Review of Hilton Palacio del Rio 4*

I always come to this hotel when ever I go to conventions every year and through out those years was good until I recently went this year. I was in room 2011 or 2012 one of those and I was staying there for a whole weekend. I was having a good time at my convention. When I get back to my room I put on the do not disturbe sign and this one particular house keeper keeps coming by. One of the mornings I was still sleeping it was 8am and I hear her trying to open the door so I get up and she thought I had left I was like no I was still sleeping. I had my do not disturbe so that kinda upset. But what topped it off was check out. I had a lot of stuff bought from my convention and I couldn't carry it all at once so I left some things on the bed like a expensive figure I bought that I was going to come back for. Not even 10min I go back to get the rest of my stuff and my figure is gone but yet all my other stuff I bought was still there and I know I left it where I did on the bed. I go down to the front desk to complain and they told me to back to my room and wait for house keeping. I go back and wait in the room they were taking awhile so I look out the door house keeping comes by with my figure and it's the same lady who tried coming in my room knowing I was still there. I'm sorry but that wasn't right she took something from my room seeing I still luage in the room and she takes something I just bought. That's theft right there. I don't know if I'll ever go back yearly knowing that they might steal from me again.
