Indoor pool is a great place to wind down after a busy day.

Clean rooms. No problems at all. Very friendly staff would recommend to anyone.

Had to stay here for work for a few days. Management/owner staff are RUDE. The provided breakfast is bad. Gym was out of order! Ice machine was out of order! Pool smelled bad. Elevator makes a lot of noise. The only positive part of my stay was that the cleaners were nice.

I loved this Days Inn when my family and I stayed here 2 weeks ago, scouting the area as we are moving to Cove this summer! It was big, clean, and I loved all the touristy Texas landmarks in the hotel! The front desk attendant was cool. He was very attentive and showed great hospitality. Our room was huge! It The breakfast was limited, not much variety. But the waffles shaped in the state of Texas was cute! The kids enjoyed the Heated indoor pool! Close to movies and all things. We are going back in 2 months for another visit.

We stayed here over the Christmas holiday and had an amazing time! Tina at the front desk is a beautifully sweet woman. I wish all the hotels had people like her. We booked online and got placed next to the ice machine (I'm pretty sure those site automatically place the reservation where ever) so I asked for a quieter spot, she was so gracious and moved us to a better location. I think the only thing that would make it better would be some protein in the breakfast, though this is the first hotel I have been to that serves biscuits and gravy so that was amazing. We have family in that area so we will definitely be returning to this hotel for future trips.

Horrible! Cleaning staff gave you new towels threw you're covers back on your bed and rearranged your things (which they spent more time at). I work on the road and my life is Wi-Fi. That's how I spend time with my family! Its nonexistent and the ether net cable port is worse! Had better in the 90s with dial up! There system is set up to boot you! Had to use my data plan to even use my phone! Woke up sore every morning and that's all I have to say about the bed! Two horrible horrible weeks of my life and I stayed here through a multi billion dollar company!

This is the nicest days Inn I've ever stayed in. After deciding to leave the Best Western next door due to horrible treatment by the owner. We were lucky enough to get a room at the Days Inn. The owner went out of his way to help us get settled. I would stay here anytime! Don't ruin your stay in copperas cove come to the Days Inn.

We reserved a double bed and they only had queen available as they overbooked. Not much in the way of fitness center. Staff was pleasant and were trying to be helpful however, which was nice.

Excellent hotel! The first thing I noticed driving up is the neighborhood. The hotel is right next to a grocery store, a Walmart, a bunch of places to eat and a movie theater. The second thing is (compared to other Days Inns I've stayed in) that all of the doors are on the inside. Most other Days Inns I've seen all of the room doors face outside. The little office area is very clean and well decorated. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice. I got to my room and it was also very clean and well decorated. I got lucky enough that I had an empty parking space right outside my window so I was able to park where I could see the car. The king sized bed I had was extremely comfortable. Most other places seem to give four pillows, but they were generous with five. My room had a little microwave and fridge and the TV had DirectTV so that was nice. The Wi-Fi was able to handle streaming video just fine. (some lower end hotels seem to have huge issues with that) The AC worked pretty well and the bathroom was well lit and very pretty. There were a few crickets in there but I figured that had more to do with the fact I was on the first floor in Texas. :) I never heard any of my neighbors. Leaving was also pleasant. The woman at the desk (a different woman) was once again very friendly. The little breakfast area was clean and seemed like they had a few nice choices for food. I would seek this place out if I'm in the Ft. Hood area again.

My family and I stayed there for 3 nights and never had to ask for towels or service for our rooms. We rented 3 rooms and they made sure all rooms were together. During graduation weekend for Copperas Cove high school the graduate came back to the hotel with us and some of the family came as well the night staff did not hesitate to allow us to use breakfast area for us to gather. My family and I greatly appreciate the hospitality we were shown! We drove all the way from Sanford, FL and look forward to staying at this hotel again upon our return trip.

Beware! hotel has bed bugs and the staff refused to acknowledge it.

This was a good value, continental breakfast is ok. Rooms nice and clean. Glad I chose this place.

I stayed here for a total of 7 days. The room was good, bed was perfect for me and my bad low back with plenty of soft pillows to prop my legs up, it smelled just fine and was very clean. Cleaning staff was efficient and thorough. The pool is kept clean and at a good temperature. Towels are sometimes not in the room but are quickly gotten at the front desk. Price was very affordable and made my extra time at the Ft. Hood area more enjoyable. My husband enjoyed our 4.5 days we had together before he deployed to Kuwait. I would most certainly stay here again! BONUS: waffle iron, NO smoking at all in the hotel and lots of stores located with in a few miles of the hotel. CONS: DRY TOWN! had to go to Killeen for a beer with our meals.

Nice and Clean Hotel^_^ Well we stay here 3 days, which is really near where we are headed to look up some houses. My kids and husband is enjoying the stay too, Breakfast is descent, Planning to take the kids to the pool but we didnt get a chance. Anyways all that I can say is GREAT and NEAT hotel. And of relaxing.
