Good bed, decent bathroom and nice pool. Breakfast was meh but overall would stay there again.

This Hotel is okay however, the choice site list thier location to have an outside pool and it doesn't so if you are traveling with the thoughts of cooling of this is not the place.

The rooms were nice and clean. Big enough for 6 and breakfast was perfect for all of us.

Plenty of space in the rooms. Great service.

I don’t have a problem with the hotel, the management is another thing, with my job we don’t have a luxury of giving a 24 hr notice on early check out, the boss says go check out because we got to move to another job no problem. With that being said we had to check out early and the clerk, said gotta charge you one night, talked to the manager she said they need a 24 hr notice or you get charged the room, so if some else needs a room you paid for now this hotel gets double rate for one night what? In my eyes that called theft, I will not or recommend that anyone stay here for any length of time. Told the manager who is hardly there that I was calling corporate to discuss, acted like it was no big deal, well here’s the deal I work for a maintenance section with over 60 personnel, myself or the other 59 will never stay here again.

Book this hotel because the reviews were good… Well the lobby is lovely but the rooms are definitely 3 stars: Broken chairs, broken toilet paper holder, toilet ran for 4mins after flushing, damaged furniture and the smallest pillows on a king size bed I've ever seen. When I mentioned these things to the front desk, no resolution was given. Also asked about the gym when I booked & was told there was a full gym… all they have is a treadmill & bike. What saved this review is, it was clean… althouhh they do need to patch the holes in the wall better.

Experience was very nice, aside from the fact that they didn't even have enough breakfast prepared to accommodate more than 7ish people, when questioned about whether more was coming out staff got very short and rude.

We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions. However, we were not pleased with this visit. We were traveling with another couple and requested adjoining/connecting rooms. When we arrived, we were told they could not comply with our request because of the room types we had reserved (one king and one with two queens). She told us our rooms were across the hall from each other. They were not, but rather three doors away from each other. ALL the clerks should know the layout of the rooms! I am very disgusted with the uncaring attitude she exhibited.

Really good room. A/C took some time to cool down. Had issues with the Wi-Fi not working well. Tried to watch Netflix and couldn't because of the Wi-Fi connection.

Everyone on staff was very helpful when it came to knowledge about the area. They were very dedicated to their customers.

Nice clean rooms great wi fi. Good continental breakfast.

Clean cold room, good black out curtains for sleeping during the day. Very impressed.

BEWARE! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with hotel management! Was given inaccurate information by employee at THEIR front desk, then when I needed to cancel reservation just hours later, they would NOT honor what I was CLEARLY told. I was SURE by the time I spoke to the manager the issue would resolve itself. But NO. She was rude, unprofessional, snarky and actually said to me, "well, it's your word against hers" My credit card was charged for a night we never used, that I tried to cancel immediately days before the stay was scheduled. I have had to spend time filing a dispute of charges through my credit card company. I am stunned at the blatant dishonesty, and will NEVER use this hotel chain again. I would prefer to sleep in my truck. Quality Inn should be ashamed. Also, I noticed now by some reviews a few months back. I'm not the first victim. STAY ANYWHERE ELSE! I also wish I could post a negative amount of stars!

Wireless good room,,, a bit smelly TV,,, good staff,,,, horrible, I was going to extend my stay, but at 6.17am (i was 13 minutes before they are open! ) the lobby was locked up and the person behind the desk wouldn't let me in for security reasons, im a GUEST! Clearly a guest is less important than the cash drawer she was worried about,,,,,, ill go somewhere else, disgusting treatment of a paying guest.

We stayed at Quality Inn in Bryan TX. The facility was very clean and the staff was great.

I'd give it a zero if I could but as that is not available… I travel for work. Constantly. I often get asked for a credit card when I check in but after explaining that everything is covered by a company card it is dealt with. Not here. They would not let me check in. At all. The front desk clerk wouldn't call a manager. I had to bother my manager. At her home. Just to check in to the freaking motel. Now. Finally. I'm in my room. The air conditioner barley works. It is, quite literally, struggling to push cool air into the room. The bed is like a rock. There is a badly patched hole in the closet. The toilet paper holder is ripped out of the wall. And now, to top it off the phone reception is horrible. I have to go outside to talk to my husband who is the only person keeping me calm at the moment. Not only will I never stay here again but neither will anyone from my company so I really hope having a second credit card was worth losing the business.

Manager not willing to work with us on a cancellation. Just kept reading her script. Will no longer use this hotel or any choice hotels.

Be Careful. This hotel is fraud. Do Not leave your card number. They bilk your money if you make a reservation and cancel it. This hotel bilked and charged on my banking account over $172 for a night even though I cancel the booking a day before from the booking date.
