Very affordable, very clean, front desk manager very helpful. I know what to expect at a Super 8, no matter where I stay. And waffles. The Mexican restaurant next door is also very good.

Good value for what you pay. It’s close to a few places to eat and a gas station. There’s a Mexican place right next door to walk to. The lobby and room were clean and taken care of. Room size was good and it had hardwood floors, which I loved since we had dogs with us. Overall good experience for a night stay.

I was super impressed with this Super 8. Clean room, friendly staff. The Wi-Fi was impressively strong, and they had a lot of cable channels. If I'm ever over there again, I will definitely stay again. Great price for the quality I felt we received.

A lot of the reviews left on here left me worried about me staying at this hotel. However, I can happily say that my stay here was more than exceptional. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. I believe there was sufficient towels and toilet paper. Also, the people are polite and the breakfast served was also good. I don't have any complaints what so ever.

Place was clean. Breakfast provided. Wifi working fine. Request for late check out was accepted.

Had to leave due to multiple concerns. Wild, drunk group in 8 rooms the hotel refused to get under control. At 9pm there was construction going on in multiple rooms. Poor parking. Staight up ghetto location. 4 of us in lobby complaining. Management refused to do anything. All for $140 a night. Stay away from this place.

No towels in bathroom, hair that wasn’t ours in the shower. Bed was hard and a king but only had 3 tiny pillows and we asked for more and were told they were all out? Very disappointed. We reserved a smoking room, front desk called about an hour before we checked in to tell us they were out of smoking rooms but that the non smoking rooms were much nicer. If we ever go to a concert at fontanel again we will stay elsewhere! Breakfast was oddly colored and staff not helpful!

Rude. Wouldnt give us toilet paper. Told us to wait until the housekeepers came to the other side of the motel to get toilet paper they didn't care that we needed to use the bathroom at all right then and when we came to the room there was less than half a roll they were rude at breakfast and like watched you like they were the police and supposedly had a problem because off of a plate of two pieces of egg and a sausage a half a sausage was not 8 but it was because it was disgusting and then when a friend went to go get Mexican next door they said they didn't have packets of salt and pepper she came to the office and they said that she could not have any packets of salt and pepper because that's just for breakfast we stayed two nights and they said we are only welcome to one day of breakfast.

It was a horrible experience First Hotwire bust so far. I booked last minute Arrived at 1:30 in the morning. Tired and feeling dirty from my trip. I wanted to sleep in my car once I walked in and saw stains on the beds. The carpet is old and dirty and the bathroom absolutely discosting. It was a total nightmare I only slept 5 hours I was up and out. Nasty Nasty Nasty.

I am disabled and have a service dog. This hotel was more than accommodating it was SUPER. Nice and quiet. They made sure we were taken care of very well. I would stay here again anytime. Its close enough to Nashville to get downtown fast and easy, but far enough away to relax without big city noise and congestion. Thanks for a great experience.

The Super 8 is clean nice and friendly. I come down for chemo and I stay there because they're down from the hospital they are very concerned when I come in they ask if there anything they can do and I can tell they mean it they're like a family and that's the way they look at you well least me and they all I have no problem with my medical dog. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a clean decent place to stay! If I need anything they do their best to get it to me. They check on me everyday I'm there. I will always remember these folks with wram feels, plus they all will be close to my heart!

Just stopped overnight on a road trip. Didn't have any issues. The mini fridge was bigger than most hotels, which was nice so we could unload some of the coolers.

I was in room 117 when I came, and the breakfast was great every morning, and room service was always there when needed, and I really would recommend this place to friends and family for train overnight.

Very disappointing! Specifically asked for a nonsmoking room. It was clearly a smoking room that they just slapped a "non-smoking" sign on and called it a day because it smelled like a bar and there were cigarette burns on the tub and toilet! Speaking of the tub… It was gross and dirty. The room was dusty and right before I fell asleep… A ROACH crawled up the wall! I couldn't sleep well thinking that it was going to crawl in my ear or mouth in the middle of the night! And worse yet where there's ONE roach, there are many more.

Well… Booked a room, then someone was already in it. Then had to stay in on of their so called handicapped rooms which did not have running water. We were offered the room next door the next morning which only had sink water to brush our teeth. After all this we were still charged full price. I recommend to everyone to ban Super 8 and pay the extra and at least get the basics.

This one is on the north side and is very clean and updated I'm very impressed. Just stay away front the super 8 in downtown I'm still not happy with that one it should be shut down.

Location is alright. Rooms smelled a little different, but aren't dirty or anything. I didn't use room service or anything (they probably didn't have it) but the breakfast that was offered was kinda lame. The water pressure in the shower was a little sucky, but tolerable. There was a Rocky marathon on tv, so I would definitely recommend this place to a person or two.

Best budget hotel on north/west side of Nashville! I have stayed in many budget hotels ($40-$80 range), and many in the metro Nashville area. Most have been horrid. Not this one! They are doing a great job remodeling. Our room looked just like the online pics. Clean and comfortable. Not perfect — our bathroom ceiling needed urgent attention. But impressive for the price. If you are staying anywhere on the north or west side of Nashville — don't look anywhere else, just stay here. Right off the highway, gas stations, restaurant, and close to awesome White's Creek attractions (Ri'chards Cajun Café, Fontanel Mansion, Prichard's Distillery).

June 2015: Has the Super 8 "Black&White bed picture" remodel. Includes mini-fridge, microwave, nicely redone bath, carpets and walls. Also a 40" TV (not 32"). Better than expected.
