We had a wonderful experience! Everyone was friendly, the room and all the facilities were super clean and smelled good and beds were super comfy. Hot breakfast buffet was very delicious! Will definitely stay again!

There is no breakfast being served, the pool and jacuzzi is not available, the neighborhood entrance is closed so we have to circle the freeway to get in and out of the hotel. We chose this hotel over others in the area because of the amenities, had we been told the amenities were not available we would have gone elsewhere! This was a waste of time and money and I'll NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!

Great beds, great staff. Unfortunately, we have the Corona thing going on we can't go swimming.

There are easily five of these Holiday Inn Express within 15 miles of each other and so far I feel like this one was the best one. It had better a minute he's a very nice seating area and bubble waterfall dot-dot-dot along together with the indoor pool it also had a small gym.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is simple but hits the spot.

Probably one of the best hotels I've stayed in! Staff was sooo sweet and helpful! The breakfast was really good and they even had the menu posted in the elevator the day before. The first thing we noticed when we got there was how clean the entire hotel was. Right when we walked into our room, it smelled very clean, like laundry detergent. Was an extremely pleasant experience over all. We travel quite a bit, all over Texas and we stay in a LOT of hotels. We will be staying at this hotel every time we pass through or near San Antonio. Thank you for a wonderful job at customer service!

Loved it! We got there kind of late but as soon as we hit that comfy bed, there was no problem falling asleep. Breakfast was outstanding. We do a lot of traveling, I mean a lot and this was our best experience yet. Thank you for your cleanliness, professionalism, and just overall courtesy. You will definitely have our repeat business.

Called in for a reservation weeks in advance. Paid up front and when we get to the hotel they didnt have our reservation right. We were stuck with out a room when we arrived. Had to look for a another hotel last minute and had to pay high rate on it.

Great service I was there for 4 nights working with Dollar General and this was the hotel we were staying at. The staff was wonderful, friendly and always asked us if we needed anything or if we had any concerns. Thank you for making my stay in San Antonio a great one. I recommend this hotel.

It is now 145 am I have been sitting in the lobby for 3 Hours because someone gave away my room. I am now forced to drive back home 5 hours away because there are no more rooms left in san antonio due to memorial day weekend. My card has already been charged and Mike at the front desk said there was nothing he could do about it because the manager wouldn't answer her phone. Worst experience EVER!

5 stars for the great customer service! Everyone from the front desk to housecleaning and beyond. We got upgraded to a suite which was wonderful since we were travelling with our kids and it had 2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper. The room also had a microwave and a refrigerator! The location was awesome very close to the major highways as well as San Antonio attractions, places to eat and Wal-Mart. Special thank you to Yvette and Aaron! Keep up the great work.

Been using this location since they first opened, years later they still have professional, courteous staff. It's already clean, well kept, kept up to date. Serves a good breakfast.

Very friendly staff and comfortable room. Unfortunately noise from the freeway kept me awake at night. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel.

Great customer service. Limited parking and still under some construction but decent place to stay since it's very quiet.

Parking lot is small. No bar. The pool is nice. Great host.
