Nothing near the pictures that are posted. This place is disgusting. Roaches dead for quite sometime in the restroom. Couch all stained and filthy.

Was attending a social event in one of the conformance rooms the room was hot, staff was friendly.

Absolutely disgusting. In a sketchy location do not waste your money.

The people were ok, rooms, carpet, bedding had stains, carpet full of stains and molded refrigerator. It was ok, for the price, but I will not stay there again.

Room was big and customer service was great but rooms were dirty and carpet was really filthy. The edges of the shower tub had mold. Would not recommend.

Room was not too bad, and we did get new towels and sheets the next day. Unfortunately the shower curtain was poor and the bathroom floor for flooded after every shower (even when taking extra care). Slightly more disconcerning was the hole in the wall above the shower which looked like the perfect spot for a tiny camera. But I guess this is what you get for picking one of the cheaper hotels in the area.

Honestly I would give this hotel — 5 stars if it was an option! I had booked two rooms the night before and gotten a confirmation email for both rooms. I came in at 11PM, exhausted after my drive, I was ready to check-in, and unfortunately I was greeted with the rudest receptionist I have ever met. She proceeds to tell me that I did not get two rooms even though I showed her a screenshot of my confirmation email. Then she tells me she doesn't know why I got that email or why my card had been charged 3 times for a total of over $400! After being told that I would be charged for the room even if I left I decide to take the key and cancel my reservation for the next day. Here's the best part guys: I finally get a room key after arguing with this lady for a half hour, go to my room and am greeted with the worst smell ever. The sheets are so grimy and gross that my sister and I couldn't even sit on the bed. We left that night and booked a different hotel room. Warning: unless you're going for illegal activities, do not bring yourself or family here!

We were here for two days while conducting business in San Antonio. The rooms are clean. My son and his cousin spent time in the pool. The continental breakfast was pretty standard. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

Staff were great. Room was ok. Bed was fine but the chair in the room was stained. Breakfast was minimal but I don't really eat breakfast. If you do, plan on buying something somewhere else.

Cheap (Groupon deal). Service was amazing. Room Was adequate. Breakfast was standard waffles, yogurt, cereal. Room was barely clean (dirty mattress, mold on bathroom ceiling), but good enough for the night. Location was good. My only real concern was the lock (the one you flip and cannot unlock worth a key) on the door was broken, and the smoke detector was missing I would stay again.

Had an interesting stay, very last minute check in due to not getting into the best western plus down the street. Price was good for the room, but it was dated. Sheets were stained, mattress stained, and floor was stained. The inspection of the pillows and sheets were good though, no hairs to be found. Restroom was fine, but the towels were very old, thin, and stained. Sensing a pattern here? Room was also very musty, and when the heater was turned on for after showering, the room smelled strongly of pee. The biggest issue was the staff. Upon check in the reservation girl was kind, but didn't seem to know what she was doing. She ran my card and said it was declined and had to have her supervisor show her how it was done. Then, receiving my roomcards, turns out they reuse their card sleeves… the little paper ones that have a spot for the room number to be written in. Had a grimy stack and looked for my room number before sliding the plastic cards in. Yuck. The next morning, after using 4 of our towels we needed one more due to them being so thin that we had to use two for just one person. We asked the service to be told by the owner that we should already have enough. Only after mentioning how thin and old they were did she offer to exchange then for new ones. When asked again, she gave us attitude and asked "you need another? " We weren't stuffing them in our bags, we just wanted to exchange them!

We had an issue with a business reservation extension, and the staff was generous enough to allow us to stay in our rooms until the reservations came through way after checkout time. Most places would have made us sit in the lobby for hours, but we were lucky enough to have these very hospitable hosts. Thank you, that was very kind.

Hand towels with yellow stains. Bed bugs. Please change the sheets.

It is one of the most comfortable and clean for descansay and dornir recommend it pleasant mind.

Me and my family one night do to a business trip. The outside was not appealing but inside looked very nice. My girlfriend said something at bite her on her foot that night in the bed. Thinking it was mosquitoes can we have the window open but lo and behold it would have damn bed bugs. We contact the manager and he only wanted to refund half of my money because I got the room at a lower rate and that was because I use my points. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Very good and clean! I'm definitely returning. And roach free!

My family and I come for the last four years during spring break. The room was well maintained better than I expected. We really was only in the room to sleep. The staff was very helpful.

Found this hotel vary nice. Considering the price I payed. It exceeds my expectations. The staff is vary kind and helpful. They care about the small details even the place is located in a naborhood that I would not live it offers a secure stay. I was extremely satisfied. With this hotel overall.

After staying one night Icanceled my next day reservation reservation here. Despite numerous calls and assurances. Was charged regardless. Painfully made it through day 1. Unclean sheets dirty bathrooms. I was horribly disappointed.

Located very conveniently adjacent to the freeway and surprisingly luxurious! It is very well built and the rooms are large and comfortable. Pleasantly surprised by this location in every way! Excellent deal for the money.
