They overcharged me. I booked my room through a online website for discounted rates. They was supposed to charge the websites card the negotiated rate, but instead they charged my card full rate. Then the day of checkout they charged my card twice for 05/01/2020 for $86.77 for a day that I wasn’t even there. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying at this place. I give this hotel a rating of — 10

They charged my card even after having a cancellation number. Greg is the rudest employee. Corporate was no help either. Stay away from this hotel.

Absolutely do not recommend. They charged a $250 fee to my card for "smoking in the room" when the two guys that stayed there for a few hours don't even smoke! Filed a dispute and will be filing a BBB complaint.

During my 3 night stay I returned to my room after breakfast to find what I assumed to be maintenance in my room. There was a man and 2 children, one of which was coloring at the desk where my bags with medication and wallet were and an older one who was just looking around my stuff. I was told they would be done in a few minutes, they did not give me the option for them to return later. I have no idea why they were there, however, I did find a nerf bullet on the floor that wasn’t there earlier. Completely unacceptable to have kids in my room.

Stay was nice. The swimming pool was under construction.

Horrible place. Booked a room for two nights but had to leave after spending only a night there. Mattress, pillows and carpet were stinking. Behind the bed stinks more than rotten beef. I had to go to a different hotel since I developed headache from the strong odor inside the room and coughing throughout the night. The hotel refused to refund my money for the second night. Please stay away from the stinking hotel. They have the worse customer service and if there is a negative review, this hotel deserves negative 5. It's better to add $10 to their prices and get a nicer hotel around the same zip code.

Last minute trip to Nashville for boys weekend, but didn't realize everyone was there for multiple events making it difficult to find a room. Never stayed at Sleep Inn, but was pleased with property. Friendly staff, good location and rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Floor of our room is absolutely filthy. Doesn't look like it's been vacuumed in a good while. There are stains on the comforters. The top comforter had white residue on it. I'm hoping it was soap but we took them off just to be safe. Beds smelled clean and looked clean. Front staff was very nice and helpful, although she had her grandkids with her and they were literally running around the lobby and kitchen yelling and screaming at 1 am. The room needs to be dusted as well. Looks like they clean the sinks and tubs and maybe wiped the toilet down but other than that just leaves everything else the way it is. I had to pay a hundred dollar deposit so after the room looking this bad I took pictures. Hopefully all will be well in the morning.

Comfortable rooms. Nice staff. Perfect for an overnight stay at reasonable prices. Have stayed at several Sleep Inns and continue to choose them because they are pet friendly and comfortable.

Good breakfast selection. Bummed that the pool was closed for some reason. Quiet room.

I’d love to leave a better review because the beds were comfy. The housemaids have zero integrity. My fiancé accidentally left a pair of very valuable earrings in the room in plain site but we left in such a hurry that she forgot them. Housekeeper of course pocketed them instead of having the integrity to turn them in. I’ve called and called and I keep getting the same response, “the manager will get back to you in the morning. ” They know who the housekeeper was because they have a log of whom cleans each room. It’s not hard to confront the person that cleaned the room. Yes, the leaving them behind was on us, but hiring and defending people that can’t be a decent and honest human being is on the manager.

Nice people and clean rooms. The breakfast was good and the kids enjoyed the pool. Nice and friendly employees.

Clean, friendly staff, easy check-in. Cracker Barrell and Ruby Tuesday next door. Easy access from I-24. I would stay here again.

Clean rooms, fantastic staff, and the continental breakfast always had biscuits, gravy, and bacon. Weird post modern look to the bathroom, like they changed their mind halfway through, but it was clean. Staff super friendly and helpful for suggested activities in surrounding area.

I can't thank this location enough for its friendly and extremely respectful efforts in resolving a billing and reservation issue. Desk representative, Josh, was both kind and efficient in resolving our problem satisfactorily. I am extremely impressed. Sleep Inn & Suites Smyrna TN now has a customer for life. I heartily recommend this location!

The lady at the front desk was very kind and the overall stay was great. It's mostly quiet with the exception of some tv's on while walking through the hallways. The room was clean as well. Breakfast could've been a little more varied but was still good.

Rooms were very clean and smelled nice. Bathroom spotless. Heated indoor pool. Very friendly staff.

My business trip would not have been complete without the hospitality of the staff. Veronica was such a pleasure each morning. She greeted and spoke to every patron. She was filled with fruitful information of the area and great conversations. Not to mention the breakfast was on point. Thank you Veronica!

Overnight guest. Hotel was clean, in good repair and comfortable. Free breakfast was above average. Bed was very comfortable and made it easy to sleep. If I were in the area I would stay here again.

The hotel is quite loud. It's older and I could hear the floor creaking as they walked in their room. I stayed on the third floor but I could imagine it was heard ever worse under my room. Aside from that, just odds and ends were dingy. Acceptable for a quick stay. Linen was clean, 50% of towels and washcloths unfortunately had long hair stuck to them. Staff was very pleasant. Didn't eat the breakfast but it looked perfectly fine. I wasn't displeased with the stay all-in-all but I will probably try another one along the row for my next stay.

We had originally planned to stay at the Holiday Inn (since I travel for work quit often and we use them for work) here in Smyrna, TN but when we arrived the desk clerk was very rude so we left and came to Sleep Inn. We were greeted with a nice smile and a warm welcoming. I had shared my experience with the desk clerk of how my MIL was transported from our local ER to the hospital here in Smyrna and we needed a room to stay close by. She was more than welcoming and helped us find the best deal for a room. I felt at home here and would recommended this hotel to anyone.

Bathroom has mildew all threw the shower. Reflects pour house keeping but living area not bad. Also asked for late check out, front desk said no problem, whatever I need. The day before I was going to check they said max I could have is 30 minutes. Lol. Next time I'll stay where everyone speaks English. I stay at Hilton most of the time. Only 25 dollars more. And Murfreesboro has several motels with better rates and nicer rooms. But just a heads up bring your shower shoes your going to be glad you did.

The only pet friendly hotel near Sam Ridley. That's the only reason I went here. It was supposedly the cheapest in town, but that was still $120 a night. The room was okay. It works for someone desperate. The check in girl was cute though. I accidentally stole her lighter. Sorry bout that.

The location of the hotel was conveniently next to the highway. The hotel itself is definitely on the cheaper end of the scale though, and it shows in most of the common areas. The gym facility was clean and we'll equipped, and the beds we're comfortable. But if you don't like small square pillows, bring your own.

First room we were put in, had dried pee all over the toilet seat and was missing the smoke detector. There were just wires dangling from the ceiling. When they gave us a different room, it too had dried pee drops on toilet seat but it at least had the smoke alarm, so we just cleaned the toilet seat ourselves and called it a night. Figured the other rooms would be just as dirty. Both rooms had a funky smell and the beds are extremely firm. You get what you pay for, I guess, but I still expect more for my money especially when it comes to sanitary issues.

When we booked I told them my wife was physically challenged on mobility… I requested the closest possible room to the elevator and was assured that's what was booked. When we arrived, we were given rm 330… ON THE OPPOSITE end of the hall from the elevator! … At breakfast the next morning, the breakfast room was full so we carried a muffin and coffee into the lobby… We were told immediately that we would have to " relocate" to a conference room… Again, down the hallway from the exit! … Im done. There are other places to stay…

Room smelled and wasn't very clean. The beds were awful and the sheets were worn thin in spots. The tub didn't have anti-slip surface and was so slippery you couldn't stand in it without your feet slipping. I slipped getting in shower (thankfully was holding on to grab bar) and slammed my leg on the top of the tub. It immediately bruised and swelled and was very painful. The staff response was that they would let maintenance know it's slippery. No concern at all. Definitely won't stay here again.

I loved my stay and will most definitely be back my next visit. Staff was great and the facility was very clean. The location of the hotel is great, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and more. Everything you need is right there on that strip.

Rooms were nice and clean. I was with a bus tour, and the continental breakfast was not great. One server could not keep up with the number of guests there to eat.

Location is very convenient. It is right off of the interstate. Check-in was easy and the employee who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. Our suite was dirty when we walked in, but after a quick call to the front desk, we were immediately moved to a different suite, with no problems whatsoever. It so happens that plumbers had been in our original suite, and they had left a small mess. The new room was fantastic, roomy, and the beds were comfortable. The complementary breakfast was good as well. We will be staying here again, the next time we go to Nashville!

Staff always makes check in harder than it has to be. I've stayed there on 3 different occasions and have had issues everytime. This last time, I had 6 rooms reserved. The night before we were to check in, I got an email and later a call telling me they were overbooked and my reservation wouldn't be honored. So I find rooms elsewhere but then I get charged for 1 nights stay. Im still arguing with them. Thank God I still have the emails showing they initiated the cancellation.

Room was clean, employees were amazing, hotel was newly remodeled. Continental breakfast was great. Recommend staying there.

It use to be great. I guess you have to do what you have to do to sale rooms. Will not be staying here again. That's a promise!

There are bed bugs! I promise you! I stayed in room 206 & a gentlemen had complained of bed bugs that morning however, I didn't look good enough on the bed! I only looked at the seams on the side and didn't see anything! Such a mistake! My fiancé started complaining of bug bites and then I saw them everywhere on him. We pulled the mattress topper off and they were everywhere! We checked out and checked into Hampton inn!

Staff was beyond friendly, room was super clean and comfortable. Was a very quiet place which made it super peaceful. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the pool was closed and they didnt tell me so I had a very dissapointed 2 year old… Would stay again tho!

Don't be fooled by these reviews or tripadvisor! this hotel sucks! not clean by any standards! sheets were dirty! room smelled like feet when we got there! I wish I was making this up but sadly, i'm not. Stay here if you want, but I promise you're going to say "damn I should've listened to the guy in the reviews"! 3.6 rating my ass!

We got in pretty late and they got us checked in very quickly and easily. Was very close to a wide variety of restaurants and fast food so we hada good choice for dinner. The bed was super comfortable and we got great sleep for our road trip. We almost left without something we had left in the fridge but they let us back in to the room to grab it. I would've been super upset had we gotten any further without that.

It was very comfortable and clean! I really enjoyed the full breakfast! The people were very nice and friendly!

Excellent costumer service! I'm someone who is looking to go into hotel management and this hotel is doing it right! So friendly and accommodating! Our bookings dates got messed up when doing it online so I called and explained the issue. They changed the dates to the correct check in and check out at the same low rates as the one I had booked! I've stayed here previously and the lovely lady at the front desk was awesome! My boyfriend and I agree if we are ever in the area again we will always use this hotel! The rooms are nice and clean! For a hotel that is rated at 2 star it is worth every penny!

Easy access right off the highway. Rooms have indoor entrances. Comfy beds and good air conditioning. Breakfast was ok.

Okay the stay was average the hotel is still having a little bit of remodeling going on but overall it is decent unfortunately the pool was closed due to a mishap Linda the manager was extremely accommodating to my family and I wish we do greatly appreciate upon check-in I was a little disappointed in regards to our pet fee which was not Windows fault that I found out it was the other manager I will recommend to everybody to give them a try we are human beings and we all can make mistakes and things do happen but for the most part Linda really did go out of her way to help my family and I out and that is the only reason why I will recommend this hotel and no I am not affiliated with this organization nor am I affiliated with the manager Linda thank you guys for a decent stay.

Nice clean room, hotel is currently ungoing some upgrades so there was some trim and such missing in the hallways. Overall I would stay again.

Horrible customer service! My employee showed up at 7pm to check in and was told they did not have a reservation for him nor did they have extra rooms. When we tried to dispute it they then said they did have a reservation and even had extra rooms he could have stayed in. They are just trying to CYA and lying about it. He even showed them the confirmation and still refused. He ended up sleeping in the airport instead. Never will stay there again and they will get tons of negative publicity from us.

Horrible customer service! They need to retrain the sales manager, Lisa Holden on the basics of customer service… she is rude and disrespectful! And unapologetic! She also lied and said she was the general manager! Horrible!

The worst internet connection in the room ever. Door keycards stop working several times a day.

Room was nice & breakfast really good but stay out of the elevator! We stayed with our church group passing throught from WV to AR. Only a 3 floor elevator but my son and my wife had a horrible experience. It stopped between the third and 2nd floor and the free fell. It stopped between the 1st & 2nd. Wouldn't budge, doors wouldn't open & no air. Then somthing popped and free fell again landing on first floor with a bang. Then again, the doors wouldn't open. When they finally did open, the three inside were scared to death.

We stayed one night as we were traveling from Florida to Missouri. It was just an overnight stay, and the hotel fit our needs perfectly. The room was nice. The breakfast was fantastic. What I was most impressed with was the kindness of the person checking us in. Unfortunately there were a couple of men giving this employee a hard time, and clearly the men had been drinking. There seemed to be a mix up with room confirmations and these men were obnoxious! The worker remained calm and polite and was respectful the entire time. The worst part of this was these men were with a youth softball league, and there were young ladies in the group in the lobby who got to witness this. It's too bad this is the example of conflict resolution they were shown. I complimented the employee on his kindness and told him what a good person I thought he was. We waited patiently until the issue was resolved, and then we checked in. The folks who own this are the real deal! They are hardworking and kind and bent over backwards to accommodate all who were there.

Selena Trivette was not a guest at this hotel there is not record of there stay. They should have to show proof to make such statements. All hotels use air fresh with so many people and smells. If you stayed then call me.

The smell in this hotel is horrific. Carpet is nasty. Does look like they are remodeling but staff does not care They have tried to cover up the smell by using a very strong perfume smell in the hallways. It absolutely nauseated me. They refused to reimburse the cost of the room also is the worst Sleep Inn I have ever seen I will never be back here.

Called to make a reservation for another day and had a few questions first. I asked if they had any smoking rooms and was told we don't have any rooms available. Ok. Guess we're done then since there's no rooms for who knows when since I never said for when I wanted to stay.

I was kinda bummed with this sleep inn. I was anticipating a very nice clean room. I was wrong the house keeper ironically named dustie did a terrible job. There was crumbs and dirt everywhere. You can tell our room was an old smoking room because after my sons shower nicotine was dripping down the walls and light and ceiling. The door edging had build up of nicotine and there was a burn hole in the carpet. Its a $200 cleaning fine for smoking her made that clear at the front deal. So we went and told him what our room was like. And he said he knows who stayed there before so we wouldn't be charged. I was just expecting nicer because we payed more for these rooms than what a sleep in normally costs. Just disappointed.

Great front desk that go out of there way to help the customer. Rooms are good order, and breakfast is really good, stayed here for 2 months for business and enjoyed my stay.

This used to be a decent hotel. Have stayed here when in town. Got to the first room and it smelled bad after taking over 10 minutes to get checked in. Got another room, didn't feel clean. Desk top looked like it had jelly on it. Carpet felt like it was wet or moist. Was afraid to touch anything or walk around barefooted. Will not book another room at this place.

Fantastic staff! Clean hotel! would come back anytime.
