This was a great stay! We loved Ms Lynda who greeted us every morning! Will stay again! Clean and courteous.

So the Quality Inn at 9522 Bramhill RD in San Antiono, TX; thinks it is above the Federal Law inacted in 1990 dealing with the Civil Disability Law. They want to charge me 20 extra dollars because I have a severely disabled son. Game on…

The staff is super friendly and helpful always have smiles say hello ever time they see you they ask how you are do you need anything rooms are very clean and comfortable I would highly recommend this place.

Very clean. Friendly service. Surprisingly quiet considering it is on the side of the road — the trees and a good seal must help. I did not try the breakfast, but there are options nearby. Location is convenient.

Convenient, clean, super comfy beds, and the continental breakfast was great. There was an older woman that was there in the morning during breakfast, she was so helpful, sweet, and kind. She truly made my day start on the right foot.

Great stay. Everyone was friendly. Room had all amenities as listed in the description. Pool was nice. The breakfast was better than expected.

My only problem was the rate. 109 dollars plus tax for one night at a hotel in Union City seemed ridiculous to me. But, I'm guessing their rates were jacked up because all the other hotels in the area looked terrible. The lady at the front desk was nice. Pool area was nice and clean. The bathroom in my room was a little dated (and the exhaust van didn't work) but was also clean. Bed was comfortable. Doesn't look very nice from the outside, but the room was just fine. Again, my only complaint was the price for the area it was in.

I love this hotel because me and my family have always went there, from it being name Hampton inn to quality inn, I have been coming to this hotel every since I was a baby in Pampers, and now my 6year old is old enough to swim! He jus loves it… It's a great place for family to hang out, good food and room service, keep up the good work,,, The Quality Inn! I give them 5 's.

The rooms are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is nice. Lynda at the buffet is a wonderful and helpful person. I always have a nice stay.

I got in late, but the room was clean and plenty of space. Hotel staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable. Overall it was a good hotel for the price.

My family has stayed at this hotel probably 4 or 5 times. I love how friendly the staff is. They have a great selection for their complimentary breakfast and the rooms are pretty nice for the price. Thank you!

We give this Inn 5 stars. The room was clean and nice. Everyone we spoke to was so friendly and helpful. We showed up long before check in time and asked if we could check in early to get dressed for a funeral we were attending. Not only did they accomodate us but when we returned there was the sweetest sympathy card on our desk. That meant so much to us. Will stay here every time we visit from now on.

Everytime we visit Martin we stay at this hotel. This is a great hotel for the price. Rooms are a good size, beds are comfortable. There is a microwave and fridge in the rooms. You do access the rooms from the outside but it's very lit outside. Breakfast is pretty decent, you have some options. The staff has always been very friendly.

I stayed at the Union City, TN location. Everything was great with the room and amenities. The breakfast was delicious in the morning as well. They offer a variety of breakfast items from muffins and bagels to fresh waffles and bacon. I say here every time I'm in the area as long as they have a vacancy.

Overall my stay was good. The location was good and near a few restaurants that were good. The hotel was more like a motel, no hallways or anything and the only doors were on the outside of the building. The breakfast was included and decent, and the cleaning service was good every day.

I like the convience and the beds are a little stiff but not to bad enjoy the morning breakfast its actually good.

Very good internet has no key and you can connect your crome to watch movies.

Excellent stay! The hotel is very clean. The rooms are extremely nice. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially those responsible for breakfast. They were second to none. The hotel also provides bus and truck parking. Excellent stay!

Room was clean, mostly quiet and was close to Discovery Park and several local restaurants. Parking was a little strange we had to park on the opposite side of our room. This hotel has a conference area that prevents parking if your room is on the left side of the building.

We would definitely stay here again. For as reasonably priced as this hotel was it was incredibly nice. We came to Union City for the Discovery Park and the hotel was only a few minutes away. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was exceptional, and the staff was helpful and pleasant. We loved Ms. Lynda! She made our stay that much better!

This was the third time at this one, room was clean and nice, staff was great.
Someone must have got a really great deal one some useless shower curtains at the quality inns and Econo lodges I've stayed at, because they don't work without leaving water all over the floor.

Good continental breakfast, quality, clean rooms unlike most places I go to. Competes with the Hampton in Martin! Loved it.

It doesn't look like much, but it's great. Needs some repair work but it's clean, the staff is great, and breakfast was really nice. Fantastic place for a quick stay, just don't let it's looks deter you.

I typically stay at Holiday Inn Express but there is not one near by. FYI this is no HIE but the rooms arent bad. Furniture is updated. Beds are good. Breakfast is not that great. Motel style room (all rooms exit outside) and not a big fan. Staff is super nice and very helpful.

Nice clean room with comfort beds. Front desk staff was wonderful during check in and check out. I was allowed to check in early with no problem or waiting for my room to be cleaned and check out was a breeze. Very friendly staff throughout the hotel. Great place to stay when visiting Discovery Park of America.

We had a great experience here. The rooms were nice and clean and all the staff we interacted with were super nice, especially the older lady who ran the breakfast buffet in the mornings, who brought us drinks and napkins to our table. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to the Discovery Park.

We spent the night & enjoyed the pool! The beds were super comfy & the little old lady that works the breakfast buffet was sweet as can be! We enjoyed our stay & would definitely come back if we were in town again!

Great experience. From the sweet Grandma like lady Linda who works breakfast to the pool and comfy/clean room… All fantastic! I am a working actress and stay in hotels frequently during filming so I truly appreciate a hospitable, clean, comfortable and nice place. Great job Quality Inn! ❤️

Nice clean place. Pool was out doors. Breakfast had a good selection just maybe not the highest quality (no pun intended). Overall I'd stay here again.

My one night stay in Union City was comfortable and peaceful at the Quality Inn. I had a second floor double queen room overlooking the swimming pool, which was closed for the winter. My room was quiet, clean, smelled fresh, and had the amenities listed on the website, all functioning. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. The morning breakfast service was excellent. Although the food was mediocre in quality, the quantity and variety of selections available were excellent. The woman attending to customers asked for my drink order, brought it to the table, and offered to get me anything else I might want after my first trip to the buffet.

Room was clean and spacious. Hotel staff members were courteous and professional.

Rude, you are a number to them. I had an error in my reservation, was not aware that the wrong date was booked and I had to pay full price for a room because I no showed; I was staying in a Hampton in Chattanooga TN. I stay in Hilton properties 3 months a year and this is how you are thanked.

The place was clean but not terribly modern but the staff was super nice. Best place in Union City without doubt.

My husband and I stayed here in February while visiting a family member in the hospital. We were pleasantly surprised on how nice the rooms were. The front desk folks were very nice, the room was clean and comfy but the best part was the sweet lady that worked the breakfast area. She was just super sweet and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good too.

Not the best place to stay. You're just another person here. Didn't feel homey. If it snows, you may want to bring your own shovel and salt.

I think this is the nicest hotel in town. My room had new sheets, a comfortable bed, and free Wi-Fi. Don't park under the trees; the birds were crapping on peoples' cars.
