is a lie they did like we're we. Parked hollering and screaming can understand them cuz they don't speak English been told me my credit card was declined when it was his machine he wrote my credit card number down on a piece of paper with my license driver's license and left it laying on the counter and got mad cuz I told him to put it behind the counter so whole checking was horrible we told them we don't smoke they put us in a room 310 that smell like a Dirty Ashtray then got mad cuz they had to change our room we go to the room take showers and find dirty washcloths hanging in the shower that somebody else used to wipe their ass with please stay away from this hotel it is horrible unbelievably horrible.

One of the worst places I've ever stayed. Dirty, smelly and run-down. The nerve to charge $70 a night is beyond me!

The manager/front desk staff were very kind and accommodating. The rooms are quite nice and seem to be clean. Thank you for the great stay! Would recommend.

Terrible customer service. My sister in law made an online reservation for one night (October 28th) through Expedia for $69, and according to the “manager” Chen, there was no information sent to them. He offered a room for $110 and was persistent that there was no reservation. After getting a hold of the Expedia costumer service, the man denied having any rooms available. Reading over some reviews, it’s obvious this man makes his money by ripping people off. This place is not remotely close to a one star rate. Do not book here!

Manager very helpful and friendly, but online reservation was nowhere to be found. Rates very competitive. Room was clean, but armchair in room was dirty and stained… shampoo or recover needed. Limited breakfast, but had biscuits and gravy and waffles. All in all, good value for money.

Service was great and the room was clean. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Don't stay here if you use Wyndham Rewards points. I booked a room on a go-fast rate for $50.85 after tax. They would not honor the go fast rate. They wanted $69 + tax for the room.

I was in town visiting family. The pool was shut down and posted on door the city said it didnt meet code. Room I booked was supposed to have Jacuzzi in it and it didn't. When I asked they said I'd have to pay extra. The front desk cornered my kids and wouldn't allow them to leave the lobby. Call my room made me go to front desk said I didn't pay for visitors. My room was not cleaned for 3 days and waterbug was in bathroom. Was a total nightmare.

Rooms are pretty clean. The AC squeaks and the pool & hot tub were closed by the city.

The man who checked us in was excellent! Rooms were clean and the A/C was on for us! I highly recommend this stop for weary travelers along IH-35… Its worth the stop! We arrived exhausted, and found a Whataurger very close… Great experience!

Awesome room. Clean. Staff was very helpful. Pool was closed on our visit, but everything was very nice. We got a king suite for under &100.

Staff was friendly, my room was very nice and clean. Tv is a little to small for a room this size. Truck with trailer parking for about 3 of them. But don't turn around in lot next door lol Over all very peaceful and quite. Good prices for truckers.

We stayed here out of necessity not by choice. Every hotel between here & Killeen was booked, so we were stuck with this place. The only King room left was the King smoking jacuzzi suite. They did give it to us for $100 for the night, but not worth it when compared to the other local hotel rates, but when no other hotels are available it worked. The staff is friendly, but the lobby & breakfast area smells very strongly of curry. The rooms are outdated other then a small flat-screen T. V. There were stains all over the floor in the room & the carpet was ripped. The rooms were clean though, even when I moved the dresser to plug in my cell phone charger I didn't see the dust bunnies & crumb I have seen at even higher end hotels. This would be a great hotel if they remodeled the place to match the price they are charging. In a crunch it works, but I wouldn't choose it if I had other options available. They do have an outdoor pool & they have a breakfast bar with limited options.

Nice! The staff were so friendly. The room was very nice and quiet. The ONLY problem was the shower pressure. Definitely would stay again.

The manager is a very friendly and caring person. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. The rooms were clean and the service was welcoming.

I never do hotel ratings but this has to be said: the manager of this place is a very considerate and kind man, always doing his best to give you a good rate. There's good internet, a gym, a pool, and the place is clean.

My Favorite home away from home.

Excellent customer service, however it needs a little attention and the maids need to be more thorough. There was an old potatoe or something in the fridge, but the rest of the room was clean. Grounds need a little attention too, and the breakfast was kind of skimpy, I didn't see any fresh fruit or yogurt or anything like that, just the waffle thing and some bread goods. Good place for a night if you're traveling through the area.

Called ahead to see if they had a room available. They did, and quoted me 64.99 plus tax. When we got to hotel, the clerk was saying 79.99 plus tax with 10 dollar discount. 69.99 plus tax. He did change it and honor the phone quote after looking at me strangely. Went to get ice and the ice machine is broken. Next morning used the gym and the treadmill is broken and the hot tub was broken. Breakfast offerings were cold pastries and coffee. Disappointed in the facilities.
