Stayed here for a month for a local trucking school. It is owned by a husband and wife. They're very kind and accommodating. It is very inexpensive. The air conditioning is cold and the shower is hot. The TV has cable and it has a modern TV. I like that there is no carpet, it's a type of wood flooring. Carpet always seems to trap all kinds of sticky gunk in motels. There is Bush's Chicken across the street that is fantastic. Be kind to them and they'll be kind to you. One house keeper has been there 16 years and works very hard.

We checked in very early and the male that checked us in was very nice! However, the reason for two stars is regarding the room and the ice machine. The ice machine had a couple bugs in it which was probably due to the lid that had broke off and no one had replaced or tried to fix. When we first walked in to our room, it smelled like a smoke. Then we noticed approximately 10 bugs on the floor. 2 of which were gigantic. There was no fridge like promised and the microwave barely worked. The shower head was falling out of the wall as well as the water spout. There was a huge spot in the ceiling where you could tell there was water damage and it looked like it was about to give. We stayed for 2 days and neither my friend or I would shower or stay in the bathroom for excessive periods of time because of how repulsive and under maintenanced it looked. Although the customer service was great, the room needs a lot of help.

I have mixed emotions about how I feel about our stay. The man at the desk was very accommodating when we made the reservation over the phone months ago and made sure we had one of our rooms on the bottom floor for one guest who could not climb stairs. The rooms were clean and well stocked. My mixed emotions came from seeing what looked like dried blood at the foot of my comforter. I would give 1 star for the comforter and 4 stars to everything else. I wouldn't choose this motel again but if I needed to, I would make a thorough search of the room.

Walls are super thin, I can feel each spring in the mattress, and the water was actually not getting hot at all in the shower. Also it seems like the cleaning person doesn't like top dip a thorough job because I found some dirty towels in the shower when I first got to my room. Will never go top a Motel 6 again.

First, I asked for another microwave because the one in the room didn't work. The manager said he would replace it. He never did. He lied. Next, the bathroom faucet was missing the airiator on the faucet causing water to go everywhere when you turned it on. The bathroom door handle and lock was completely broken out of the door and hanging. Toilet paper roller missing. Piece of the ceiling fell and was on top of the shower head. Otherwise the price was right and the bed was comfortable. I don't understand why the owners don't bother to fix these minor problems. It was evident they didn't care. I told the manager upon arrival that we usually come to Waco weekly or every other week and would stay at this motel if we liked the room. Again, they didn't seem to care.

The room very nice and clean and for the price this is a great place to stay. The staff has been friendly and always helpful every time of I have stayed here. I would stay here again if I am in the Waco area.

The room was clean and as expected. The big thing was there was an event in town and most hotel/motel raised their price 200-300% and this one did not. I appreciate that they stayed at the same rate when everyone else went up. The only complaint is that we did have a none smoking room and it was clearly smoked in but there is only so much that can be done about that. We will probably stay here again. We were in town for a baseball tournament that we played late one night and early the next so needing just a place to shower and sleep this place worked out great for what we needed and was very fairly priced.

Not an easy location to get to. If you are not going south on the frontage road, there is only one other access and it is not clearly marked. Check-in was difficult, the receptionist wouldn't take my reservation number and had a difficult time working the tablet, as well, wouldn't turn down the TV in background to clearly communicate. As a party, two people per room, numbers 212 & 216, neither of which had hot water when we arrived at 9pm but worked in the morning. Bathroom fan in 212 didn't work, yet the next room fan did, because when the occupants were smoking, their fan was blowing the smoke into our room. Price was good and location close to Waco airport for Air show.

The front desk clerk was very nice let me check in early. He was very professional and courteous. Thanks for that.

Ronnie's customer service sucks. He was rude, and gave a bad introduction. I wad out of town on business and worked the night shift. Room was to bright to sleep. Mid afternoon the whole room was shaking. I didn't ask for wake up service, but phone kept ringing every hr after 2 in the afternoon. I did not get much rest. I will not be staying at Motel 6 again. No coffee in the room. No batteries in the 2 remotes for the tv.

For $45 ($52 after taxes/fees) this place really exceeded expectations. Michelle at the front desk was lovely, and when she told me the only open rooms were smoking, I hesitated and she took me over to see the room before I paid. The room didn't smell that bad, I mean a light smoke odor but for a smoking room it really wasn't bad at all. The room was clean, had a mini fridge and microwave, which is more than I had when paying $150/night at the Marriott in downtown Austin. Bathroom was clean, the only thing was there was no shower liner, just a curtain so water would get all over the floor. Man at front desk when checking out was very courteous, saw there was no coffee and immediately got me some.

Friendly front desk rooms clean and showers hot. Beds were comfortable and clean. Price reasonable for amenities. Was a bit loud until about 10 but after that was pleasant. Easy access to everything within minutes of location. Would definitely stay again.

I thought this place was fantastic! The staff were great, when I arrived the attendant was in the back, but you could tell he made an overt effort to get to the desk. Every person I encountered here was very friendly, and actually willing to help. This place is an older model building, which for my taste was perfectly fine. I'm not a fan of Motel 6's "tortilla chip" bathtubs and this one had a full size tub. That goes a long way with me. The room was very clean, bed was comfy, and everything worked well. I was very pleased with this location because typically this price range, I take the room with a grain of salt, but no margaritas needed today! Parking lot is a little difficult to reach, but makes it not easily accessible for sketchy people either. There is not a lot of surrounding stores, a Family Dollar and a few food places, but it is close to bigger shopping areas. I know it has gotten some poor reviews, but I really don't understand why other than it is old and carries those issues. I would recommend for a quiet, good night's rest, but if you want 5 star accommodations, stay at a 5 star hotel.

No frills, but tub, sink and toilet were clean and looked new. Bed was very comfortable. Inexpensive. Great if all you want is to sleep & go.

Orbits did not get my reservation to them they were great I showed up at 1am no reservation in their system not only did they get me a room but at the price a booked it at and that was almost half their regular price great people.

The air conditioners are in desperate need of cleaning… everytime I stay here I have to pull the front vent and filter and thoroughly clean it… and the floors will turn ur feet black immediately so dont shuck your shoes! Beds are comfortable enough… towels are rough like every low rate motel… unfortunately they're better than alot of motels in the area for the same rate!

The room ok. The location is off the highway. There are good place to eat.

Clean room upon arrival. Fairly quiet until housekeeping starts working in the next room. Good room for the price. Would stay again.

For what you pay for, I was really impressed. And the staff was nice as well.

We stay in hotels about 30-40 weeks per year and this was by far one of the worst experiences we have had. The smell was horrific. We should have known better and we do now know that we will never stay at a Motel 6 again.

Seems a bit sketchy at first, but the rooms are nice and well equipped. Bathrooms are clean. Basically you get what you would expect.

The rooms were not clean. Bedding was fine. The microwave had so much grease in it I could have deep fried some French fries. The ground were not clean. Stairs were full of debris and a piece of chocolate cake on a plate sat on the stairs for the two days we were there. No wonder there were cockroaches in the rooms.

I want to thank yalll so much for welcoming us and our pets. We're were very comfortable in ur hotel. I know how busy you were with all us evacuees. The only problem I saw was you had no internet. But anyways my son and I had a great stay. Thank you.

Our room was very clean and modern. Easy transaction. Met all expectations.

The rooms are cheap and that's a plus. However you get what you pay for. We checked in a room with vomit in the sink, broken toilet, dirty floor and the volume on the TV barely audible. The daytime front desk clerk was very nice he is the only reason I didn't complain and just cleaned the room up myself.

Tried to get a room one night during a heavy rain. We had already checked a lot of motels and they were booked. The website showed this one with many vacant rooms. This one didn't even answer the phone. No one was visible in the front desk and the door was locked. Waited for about 3 hours. Finally when the man came to the desk, he said they were booked. Bad customer service, no one was available to help us all night.

We had a great stay. Bed was comfortable. We were able to have our dogs. The refrigerator leaked is the worst that happened but it didn't affect our stay.

The hotel staff and overall was nice, the only things I disliked is that I was in a non smoking room and the smoke from the people next door flooded my room. Also there were a bunch of dead crickets in the lights. Other than that the staff was friendly, the room was nice and it was overall a nice and easy experience.

Rooms aren't like pics. I asked for Xtra towels in my reservation and I didn't have any. I guess people lived in the room upstairs we we're woke up both nights because of them. 1 night we got very little sleep because of all the noise. No where to hang your wet towels or any hanging clothes. No toilet paper holder either. They aren't very friendly. No coffee, no frig. No toiletries. 1 bar of soap.

I thought the photos would reflect a new, clean, modern update to the old style Motel 6. You can change the bed coverings but if there are going to be wires hanging out of the bathroom ceiling it's just lipstick on a pig. And the smoke smell! I ended up sleeping in my car when it permeated from an adjacent room, waking me from a sound sleep. No wonder the (non-smoking) room smelled like stale cigar. Cheap… for a reason. Not getting fooled again.

Price was the cheapest I could find in town. Kinda shady place tho. Parking lot is jacked. In a bad location. I asked for a downstairs room… he told me they were all booked… there is literally no one here. Not sure what all of that is about. Stains in bed under fitted sheet… that was disturbing. Bathrooms suck. Small tv… no dresser. Dirty microwave and fridge. Eh.

I understand its a motel 6 and not the highest of quality but this building is run down. Severals things were broken in the room. Pillows are old and stained. Not a place to stay with a family.

Location is great right off i-35. This is an older building doesn't look too great on the outside but the insides have been totally updated and look very chic. Service was great cleanliness was good. Price is just right with free Wi-Fi unlike the other motel 6 around Waco.

I appreciated the speedy check in and the hassle free extending stay of more nights. A quite area with plenty light. As woman traveling on my own I felt save. The coffee is good and room service is speedy. Rooms are clean and everything worked. I had fridge and microwave.

I was a guest at this motel for weeks. Housekeeping does a substandard job at best. The room service IS the guests that are staying there. Finally, the manager was unprofessional and rude and I was basically told that if I wanted better service I could go stay someplace else. Don't waste your money.
