Review of Hilton Palacio del Rio 4*

Hotel is nice and worth the pay I think but the check in girl we got when we checked in was rude and lazy we had someone do reservations for us and I gave her the name it was under and she kept saying she didn't see anything on the system. We asked for the person who helped us do the reservation on the phone for us and she said I'm Not sure if she is still here … And then I said well can you ask? … And she didn't want to she did something on her computer and she said she's not here anymore I said why don't you go check or call to the back and see if she's still on the clock?! So she gave me this dumb look and got red she didn't expect for me to say that … so she said well I can try … So she does and Erica the lady who helped to do the reservation was still on the clock! She felt so stupid after she had said Erica wasn't on the clock anymore. So they got it all figured out and she felt stupid she did talk to me dumb and of course I wasn't going to remain silent and well that was the only issue I had … Everything else seemed good to us Rudy one of the guys that was working night shift was very helpful and they validated our parking and gave us free breakfast… on our acc it still shows they haven't removed the the fees for parking but not sure maybe takes days? … Also elevators do kinda suck is a long wait to get on them I think the old system would be better the way they had it this new touch screen is not so good it takes a long time to arrive to your floor to be able to get on the elevator.
