Rooms are clean with good space. Sitting lounge chair needs replacing, it's worn out. Hotel/motel is close to a busy road with a lot of truck noise through out the day and night. Breakfast is the usual fare for these types of lodgings, it's okay. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good value for the money.

Room was clean and comfortable. Desk service could have been better. Seemed to be trying to do too many jobs. But, for the price, we’ll stay there again.

The room was clean and looked like it had recently been remodeled. They go out of their way to make sure you have what you need. Nicest motel I have ever stayed in and the price was reasonable for the Nashville area. Will stay here again.

Was broke down in truck was getting worked on stayed a motel great place reasonable price very clean rooms breakfast was good and service was great and very help great place if need to stay thanks for accommodations.

Good for a quick pit stop. Clean room with comfortable bed sheets and pillows. We didn't like the motel set up but otherwise okay.

We stayed here on 10-17-17 on our travels home from the south. Passing through Nashville I read reviews looking for a place to sleep for the night. After so many of them had poor ratings; smelled like smoke, rooms felt damp, carpets dirty, etc. I came upon this one, north of Nashville and the reviews were great. And I definitely agree! The rooms are clean, good sized and the beds and pillows are very comfy. Price was right and they welcomed our two small dogs. If you’re looking for lodging in this area I think you’ll be happy here. I know we were.

We loved their bed & pillows, we stayed in 108 and I would stay again! It's true you only get two towels and wash cloths but you also get two hand towels and a floor mat, if there's only a couple that's all you need. Also you was close to gas stations and different places to eat.

Night lady is super sweet. 5:44 this morning man, not so much. We tried to go to sit and wait for breakfast doors still locked at 5:44 am!? Had to give him my key through the night slot. Not cool. We went to breakfast at waffle house across the street.

Very clean nice place to bunk for the night. The staff was very nice as well.

Clean little motel. The staff / owners were pleasant. Our rooms had 2 large bed (Queens I believe). The bathrooms are a bit small but there is a large mirror outside bathroom with counter for makeup and doing hair. The room comes with necessary items such as hair dryer, ironing board and iron. They have a nice little triangle shaped outdoor pool. They have a free breakfast with fruit, yogurt, bagels, waffles, Sausage etc. For a small extra fee, I think it was $17.00 you can bring a pet as long as it is on controlled. We stayed here 8/20/17 while watching the eclipse.

Nice, clean comfortable bed. Friendly attentive staff. If breakfast bar had biscuits and gravy would have given 5 stars.

We have travelled all over the country and to only get 2 towels and wash cloths. But when we asked for a late check out we were charged. We have never been charged anywhere that we have stayed. And we have stayed at other quailty inn and suites. But this is one we will not be staying in again on a good note the pool was nice.

The staff were nice… The room was clean and quiet… The bed was comfortable! The location is convenient to the interstate and the town of Franklin… also the Drive in Movie theater and Kentucky Downs are just a couple of minutes away!

Everything in the room worked great, I am upset with the cleanliness of the room itself. The floor could have used some attention, my baby found stuff on the floor that could have easily been cleaned up. Maybe the cleaning staff needs extra training or something?

The rooms and bathroom were clean. Friendly staff members. Hotel is not next to I65, so you will not hear highway noise. A room at fair price. All in all the stay was pleasant.

Clean room, respectful service. The orange juice was awful, but the rest of the breakfast was pretty good.

The location was convenient, the room was standard, the breakfast was not up to par.

Service was sub par but the room was clean and had a big TV and good ac.

I'm here working a construction project. The room was a great respite at the end of a hard day.

This is a great place very clean great hot breakfest served everything about this place is great if I could I'd give it 10 stars 10 thumbs up.

Stayed 2 nights and the hot breakfast was very nice and quaint. Service was super friendly and tried to meet every request as much as possible. Would recommend.

I'm not usually a fan of outdoor motels, but we just needed a place for the night mid road trip. We were very pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and condition of our room. The breakfast was ok since I wasn't really expecting there to be one. The eggs and sausage were on the cool side. They had a waffle maker, yogurt, bananas, coffee etc so it was pretty good.
